The assistant manager, Lisa, just seems to have a terrible attitude, for being the in a customer facing environment. First time I came in a few months ago, she had an attitude while I was picking up a package, and just thought she was having a bad day, so I just let it go. Came in to pick up a package again today, as I am a paying customer for a mailbox/folder, and after she checks my ID and gets my package, she proceeds to point at the address label and says not to use that address as that is only for customers that are box holders. I tell her that the address/box combination on there is my box that I've paid for, and in a condescending tone says, are you. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but my experience at this location has not been the greatest. Don't assume and judge people that come through your door. read more

I went to OVERNIGHT a letter, paid $75.87 for it to be there the next day before Noon! Well you know the drill, the letter was not delivered the next day, it was delivered the following day! So I call the the Ups store to request a refund and they told me that they would have to file a claim with UPS corporate and they would call me back the next day to update me, and I was fine with that! The next day came and I never heard from them, so at 4:30pm I called them again to get an update, and the person I was speaking to, said let me check to see if we have an update! Mind you, they were supposed to call me with an update, which never happened! After about 30 minutes on the phone, they finally came to inform me that I was getting a refund of $56 I believe, but if I had not called back, I would have never been updated, what happened to customer service in this country anyway!!! I had to take my grandmother to ups for a notary and witnesses for some important papers, we had made an appointment same day online and when we walked in immediately the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. This place is a RIP off for printing anything! They have an email you can send a do ument to. I sent a one page, black and white document to be printed. I was charged $3.00 for computer time! I was then also charged for the black and white copy, which is understandable, but the $3.00 is ridiculous. Walked in with a pre-paid USPS drop off. I was told by the woman at the front desk that it would be a $2 charge to drop off because they "were getting too many packages" and the manager didn't like that. The Post Office closed in 5 minutes, so I couldn't make it there and paid the $2. I will never ever go back again. I am fine paying extra from time to time for the convenience of certain items but the flippant answer and lack of customer service was a big turn off. read more

In more than several times I've been there my service was fast and easy. All employees were attentive and nice. I went in to the local ups store and before I even entered the business I could smell a very strong gas odor. It was horrible. They had both front and back doors opened and said they had been opended since opening. Gas company was supposedly there saying he could not detect anything but it was VERY clear there was/is a gas leak in there. They need to close down the store and allow the gas company and/or fire department to do a thorough inspection. Those employees and customers are going to get sick from the exposure. I sure hope this gets seen asap and they close it down till it is figured out. read more

This UPS store on Beaumont avenue is awful. I had the worst experience with my amazon return. I did a 2 item amazon return with them. I got there and they asked me to pay to print the label. I never had to pay for label anywhere else with my amazon return. The second thing is amazon only received one of my items. I had a receipt with a tracking number and I call them to find out what happened, this guy told me that there was no way of tracking my package because the tracking number provided to me was a made up number from their system and that they don't track anything. He said They don't guaranty anything and that they were not responsible. For all I know my item could have been stolen or sold, not sure. I called amazon and reported this fraudulent UPS store and since amazon is an amazing company they refunded my item and shipping within hours of filling my complaint. Shame on that UPS location in Beaumont. I am a very unhappy customer. Run and get your shipping done elsewhere. read more

I walked in around 5:30 and it's a packed house. I see this beautiful blonde woman dealing with more than one person at a time. One of the ladies she was dealing with was rude and the Beauty just kept smiling and doing as she said. Let me tell ya, it took this guy a lot of patience to not open my mouth and tell that miserable lady what everyone there was thinking. To the Beauty that was working there tonight, you were fantastic and don't let people like that take away that smile of yours. So I went here to over night my husbands car keys that he left before he flew back to AZ. His car was left at the airport. The guy that help me was being trained. I saw a long line behind me and they seemed very busy. It took awhile but that was ok. 4 days went by and my husband never received the package with the keys. He was stuck in AZ with no car and we had to pay everyday it was there. My husband came back to California and spoke with the manager here. She said they couldn't find it. We tracked it and it said it never left the UPS store. She keep saying it was UPS fault. So we put it under investigation.. well on the fifth day she called and said they found it. It was there ,in there UPS store. Wow that's weird ... So I went to pick it up and the Manager handed it to me. She didn't say sorry or anything. I asked do we get a refund ? She said no it wasn't there fault and it is under investigation. I looked at the box and the label is torn off. I find this very strange and very unprofessional to not even apologize or offer information what happened. . I had to ask her what happened ... Came here for a help with a return, but the two ladies who were assisting were more interested in their Starbucks order than helping out their customers. Needed assistance in figuring out how to print out the correct labels and they were no help instead and didn't bother to help. They totally trashed my book. 1/3 of the book were copied and inserted back with such careless manner. I do not know where the originals were. The pages were uneven. Additionally, he kept me informed every step of the process and grouped the charges to make them easy to review. This UPS Store offers mailboxes, copy and fax service, utility bill and credit card payment acceptance service, Western Union service, packing and shipping boxes, and some office supplies. Let me 1st say that when it comes to mailing or shipping anything, I'm a procrastinator. I envision long lines, confusion, grouchy employees, and outrageous costs, especially around the holidays. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the UPS Store location in Beaumont, CA during the Christmas holiday rush. The people there are so nice and amazing. No long lines when I went at 6pm. The service was quick. They were all very accommodating and helpful. Prices blew USPS out of the park! Best of all, all 6 of my packages arrived 2 days early, and in perfect condition! What more could you ask for? I don't know if all of the UPS stores are as amazing as this one is, but I'm definately going back to this one, without hesitation, for all my shipping needs.
