    Saturday, my package containing time-sensitive passport documents was marked as delivered to this location at approximately 12:10 PM. When I arrived 20 minutes later, the store was closed. The only notice provided was a paper sign on the door claiming closure due to "weather," despite the fact that there was no snow or ice in Austin and surrounding businesses were operating normally that entire day. What makes this situation unacceptable is not just the closure, but the store's complete refusal to actually communicate. I made repeated phone calls no voicemail was set to communicate the closure or email updates . At the same time, the store owner is actively responding to positive Google reviews posted that day, while intentionally ignoring my review and others raising urgent, legitimate concerns about access to time-sensitive items. This selective engagement demonstrates a clear disregard for customers experiencing real harm. There was no notice posted online, on Google, or on social media warning customers of the closure, nor any contingency plan communicated for retrieving mail. Accepting delivery of critical documents while denying customer access and refusing communication is grossly irresponsible. As a direct result of this store's actions, I am placed at risk of missing international travel tomorrow, losing substantial non-refundable expenses, and additional time off work. This situation was entirely preventable and falls far below the standards customers expect from a UPS-branded operation. I have no idea if they are going to be closed tomorrow so I can try and make some kind of arrangements or try and mitigate my losses.

I went to several different Fedex locations to obtain this information but they all agreed that the package had been dropped off here and signed for at this location. When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help.

Called customer support and they said they couldn't help me, that I had to email for assistance. I asked why I couldn't speak with someone for assistance, they said their email team was deaf. Never heard of that reason before. This was Monday morning, however assistant on phone said that a reply would come in from email support within 10 min. Never received a reply all day. By days end, I called again. Was informed that I was next in line. Never received email by end of business day. Tuesday I called again. explained what I needed help with and explained no one had emailed me back yet. Finally, Wed. I received a reply SIMPLY STATING that I needed to finish setting up my acct. online and that was all never addressing my issue. Now remember, that was why I was reaching out in the first place: because I couldn't find a way to include my name AND business name to my account. When I emailed requesting a credit back and close account, I THEN received a call telling me I still needed to fill out the rest of my acct. details online. NEVER addressing the issue I was having. When I was asked why i wanted a refund, I explained because I can't do business with a company that cannot communicate effectively, she HUNG UP ON ME. Now that's a business that deserves me as a client! (Couldn't resist the sarcasm). Unbelievable!!

Well these guys created it and it's been working perfect. I don't receive a ton of mail so IMO the best feature is that they scan all your incoming mail and you can choose how to handle each piece. Some of the options are: open and scan, forward, hold and trash. They will deposit checks for you and many other awesome features. I haven't need using them long but I am pleased with what I've seen this far and encourage you to give them a try.
