I went there with my baby last week to return some Amazon items. There were two guys there and none of them offered any help(I had the baby in one hand and long package in the second hand). This spot is the slowest ups store I ever been to. don't waist your time if u are sending FBA with Amazon I get anywhere from 15 to 30 boxes every 3 days that I have to send to Amazon and they are big boxes I dont have time to wait in a big line to then have someone weight each box and measure each box, i just want to drop off and go like FedEx used to let u do when Amazon was with them. Then when we talked to owner he didn't even care he said it's what we have to do and we are trying are best to be fast. Best UPS Store hands down. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. Been here about a dozen times for drop-offs and always a pleasant experience. They are also conveniently located next to the Post Office so makes drop offs to USPS and UPS fast and easy. read more

I've read some pretty bad reviews at other UPS stores (and I've seen some that has 1.5 stars) so I thought I'd just go to this location today. I was greeted immediately after entering this store and all I did was just drop off my prepaid package, got my receipt without having to move my lazy self to go into my pocket for a quarter (lol since they don't charge for a receipt here), was told to have a nice day, replied back and got back into my car all within a few minutes around noon. This is a review for the shipping service - very fast and friendly. Thank you for being the only UPS Store in the vicinity (Rosemead and San Gabriel refuse) that willingly gives out receipts for dropped off packages. If you ship a lot, you know that this is extremely important because otherwise, they will not scan your package into the system and you have no record of it being dropped off. read more

The two staff members that were present were very helpful and efficient at their assigned task and, to me, have shown to be proficient within their individual billet descriptions. This UPS store is next to a USPS location. I was sending a package via USPS Priority mail, but the cost of shipping was much higher than I anticipated, as it was going to the East Coast. The cost was so high due to the oversized box I was using, so I went over to UPS to price them out and see if they had a smaller box I can buy. So here's what happens at this UPS store - they tell me how much it'll cost (way more than USPS priority), look at my box and the item I'm shipping, and offer to cut my box down and repack it. That's right - they repurposed my existing box for me, repacked it with the padding, taped it up, and reaffixed the USPS Priority mailing address label so that I can take it back over to the post office. They saved me over $16 dollars. All for free. Amazingly nice folks. Please patronize this store. read more

My husband went here this past Saturday, April 25. We needed to send documents and a $7,700.00 check for our business via their one-day delivery service. On Tuesday (three days later) our landlord calls us repeatedly to tell us that the check was not in the UPS envelope but we were sure that it was put in there. We kept telling him to check or ask his secretary but he insisted he never got it. Frustratingly we had to go to the bank and put a stop-payment on the check, which costs us $31.00 on top of wasting our time at both the bank and the post office because we had to mail the check out AGAIN. We were immensely annoyed at the landlord and his secretary, convinced that they misplaced the check, which was in a separate white letter envelope from the rest of the docs. My husband even went back to the UPS store to ask if they had it, that perhaps it fell out. The female working that day originally put our documents in one UPS envelope, then took them out and transferred them into a different UPS envelope. He was told that they did not have anything of the sort. Then yesterday, April 29, my husband was contacted by another company through LinkedIn saying they had our company check in their possession. This idiot (whose name I will leave out) working on Saturday took all our documents out of the UPS envelope- save for the check- that was then used by someone else! I was furious. My husband went back to the UPS store and was told to email the owner about it. The owner apologized and said for my husband to go to the bank, get proof of the $31.00 fee and that he would be reimbursed for it. Again, more wasting of our time, all because that UPS employee did not have the sense to check the envelope to make sure nothing was missed. What an experience. It was so stupid; my husband would've saved a bunch of money just using USPS and their self-serve kiosk. read more

Went to overnight a letter and he started telling me he was waiting for me to give my info without even telling me what info to give..? The worst UPS store. I ordered a 3-day delivery service. But it turned out to be a 10-day delivery. They said they could not guarantee it for a 3-day delivery. They even told me that I should order a one-day air delivery service. If you charge me a 3-day delivery service fee and you told me you couldn't guarantee it. Then you recommend me to order almost 100 dollars a one-day delivery service. Do you guys have any sense of logic? read more

This might be a hard to find UPS location if you do not had a GPS. Parking is not hard to find since is located in a plaza. I do like that they will gave you a receipt when you return with prepaid package, sadly, not all UPS do this, which bother me. They got two staff during busy hours, which make it go quicker. read more

I have been renting a mailbox from this UPS location for almost 5 years, and they have offered excellent services. One time I received a broken package from Amazon, and they helped me greatly with the return process. Working with this friendly staff is stress-free. This is a privately owned UPS store by a couple. They have decent courtesy but unfortunately, it's quite obvious they are tying to scam you on the printing service all the time. I went to UPS store to do the print simply because I remember my friend was charged only 9c per page at the one near USC. And this UPS store on Duarte is walking distance from where I live. Staples and Office Depot are at 10c/page, which is good price too, but too far away. I've been this UPS store twice for printing, first time to print out my boarding pass, a two page document. Can you believe they charge me $2.20 for that? They put a computer use fee on the receipt although I didn't use the computer in their office at all!!! My second time being their was to print a single page with four copies. I emailed my PDF file to them in advance but they kept saying having not received my email because I was using an iPhone to send my email, and iPhones always takes longer time...interesting. I waited about 20 minutes in their store for my file to "come in". During that time the lady owner tried very hard to persuade me to do the printing on the computer right beside the printer. I refused because I know once I used they would charge me an extra $2.00 for the use of computer. And I know they are receiving my email anyway. Finally they say they received my file but they only printed 1 copy rather than 4. Rather than printing out all the four copies they had 3 of them copied from the printed one. Because copying saves them more ink?! Ridiculous. I wasn't surprised at all when they charged me another $2.00 fee for computer use. I told them I didn't touch the computer at all, they said some bullshit reason like I didn't use but they did.... I was overcharged about $5.00 for a total of 6 page printing at this store. Will NEVER go back again. I hate this couple owners' dishonest to consumers. This is not tolerable and acceptable. read more

Super easy drop off. Greeted by friendly woman, she scanned my return box, handed me a receipt and wished me a good day.

I only used this location once and it was a really bad experience. I dropped off a box to have it shipped out and a few weeks later, I get a call from one of the workers there telling me that they were unable to deliver the box and that I had to come by and pick it up from them. She said that the address was undeliverable. I said that her coworker must have entered the address incorrectly and asked if they could they resend it? She said that they already did their job and that I had to pay again if I wanted it reshipped and that I had to come to the store to pick up the box. So, I picked up the box and sure enough... they entered the deliver address incorrectly into the computer when they created the mailing label. Both people working at the store said that I accepted full responsibility for any mistaked they made when I signed the credit card receipt. What was upsetting was they showed no interest in helping me and there was not a bit of sympathy or compassion from either one of them. When I emailed the owner of this location for help, he basically said the same thing and never apologized for his employee's mistake. He also said that I would have to pay again to reship it but he would give me a little bit of a discount. I opted to pass on the discount and not give them any more of my business, so I paid to have it shipped at another location. Next time, I'm using the US Postal Service if I have a choice. They're definitely a lot nicer. read more

Looters. Cheaters. Went to this place to drop off a package. I had pre-printed label but I was using a DHL box since I was re-using it from earlier shipment. The guy just declined to accept the package stating that he can not use a DHL box for UPS. I was shocked and amazed. Then he told me that I will have to buy a box if I am going to ship it then and there. I realized he is trying to make money out of nothing. He was going to charge me 15 bucks (more than the cost of shipping.) for the box. I walked out. I will also be calling UPS to let then know about such locations. read more

Bit small, if come at 9am there's guarantee a line, thank goodness there's 2-3 people and it's reasonably fast.
