Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had with UPS. I had an item shipped to the Hageman Dr. store for my daughter and they returned it with no attempt to contact me because they have their own policy requiring people to have an account with THAT particular store to have UPS deliver a shipment there for customer pick-up. Who would have known that ? I have a UPS account, so I thought that was sufficient, but Instead of contacting me and charging a fee of some sort for the pick-up of the item, they just returned it with no notification. Adding insult to injury, when my daughter went to pick up the item the manager was extremely rude and treated her horribly. You would think that since they operate as a UPS business, the stores would all have the same policies, but apparently that's not the case at all. So I'm out $30.00 in shipping costs because of this store's "policy" and there's no accountability. There was no reason to handle this matter like they did, and to treat customers this way says a lot about this store and its people. Looks like I'll be using Fed-Ex or USPS from now on. read more

I have been a customer here for years! They are all so good to me and greet me when I come in. They are so quick to help me and assist me with my needs. I had shown my ID to your employee. The other issues I had had were that in the past I was told that if two labels were put on top of each other the automatic reader would not be able to read the bar code and that the package would not get to its destination so we corrected the two labels on top of each other that had been put on the package. The other issue was that the new label had been put on upside down and this package was to someone who I had cared about what they thought of me, and I did not want them to think I was a weirdo. I had removed the label and put it on right-side up which is what caused the threats. Wherever you were working, it was not within viewing distance from where I was so apparently, you did not hear everything. It is very upsetting to have people treat someone so negatively for simply wanting their package to have one label on it that is right-side up. read more

This place has lost several of my packages! I mailed something there last week and they didn't scan it and put a tracking number on my receipt (which I didn't notice until now) and the recipient still has not received the package, so who knows if this will be another lost package. I wish I can give zero stars.. if you come to this location make sure to have your return label printed if you don't have the barcode with amazon returns this location is all about collecting $ no good customer service here. They charge almost a gallon on gas.. $3.99 plus $1.00 fee $4.99 are you crazy then others come in and now it's only $3.99 charging people one after the other.. now a dollar I can understand but what they charge is outrageous I've been going to other locations and they have given me email to print label at no charge.. The robotic manager I believe he was standing there micromanaging every employee so I'm assuming he was a "manager" At the end Amazon is having UPS bring label and pick up from my home. read more

I was just in your store earlier today and sent a package and got a roll of stamps. I went to lunch and started wondering why it was so much. Looked and saw that a 55.00 roll of stamps was 75.00. I went back and asked how much a roll of stamps were and was told 75.00. I wasn't told there was a fee when I bought them. I would have gone to the post office instead. My friend was with me and can attest to the fact that they didn't tell me there was a fee. Would you pay 20.00 more for a roll of stamps. I told the girl I would like to return them, they were unopened. She said she could not do that because they could not get their money back. I've used this location on several occasions and the staff is very arrogant. They lack customer service skills. On the most recent occasion, I was given the same QR code for several different packages. The female began to laugh at me and was irritated bc I showed her the same QR code even though those were what I had been given. She offered no assistance so I said I would ask for help from the company who sent the codes. When I was leaving the manager yelled out not to come back. Wow. Just wow. read more

I ship almost daily, and this has been my location for years. Prior to coming to this location I used to frequent the post office, and let me just say the stereotypes about waiting in line at the post office exist for a reason. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and in my years of coming here I have never once encountered anything other than kindness, expediency, and professionalism in a welcoming atmosphere. Prior to writing this review, I saw a negative review left by another customer who complained about being called "hun" and I've never seen anything more ridiculous. It's that charm and family-feel that makes this place what it is. If being called "hun" is an issue for you, there's always the post office you can go suffer through instead. read more

I went to the Hageman store to pick up a flat rate box and the cashier refused to give me one unless I paid for a shipping label. I did not have the contents of my box or shipping address with me. She told me I needed to go to the post office to get a free box. The fact is that the boxes are free to them and they are delivered to them for free as well. This was really poor customer service. They are not representing the USPS well at all. The girls in this store are always rude and have attitudes when serving customers. I'll take my money elsewhere. They're not the only shipping store in this area but they are the worst in my book. Don't go to this store if you can avoid it! read more

I have been having my wine shipped here 4 times a year for at least 4 years. I have never had an issue with how it is addressed or delivered. (I have it delivered here because UPS won't deliver when you are home...that would be convenient) Went to pick up my wine today and the "supervisor" (Miss crayoned on eyebrows) rudely said "we rejected it because it is addressed wrong. I've told you and your husband this 4 or 5 times ". No, no you have not ever told me anything. As a matter of fact, she is the one who gave me my wine about a month ago and she never said anything about not being able to have UPS deliver my UPS package to the UPS store. Not so much whatever the problem is, but the snide and obnoxiously rude way she spoke to me. I wouldn't use this particular UPS store again to save my life. Yesterday, my husband and I needed to get a document notarized and I had some packages to ship. I thought it would be great to get it all done at on spot, so off we went to the UPS store. Literally some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I show up 5 minutes before closing and I sent a box down and I tell the lady with glasses who's a little on the plumper side that I had one more box, I had to go grab out of my car and she said OK so I go outside. I grabbed the box and I come back and she's has the gates closed and she said we're close. I said oh my God it's two minutes after closing and I told you I was coming right back and she said sorry you have to come back tomorrow and I thought she was joking but she was dead serious about me having to come back tomorrow so I had to load up my heavy boxes again put them back in my car and now I have to go back tomorrow. I was there before closing. She knowledged that she heard me saying that I was coming right back yet decided to close that gate and it would've taken literally two minutes to do this to Amazon returns. To top it off she was very very rude and very inconsiderate and acted like she didn't give two shits how inconvenient she was being. Extremely convenient location. It's a pretty typical UPS store, with all the standard pricing. The best part are the mail boxes (which I do not have but totally would if I had a business). They notify via text when there's mail. No more wasted trips to the Post Office to find only junk mail. The variety of small business friendly options are nice. Copying, printing, faxing, etc. What I especially like of the UPS store is their keen ability to package items. From my experience, it's all been positive. The employees are much more friendly than the Postal Service location on Pegasus. But then again, anyone with a heart beat is nicer than those soulless creatures. The UPS store is a great alternative to USPS. It may be a necessary alternative if things continue to go so poorly for the Postal service. read more

Shipping is an enigma. But these ladies make it easy and painless. I came in the other day not even knowing how to return a top I ordered online. They told me what to do and how to package it. I also had another item which they boxed up for me and shipped out. It's a little pricey but worth it. Plus, when the post office isn't open, they are. Moved to the area and went in to drop off my AT&T equipment. The first young lady that started my process was very pleasant. An older woman asked her to do something else and took over my process. She was extremely rude. All my equipment was boxed and ready. She opened each box then literally dumped/dropped the equipment into another box. Had a complete disgust look on her face and did everything she could not to touch my equipment as if it were contaminated. I will not use this UPS store. I will make the drive downtown where customers are treated with friendliness and respect. Well, decided to give the store a second chance. Went in with LegalZoom docs to have notarized. This store told me those were the only legal docs they would notarize. The very young lady looked over my docs and said she couldn't notarize them because there was no place for her to sign. I tried to tell her these were the docs this store stated to purchase and she completely walked away from me as I was talking with her. Went to PostNet on Rosedale Hwy..., young lady was amazing. I came in and told the notary I need a document notarized and she stated "Go over to the table and wait there". Her response was not accompanied by a please or a smile. If you use this UPS store, better bring a lot of extra money. They overcharge, and the clerks are rude as can be. I am still trying to figure out why it cost me almost 25.00 to "pack" my items in a box. They put the items I was sending in a box, that is their packing. How hard is that? They will tell you it has to ship one particular way, which of course is the most expensive. They make sure to tell you any other method won't arrive in time. The first time my wife and I needed something notarized and the girl said that the notary was gone for the day. Went back earlier the next day and it was the same girl that's a notary! I've always used the UPS store on White Lane and Gosford and love them. I ship out hundreds of packages a year so when I moved I went to the closest UPS which was the one on Hageman and Calloway. I was shipping three boxes of hides to the tannery. They were clean and neat and if I hadn't asked for insurance they probably wouldn't have known what was in them. Unfortunately, they do not ship anything hunting related, no hides, no mounts, no furs, no animal products of any kind. This was surprising since the other UPS gladly takes my business, but they said they were independently owned and could set any policy they wanted. I did buy a box there, but it was over $10 for a box that would have cost $3 at Uhaul or Walmart. Sorry they don't want my business. read more

We recently moved to the area, we have used the UPS stores at other location very often as we have a home business, we were excited that this one was close by. We have never had any problems, until this one, I came to this location. I took 2 packages into this location at Christmas they were both wrapped but I wanted them to put in a box and mail, I attached an envelope, one on each gift. Taped very securely, these were being sent to my Sister that just lost her husband from Covid after 38 years of marriage. She called me when she opened them, and when I mentioned the envelopes she said there was only one envelope, the employee that boxed my gifts took their time to slice the tape to get off the envelope and stoled it, yes their was cash in it, not bright on my part at all. I guess this employee needed it more than my grieving Sister, I guess they didn't take both thinking no one would know. Well this store lost our business for personal and our business! I tried to reach out to owner was given a unknown email and after a visit and many phone calls we gave up. Sad one employee lost good income for this owner... The lady that took my packages and put them in a box was an older lady with short blondish hair, but I dont know if she was the one that put my box together as I didn't stay and watch...Very disappointed read more

Going to ship a package is usually considered a chore. However, going to this UPS Store is always the highlight of my day. They are fast, efficient and most importantly, friendly. Many other reviewers have already mentioned Wendy. Every time I walk into that store she has the biggest smile. The store manager, Jennie is equally as awesome. I went to this Ups store to mail off a package and i gave the employee the address it was to go to and then paid for it and got the package mailed off. A week later i get a phone call the package was returned to the ups store and to come pick it up. So i go to pick it up and asked why it was returned and the girl said it was mailed usps and it couldn't be delivered to that address. No one told me it was being mailed via usps or i would've given them the recipient's P.O. Box since know she cannot receive postal mail to her address. When you go into a Ups store you expect that the item is being shipped ups unless they tell you differently. But what really made me upset was that the lady helping me was so absolutely rude about it and told me that i would have to pay for it to be shipped again when this was their mistake. When i told her that in the future they should notify their customers when they're using a different carrier she just turned around and walked away. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never ever use this UPS location again. Part of being in customer service is making things right with the customer. So now i have to go elsewhere and pay to have it shipped again. read more

I am a teacher, but during the summer I travel the country for Global Dance TV doing video production for live broadcasts at national dance competitions. It's that time again where I go back to my real life and get my classroom ready to teach school and I needed to ship some very fragile television cameras, computers, and equipment to my summertime boss in Illinois and wasn't quite sure where to start. I didn't want to drive all over town looking for the actual UPS headquarters and I wasn't sure the US Post Office would have the packaging needed to securely box the computer before it was mailed. The UPS Store was very conveniently located within a couple of miles of my house so I decided to try it out for the first time. The women who work here were very friendly and helpful, too. I had two packages to send; one was rather large and over 50 pounds packed securely in the Pelican case I travel with. The other was a computer that they had to package and then send for me. They led me through the process and determined that UPS ground service would get the package there quickly enough to be ready for the next dance competition but without costing the company an arm and a leg. They worked quickly and efficiently and got me out of there pretty quickly. They asked me what was in the Pelican case, and when I answered " a television camera" it started a whole line of conversation that was entertaining but didn't seem to slow down the process. The cost of the packing and shipping wasn't unreasonably expensive, and the packages got there just when they said they would and in good condition so I guess everything went as it should. read more

I was returning a package sent to my house using UPS. I attached the return label to the box that UPS sent. The supervisor of the store told the clerk to "make certain you re-package the shipment in a larger box". I said that is not necessary since I am using the same box that it was shipped in (you could see the original shipping label that I covered up with tape). She was EXTREMELY RUDE said no that was not acceptable and refused the package. I went to USPS, they accepted the box and only charged $18 to ship it including $1,000 of insurance. read more

I've gone to this location a few times and have never received great service. All of the people working here have been rude and overall just unprofessional. It seems like they are all either lazy or hate their job. However, it was my last experience here that prompted this review. I needed to ship some equipment to my employer and was given an account number to use. When I went in, I was rudely told that it was not possible to use an account number to ship anything. Then the girl next to her chimed in and said "we don't do that anymore." I advised her that the information she was giving me seemed to be incorrect as someone has just done this a week ago and asked if there were any other UPS store locations in the area. She told me there were a few but they were all going to "tell me the same thing." I took a chance though, went to another location (8200 Stockdale hwy) and they were amazing! They had no issues whatsoever with billing the shipping charges back to the account # I provided them. read more
