I have shipped out maybe 13 items and the only three packages I am missing are the three packages that I brought here to this location. I had many large cartons to ship out of state. The UPS store picked them up and brought them to their store where I met them to send the cartons on their way. In regards to COVID, they aren't monitoring how many people come in or if they're following social distancing. They aren't wiping down anything after any customers, they aren't asking customers to wear their masks properly or at all. They charge $3 for one printed sheet of paper, and when you ask to bubble wrap an item, they ask you to purchase the whole roll. Best tip I can give to customers, don't go here. read more

Terrible service, I don't live in Aventura, thank God for that, but that's besides the point. Went in to return a package to Amazon early in the morning and I did not print the label prior so they charge me $3.50 to print the label, which by the way it was a normal printed piece of paper that he taped to the package. I always use the one on Sheridan St, east of Federal Highway, next to Publix. The service there is amazing. I don't recommend anyone using the Aventura store. read more

I came to this store today to get a document notarized and being 2 hours before closing time they informed me the notary left for the day. This is really disappointing considering the "special notary public" hours are not advertised or posted anywhere, so technically I wasted my trip here and now have to go search for another place that honors their business hours with the services they advertise read more

$220 down the drain! I rented a mailbox last Tuesday because I live in the US Virgin Islands and wanted a mailbox service that would notify me when I receive a package and then, at my request, forward it to my USVI address because some on line retailers don't ship to the USVI. I picked Mailboxes Etc because of its connection to UPS and because its a chain with a good reputation. My mistake was ignoring the warning bells when the gentleman I spoke to on the phone took payment for one year up front, promised the confirmation and contract would follow, and then stressed the fact that the one year advance payment was non-refundable. Who stresses that? Now I know! Almost one week later, I have still not received the confirmation and contract they said they would email to me despite a follow up phone call. At first I was just waiting to place orders but didn't want to ship items until I got confirmation.Then I started to wonder how long my packages would sit in the mailbox before I finally, if ever, got an email letting me know they were there. And then how long after that they would sit before they were forwarded to me. Seriously, almost a week and I still haven't gotten email confirmation of my mailbox! Now I have bigger concerns. I was going to change the mailing address of one of my credit cards to my MBE account because some on line retailers won't accept credit cards with USVI mailing adresses. Now I no longer feel I can trust this Mailboxes Etc. I already gave them my credit card information. They have a mailing address for me even if I don't. No way I'm shipping anything here let alone changing the address on my credit card! I disappointed because I thought I had a solution to my on line shopping problems. I'm pissed cause I wasted $220. And now I'm worried about how easy it would be for me to be scammed in a much bigger way! read more

DON'T EVER ASK PRINTING SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY ! They put me to wait on the counter for half hour only to get a QUOTE !!! The woman responsible for the printing vanished in the back to never come back. All I wanted was to see the quality of the paper and she put me to wait and wait. read more

Not sure if what the lady behind the counter was saying was true but I think she saw the numbers wrong. I wanted to ship a package valued at $1600 and charge the receiver. She said she couldn't do it with their account. I would have to pay upfront, I never had this problem before. So I took my package to take it somewhere else and she came after me grabbing the package and explaining that she wants me to understand and at that point I felt like she was attacking me. My review is only based on their (supposed) notary service. I called twice on a Sunday to check the notary was in because I had to notarize a document on this day. First I was told the notary would not arrive until 1:30. Although she was supposed to stay until closing time, she left nearly an hour early. The girl at the store -trying to be helpful- called the notary who said she *might* return but could not commit. My lone star is a reflection of their lack of reliability and professionalism. read more

It is always a pleasure to come in to mail boxes etc! The staff is amazing , and not to mention how professional everyone is! They always greet you with a smile , and never let me leave with out telling me all of the wonderful services they provide! I have been a mail box customer with them for almost 18 years! And the service has always been a pleasure. They send me my packages to brazil on time every 15 days. They always arrive in amazing condition. They repack my items and ship them out for me. terrible location in promenade shops of aventura, very rude staff (what little of it they have). they are always under staffed and the wait times are forever, EVERY SINGLE TIME. they don't even acknowledge you standing there, Harriet or whatever her name is was horribly rude. no samples or knowledge of the printing stuff that they are selling. they lose packages all the time! owners do not care either. avoid this place at all costs!
