I went in on December 23,2023 to ship off a BIG box of gifts for someone... well long story short the person I was sending it to, told me they changed their mailing address recently only after I already dropped off the package... I called this location and Cailyn said she would pull it aside cause unfortunately now that it's going to a P.O. Box it's going to cost more then my original payment and if I can make it in the next 20 mins before close she'd be happy to help me out. I made it within 5 mins before close and she was helping another customer so Keith helped me instead. Another long story short it would have costed me an extra $100 if I shipped everything in the box I had so I decided to take it home , split it among multiple boxes instead of the really big one. When I took it back in , I believe Ben helped me out, he quickly heard my complicated story, got everything in order with the CORRECT address and gave me a new price that was only a LITTLE more than the original now that it was in smaller boxes. I appreciate ALL their help and education that was given to me and I ALWAYS have the best customer service from them. But this time it was above and beyond ! read more

Do not have your packages shipped here The only reason I used a post office store is because I thought I will not have my packages stolen or miss placed But I ordered two separate packages from two separate businesses, and they gave me my tracking number, and it says that SAM received my packages and signed for them But when I went to pick up my packages, they said that they do not have my packages. I showed them my tracking number and showed them that Sam received my packages and sign for them. But when I ask them to check and see if they could find my packages, Damon, the manager keeps talking for Sam and saying that they do not have my packages even though I am showing them the tracking number showing that Sam signed for my packages and this is three days before Christmas. I wonder what happened to my packages So if you would like to receive your packages safely, do not do your business here go somewhere else. Ps there is something else I forgot to add. They also share the same address with the Dairy Queen down the street. Went there this morning to ship UPS return shipping. They charge $1.00 for taping packages (one small strip of tape) or sending emails for return shipping labels. Not all Ups stores are like this. I contacted PostNet who looked up my shipment and was advised they did not add the signature required. Not acceptable to not provide what your customer had asked for. A shout out to PostNet owner Derek off Tower & Hampton for reimbursing me in full for a FedEx package lost (more likely stolen) at the Englewood FedEx distribution center. Derek is working diligently with FedEx employees who are proving difficult refusing to take ownership of my lost package. I appreciate his tenacious follow up and acknowledgement of my concerns. Though highly doubtful this will happen, I also hope he finds a decent FedEx employee at the state or corporate level who will do the right thing stepping up to pay back the value of the package's content. Went here once before and had crappy service. Thought I'd try again since this is the lesser of two evils (the other evil being the actual post office). Never again. I'd rather wait in mile long lines than get ripped off by this place. When I ship through Etsy (I have a small business), I can ship a similar sized package (about 5 ounces) anywhere in the U.S. for about $3. We rent a Private Mailbox to conduct business and while we don't ship very much, they are always pleasant and knowledgeable about which options will be most cost effective to get the item there on time. I didn't even know this place was here until I had to mail a bunch of stuff for work. Talk about convenient! This place covers the gamut. They ship FedEx, U.S. Postal Service, and UPS. They also sell pretty much anything and everything you need for shipping, well... just about anything and everything. That includes stamps, envelopes and boxes of all sizes, packing tape, bubble wrap, and even those little styrofoam peanuts. They can also fax stuff, notarize documents, or make copies. Seasonal help here appears to be an issue. Saturday before Christmas I stopped here to ship boxes to family across the country. Clerk did not know FedEx ground did not pick up on Saturdays. So when she told me my package "would arrive in time for Christmas no problem" and it didn't, I was quite upset considering I'd paid just shy of $100 to ship packages under the assurance it should arrive in time. So, the four day delivery estimate I was given didn't actually start till Tuedsay since the next pickup by FedEx wouldn't be till about 5pm Monday. So I started using this place to drop off my packages this last month. It is closer to my home than the actual Fedex, post office, or ups locations. I dropped 4 packages off the 2nd week of December, and all but 1 package got scanned in. The package that was not scanned in some how was the package worth the most at almost $300. It was insured and had a tracking number. I waited 10 days to call about any traces of my package because it shows nothing under the tracking information and nothing. I call Fedex and they say that there is no trace of it ever being dropped off or scanned so they told me to contact this post net place. I was completely respectful to them while they were rude and blamed me of putting a wrong label on or just not even bringing it in. It is January 5th and still has never showed up and fed ex cannot help because this is not an actual fedex location. I am now giving up on it and am taking the loss. Update: I should have learned my lesson, but I thought that might have been an honest mistake. Nope, I dropped off another package for fedfex the end of December. This time I waited for a drop off receipt which they always ask if I needed. I waited for them to scan my package to receive a drop off receipt with their address, phone number, drop off date, time, and this on the bottom of the receipt "askdjflasdjfl;asdjflsdjf". I didn't realize that this receipt did not have an actual tracking number which I had on the package until I realized that this package was never scanned as dropped off and picked up either! I went to back to this location and was yelled at by the employee and then blamed again for not dropping it off and for putting a wrong label on. I showed him the drop off receipt I got from them and he acted like I was stupid and told me they couldn't help me because there is not tracking information on it. I asked him why they give this receipt if it does nothing to prove I dropped my package off with them and again he got very angry with me. I am literally very confused and do not know what keeps happening? I wish I have never went to this place. Do yourself a favor and travel the extra couple miles to an actual Fedex, post office, or ups location. If you choose to go to the actual legit Fedex, post office, or ups locations then you will get help. Because this is not, I was out of luck and lost quite a bit of money. Even if you have insurance and tracking like I paid for you will be out of luck as well. They state that "they are not responsible because all they are is a place to drop off and then they hand it to the driver". It's nice to have a place like this that's conveniently up the street from where I reside. It beats driving to the post office and having to stand in line and wait for what seems to be all eternity. I come to this place for everything! Whether to get a document notarized or faxed to shipping out stuff or simply sending a letter because I don't own any envelops or stamps lol. Potential Customer, BEWARE!!!!! I was in this store early this morning requesting help locating a package that I shipped from this location. I was the only customer in the store. The OWNER of the company became absolutely hostile and belligerent to me. When I told him that I would never return to his establishment his anger escalated to obscene fury. In advance of this holiday season, I used PostNet on two occasions to ship a box of cigars, one to a guy located in a nearby state, and the other to a marine at his base (first class mailing cost of $51). Such boxes cost hundreds of dollars. On both occasions, PostNet failed to deliver the packages. The PostNet online tracking procedure is worthless. I highly recommend that people shipping these boxes use a private carrier. read more

I knew from previous experience at this place that they were a little high priced. I trusted them thought, believing that they would do what was requested of them. I have a starving college student I was sending a care package too. A small 6# box with no real rush to get there. I knew that sending it 2nd day air USPS costs $15.10 but I was trying to save time from going to the post office. When I inquired the price for 2nd day air, it was $60.00... "WHAT? I told him there was not a big rush to get it there so I'll just sent it the cheapest method. With out asking me, he rang up the package for FedEx Ground that will take 5 day to get there and cost me $35.55... USPS 2nd day would have cost me $15.10, I expected this place to make a little $$$ on the transaction but they have now lost my business Forever.... So-Long PostNet.
