I asked the manager lady today what the charges were for as it only says "service options" and she claimed that she didn't know what the charge that they charged was for, she raised her voice and proceeded to give me the wrong number to the UPS store customer service. She said they charge the fees. The way I see it is they scammed me out of $76.00 then lied right to my face about knot knowing what the charge was for. I wish the package would have gotten lost and they would have had to pay out the claim for being crooks. Stay away from this place, I will be!

The staff has always been quick to give me advice on how to save on my shipping costs. I love saving money and they help figure out the best price with the quickest delivery option. Offering the tracking number helps me and the customer track the package and anticipate delivery. I've only had to contact customer service one time and the issue was a misunderstanding on my part but the customer service dept was kind and understanding. I especially like how quickly I got through when I called. Every delivery I've received has been on time or early. Love the UPS store and the Delivery services. Whenever we've had questions regarding shipping, or printing; they're always very helpful, and even given tips with packaging, and cost saving strategies. Moreover, If you're pressed for time, and have a shipping label on your package, you can get your own tracking number printed out, by scanning your parcel at the Kiosk machine, located at the entrance, and it's super easy to use. This location is clean, fully stocked with supplies and boxes for your packaging needs. In conclusion, we want to thank Victoria, Doug, Christina and all the others, for outstanding service, and treating Bob and I like family. What a great team and a well run store! I had a very disappointing experience with Vicki, who claims to be the store manager. I came in to…read moreship a package, and the store was completely empty aside from two employees standing about 20 feet behind the counter, engaged in conversation with each other. As I approached the counter, Vicki told me to use the self-service kiosk instead. I was already at the counter, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect assistance from staff in that situation. Neither employee made any effort to assist me, so I walked over to the kiosk. As soon as I touched the screen, Vicki appeared beside me and began explaining how to use it--despite having just declined to help moments before. While doing so, she attempted to take my package from my hands not once, but twice. I told her firmly not to grab at my package and that if she wasn't willing to help me at the counter, I certainly didn't want her interfering now. She stepped back and stared at me for a moment before walking away, then proceeded to make rude remarks about me to her colleague, which I could clearly hear. As I was leaving, she sarcastically said, "Have a nice day," prompting me to call out her behavior. When I addressed the sarcasm, she denied it and claimed she was simply commenting on the weather. I expressed my frustration with how I was treated--ignored when I needed help, then badgered when I attempted to use the kiosk. When I asked to speak with the store manager, she smugly informed me that she is the manager. I sincerely hope the company reviews this feedback and takes it seriously. If you look through other Google reviews, you'll notice a common pattern: Vicki's name is frequently mentioned in negative experiences. That should say something. If this is how the store manager conducts herself, it's no surprise the employees are following her lead.

When UPS still wasn't able to follow through( most times they can deliver on time) and the delivery was delayed from Friday morning arrival to the following Monday, Seth informed me that he would fully refund my shipping cost. He honestly felt bad that the delivery was not on time. He OFFERED the refund. I didn't need to negotiate a refund. Have you ever heard of SpeedX? I had no idea what it was when I brought this weird looking label to…read morethe post office, and it didn't scan. My daughter has started selling enclose online, and this is one of the services they use. Fortunately, The Postal Shop is able to scan packages by SpeedX. Better still, they also accept packages from UPS and FedEx. This saves me 15 minutes each way going to the closest location for those services. And, of course, they also scanned USPS packages. As an extra bonus, the shop has cool, knickknacks, and snacks. The Farmer jack supermarket chain closed down in 2007, but they have a coffee mug with the logo on it that brought back memories. See if you can find that at any post office or UPS shop. They are also open on Saturdays, which most USPS locations are not. I will definitely be coming here again for all my postal needs, regardless of what kind of label it is.
