This is the nearest full service UPS store in my area and each visit has been consistent. Agents are courteous, polite and will answer your questions to the best of their knowledge. I've had to make several returns the last year and each time I received good service, which includes a printed confirmation receipt with the tracking number. I guess the person who helped me today was having a very bad day and insisted that I should have given all my items at once even though I was never asked if there was anything else or greater in a professional manner. Long story short I was treated very rudely and I'm actually afraid to go back with suck a loose cannon employee. I suspect being a woman he's allowed to disrespect and intimidate when there's no witnesses to his actions. Beware ladies don't go in alone to this store I know I won't be back. read more

2nd that to the horrible store review ^^ The guy that works there most of the time really dislikes helping people and he makes it clear with his body language and facial expressions. Passive aggressive attitude is the worst I've ever seen in Texas. Usually you find that type of behavior out on the coasts, not here. I don't even know why he is working at a job where it's required to interact with other humans. I too was excited to have a near by UPS store but when I went in and requested passport photos they were not setup yet to perform that service. I asked for the nearest location that offered passport photos and was given a couple locations that were pretty far away. I asked multiple times if there was a closer location and they said "no." Come to find out later they were only providing alternate locations that were franchised by the same owner. Pretty deceptive in my opnion. I went back a couple times to print some forms and I was charged crazy amounts because I didn't want to use their insecure in-store public pc to access my email (pdf forms) and the online printing app was not working for their store. I was charged for them helping me print. Poor experience all around and it can only come from their leadership. This store doesn't live up to Austin values. Shop with your feet in regards to this store and go to the UPS store in Arbor Trails location instead. It's owned by a different franchisee and the service there is much better. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, ! they steal packages after being Delivered and say they never received them even though they sign for delivery. Watch out for Will. Friends that have this happened to are also battling to get refunded for missing packages. read more

This is my favorite UPS location. Sky is the most patient, positive human. Makes a chore enjoyable and easy.

I didn't even know this location existed. I stopped in to send a bunch of Amazon returns. I had trouble with some of the labels etc. and Sky and Courtney were extremely helpful and patient to help me get everything done. I came here because it is conveniently close to me, but compared to other UPS Stores, I have to say the service here is not as good. I was charged a $2.95 convenience fee to use the computer to print because the employee at the counter couldn't figure out how to print a pdf from my thumb drive, and the touch-screen printer console didn't work either. The in-person price of $0.10 a page is reasonable. read more

Great experience at this UPS store. First off, the location is great and the center it is in is very nice. The store is small but bright and clean. The service was great from the associate Alex - I needed to fax a document (faxes do still exist apparently lol) and went in for some help. We tried several times but the line was busy unfortunately. I came back later to try again and Alex was super patient as we kept trying... and trying... and finally it went through. I appreciate the time and effort put in for a $2.78 sale :) Highly recommend this store. read more

Horrible store! I was so excited when this store opened! I was happy to have one close by. I have used them about 5 or 6 times so far. Their service is a bit slow but decent enough. NOT TODAY! Today I forwarded some work to be printed. They emailed me and called me twice to confirm things with the order. One set of documents was bound. The other was just 3 hole punched as they said they couldn't bind it. Fine! I get to the store as a man hands be a big group of papers with holes in them, not attached in any way. No rubber band, or even a bag. He states the store doesn't have anything to carry these sheets out in to keep them together. He does hand me a rubber band making no effort to help. He then charges me $223.00 for copies! WHAT????? Phone calls ... emails NEVER DID ANYONE ASK IF IT WAS OK IT WAS GOING TO COST THIS! $223.00???? WHAT???? I was in shock, having had this done at the Fedex store NEVER was it this much! Good Gosh! As I say no way is it that much. He was extremely rude and unapologetic. He didn't try to understand or make it right! His name is Sky tag said manager. Very upsetting. BUYER BEWARE! I wouldn't use this store unless it is a quick drop off! I paid over $100 at this location to ship a small but very important medical item overnight. I did not receive it overnight and the item, which cost almost $200, spoiled. I went to the store 5-6 times during the following 6 weeks trying to ask about a refund. The clerk attempted to get me in touch with the managers/owners several times but I never received a phone call. I do not appreciate the lack of response in an important issue by the operators of this store and also plan to submit a complaint to UPS directly. read more
