My disclaimer is that I have been to this location in the past. I always had excellent and professional service given to me. I read a few recent comments on the service not being good. I couldn't believe it! I had to send a box out so it was a good time to see for myself. I was greeted by Christopher who was simply the best. He alone is a great reason to come to this location. He not only took care of me he also patiently answered my questions on delivery and pick up times. Before me the was another customer which he gave great customer care to also. I honestly don't know why this place doesn't have 5 stars. I have been here twice and both times I was in and out in less than 1 minute. I've also seen other customers walk in and out quickly. Both times I was returning something, once to the phone company, once to Amazon. Both times I had the return information already ready before going in. Which I highly recommend doing. Both times I was greeted immediately with a smile and at the end the associate asked me if they could help me with anything else. I usually dread last minute, unexpected errands, but this is one that I don't mind. I think that people have ONE unpleasant experience and feel the need to leave 1 star, but that is completely unnecessary. This use to be my fav spot to stop and return Amazon packages but now they started charging 1$ to tape a box 1st it's tape one strips not a 1$ 2nd amazon says I don't even need a box to return it. I will be making a co plaint to amazon read more

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the second time Fabian has helped me with packing a shipping irreplaceable sentimental items. Every single item arrived in perfect condition (items were all different sizes from antique mirrors that had to have customs shaped boxes to canvas paintings that needed to be packaged to preserve the paint and the canvases themselves.) Top notch service and he does everything to keep the cost as low as possible. If you need to ship anything, Fabian at the Fairmont location in Pasadena, TX is your guy! read more

The store owner kicked me out because I have a disability. I tried to speak with him, but he refused to even speak with me, and then he took my box away from me and refused to give it back for 30 seconds until I firmly insisted that he let go of my box. He also refused to give me the corporate number. It's sad that in 2020 a business owner would feel free to discriminate against customers with disabilities, but that is exactly what happened. read more

This was the lowest form of customer service I have ever received in my life. Like other customers who have left their reviews, I was also kicked out of the store. i had a question and Keith's response was "don't you know how to read?" he was extremely aggressive that other customers were encouraging me to call the police. The other employee remained silent with head down. I had one simple question regarding my Amazon package, a yes or no question. But it was clear that he was set out to belittle me in front of other 6-7 people. I tried sending some returns back to Amazon with the code they sent, which states that you just need to show the code and the UPS store is supposed to pack your items and ship them with no charge to me. Well this store is trying to rip its customers off by charging, for tape and packaging supplies instead of doing what they are supposed to be doing for Amazon for free. I called and spoke to Chris the manager who did NOTHING but make excuses. Shame on you for trying to RIP honest folks off, I will be sharing this with Amazon as well!! read more

Just left, and once again Christopher and Keith went above and beyond. I have had issue at other ups stores dropping off boxes but "Here" they are so helpful. You can even drop off Amazon returns now, just have it packaged when you come in or there may be a small charge. That's because of Amazon not Ups. Much better then Deer Park in my opinion. read more

I am a definitively late in updating my review. (Sorry about that). I was not rude in any way but reacted to the way in which I was attacked. Had you felt for one second I was wrong on video as you say. Authorities should have been called. You passing the buck and making excuses for a lack of service and ability to properly comminuted. Video footage does not relay what was said to me by you or your staff. So that is crap!!! . My review remains the same. The service was less than mediocre and if that was/is your policy it should be visible for customers to see. Again, I was treating less than a customer and I would never come back to this location and will tell anyone that will listen. read more

WOW! This place rocks as do the people! I was just dropping off a couple of pre-labeled prepaid packages. Keith was so kind, offered assistance in bringing the boxes into the store. Who does that? Christopher was very friendly and personable while providing me a receipt. Although I do not know her name there was a female at the counter who was all smiles and very friendly when I entered the store. They have only been open for about 10 weeks, but this location is a Keeper! From my home I pass 3-4 shipping facilities before I get to this location. Today I preferred a real UPS Store for my Air shipments- so glad I stopped here. This will be my Preferred and Only Go To shipping location. Do Not Pass these guys by!
