This review is long overdue but i was compelled to write a review to commend one employee at this location for their amazing customer service after reading all the negative reviews. Val was always helpful and friendly when I dropped off packages over the last 5 years. We moved out of state in December of last year and I miss the convenience of having a local UPS store. Mailing a package was easy at this location. We had updated our Spectrum equipment and were mailing the previous unit back in the same box in which the new unit had arrived. The line was short and we were helped in a reasonable amount of time. Each item being returned had a barcode and the UPS store had a scanner to scan and print a receipt for the items being returned (except for the new cable that we returned still wrapped since our old cable was still in good condition and didn't need to be replaced yet). Then they sealed the box with packaging tape and removed the old shipping label before applying the new shipping label to the box. We appreciated being able to reuse the same box to reduce cardboard waste. The person helping us was friendly and suggested taking a photo of our receipt to have an electronic copy on our phone in case spectrum needed the receipt information at any time. Good advice! I encountered Marshal who had a very bad attitude and was very rude before I even said why I was there. Marshal offered very little assistance and was reluctant to engage with me. This store is permanently closed. They are no longer accepting packages. Nobody works there anymore. There is a sign out front saying the landlord evicted them. They didn't even give mailbox holders any notification even though mailbox rents were prepaid. I just showed up one day looking for my mail and the store was shut down! How upsetting and really inconvenient. They said they moved mail and packages to another local UPs address, but the other store says no, they aren't accepting their mail. So where is my mail?! I am due a refund for their failure to follow through with our mailbox agreement. read more

Monday July 14, 2025 around 12pm- I went to ups to return 2 Amazon packages.There was a girl behind the register (I found out her name is Melody/Melonie) , high school/college looking kid with brown black medium length hair with glasses) who clearly did not want to be there. There was two customers ahead of me and both times she was very dismissive, rude tone of "no's" with no explanation, and acted as if each of them were an inconvenience to her life. So my turn comes. She glances at me w an annoyed stare, talks to me with contempt. UM this is your job? I asked for her name (so I can report to manager) and she said she had no name. Her name tag was hidden by her hair. Then I asked if I can speak to a manager, she said no managers come here. Did she think I'm some sort of dumbass that would take that treatment and not do anything about it? You crossed the wrong person. I came home and called asking for a manager and same girl picked up and hung up the phone on me. I was able to call later that day and got a hold of the owner Gloria. While she did apologize and stated she would have a conversation with Melody, I got a feeling that she also didn't really care. If I was an owner of a store I would care to know if my employees were treating the customers with respect and to do the job they are paid to do? it's certainly not how I would run my store especially when it's my name behind the business. Her employees seem to need proper training. The bad ones need to get fired. There are plenty decent humans that will be happy to take the spot. These young looking kids working there need a reality check- YOU ARE REPLACEABLE. If you hate life there, go work somewhere else! Not ok to treat customers that way on a job site! Gloria, the owner really needs to read some of these horrendous reviews (plenty below regarding rude customer service!!) and get RID of these bad seeds if she wants her store in business. Saiygan was patient and able to set me up with the supplies needed to get everything taken care of. I'm not sure what's wrong with this UPS's store computer, but they couldn't find any address I've used at other UPS stores with no problem. We eventually got there, but it was still frustrating as it took longer. It's a little tricky to find as google maps doesn't pinpoint it to the right location and parking can be tricky depending on your time of day. I also found this location a little more cluttered than others. Not a bad thing, just that they cram more into this location than others. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Not only am I 10 months pregnant BUT I also cannot breathe with a mask on and my doctor has given me a medically exempt form. Along with the CDC stating those who can't breathe or have trouble breathing shouldn't wear masks. BTW I was helped here a week ago with no mask on by Gloria and she was fine until all he'll broke loose today! The owner Gloria Barkoski and another team member harassed me by telling me I wasn't wanted there and pretty much pushed me out of the store while they were yelling and saying they were going to call 911. The worst experience EVER. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! Gloria the owner has no business dealing with humans at all. When I say RUDE, that does not begin to describe the horrible way she treats people. My friend went in to do a simple return. After almost 46 minutes and seeing other people that came in after my friend leave, I thought I should check. She was at the counter with Gloria, with her head on the countertop, clearly something was wrong. I realized she was ill and I needed to get her out of there. Gloria told me, I couldn't leave and would not give me my friends phone back. My friend said, I'm not oK. I said we need that phone back I need to get her out of here. I had to grab the phone out of her hands! Then she screamed at us the whole way out. Told us never come back. Yeah that won't be a problem. I have had to use this location several times and have always had poor experiences with the customer service. An older woman "helped" me today with a return. It was supposed to be a "hassle free" return. Simply show your QR code and drop off the item. Her demeanor was very abrasive, rude and argumentative. Instead of listening to what I was trying to tell her, she kept cutting me off saying No, No, No. She basically forced me to buy a $3 plastic bag (they cost around 25 cents a piece) to process my return. Pretty upset about the service I received here. Came to notarized paperwork for my newborn baby. The woman, who I did not get her name which I should've wasn't being very clear with how she want me to sign it. She told me to fill it out and decided to help the next person behind me instead of guiding me what to do. She told me to sign the sworn statement or certificate of acknowledgement, one or the other. And when I just did one, she said I did it wrong. Obviously I was clueless, which is why I came in without signing anything so she can help me. Pretty annoyed with how vague she was, didn't seem like she wanted to help. She'd rather put away boxes and helped the next person behind me. Also, I only had one copy on hand! So I have to get a new one. Mind you, I'm taking time out from my newborn to get this situated. Only now I found out it's NOT one or the other, I have to do both in front of her!!! I had a VERY important package delivered to this UPS and have been receiving emails about its status for the past 4 days. I received an email this morning at 9:00AM that the package was ready for pickup. I stopped by this store at 1:00PM. There were 2 customers ahead of me, no big deal, I was in no rush. By the time it was my turn, I told GLORIA(?) that I was there to pick up my package. For some reason, she raised her voice at me and told me it was probably not at this store. She didn't even bother to look me up and wanted to deny service to me. I told her how I received an email this morning and that it was, for certain, at this UPS, but she was not willing to help me. She was persistently telling me that if I received an email today that it was here, it was mostly likely not, and it looked like she was ready to help whoever the next customer was. Um, excuse me..? I wasn't going to leave the store when I had my phone WITH THE EMAIL OPENED right in front of me. She eventually asked for my last name, looked me up, finally decided to walk back, and lo and behold, there was my package in her hands. If you're having a terrible day, I understand. I work a lot too, and I understand how stressful it can get. I get it. But that gives you NO RIGHT to act UNPROFESSIONAL to your customers. Came to UPS with a simple print job. It took three employees 50 min to print from a .png file. One employee would make progress and then abandon us to help someone else. This is a really nice UPS store. It's on the corner of Imperial and Santa Ana Canyon Rd., tucked into the same shopping center as LA Fitness and Corner Bakery. The owner is really friendly and this location is so convenient. It's never very busy when I'm there, and it's so nice to be in and out in a few minutes. With the holidays just around the corner, it will be so easy to mail all of my packages from this store. With such great customer service, it makes driving a bit further so worth it! read more
