This is so unprofessional. So I call because I needed something faxed ASAP. The guy who answered said yes we do faxes. So I tell him I'll be right over thank you and hang up. I live in the Sundance community. It literally took me less then 5 mins. Yelp showed that this location closed at 6:30pm. So I rushed over to this ups store 7min till closing. When I pull up. They have the door locked the girl is pulling the gates closed and staring at me talking to another coworker but then they both walk to the back where I can't see them!!!! All I needed was 1 page faxed seriously I was better off not calling . Then they probably wouldn't have rushed to close up. This is what's wrong with small towns...lazy read more

Krista the notary saved the day with a notary issue we had on paperwork from out of state. Last month my husband sent back some equipment from our cable provider and the woman told him to make sure he kept the receipt because people have had problems with the cable company saying they never received it. First of all, they don't limit the amount of customers in the store during Covid got there in the morning and waited outside for a couple customers to leave before I entered. Then there's a sign on the door that says they don't except prepaid packages from USPS but they will overcharge you to send something USPS and if you want tracking they want to charge you $20 just for tracking. They wanted $7.60 to send a package USPS with no tracking and if I want to tracking it was going to be $27 through UPS. I left and went to the post office and got postage and tracking for $5.65. Complete rip off I will never go back read more

I will not be doing business at this UPS Store ever again. Apparently, you get one package per round in line. I had 3 packages to ship and after we had the first one squared away, one of the other clerks cleared out my transaction to help the next guy in line. Move on to the second package, then wait. Are you kidding? No. One package per transaction otherwise you wait in line again. Upon entering the store there was an associate by the name of Nick, his attitude towards the guest was very disgusting. I explained to him I've never return a package back before so I will need help as it's my first time. He then started to say " well open up your email what are you waiting for... " I continued to keep my calm as her starts to get more aggressive with me towards his tone of voice another associate by the name of Jessica such an amazing associate step in and automatically greeted me and made me feel very welcome, she proceeded to make me feel welcome and was very patient with me.. as she was helping me he kept antagonizing the situation saying " I do 300 of these a day so I don't tell me how to do my job ". If you ever visit this store I totally recommend going to Jessica she will help you and be patient with you!! read more

I needed to mail a letter and was looking for a mailer. The man behind the counter said abruptly, "what do you want?" He told me to come over to the counter where he proceeded to ring up the item. He appeared to be inconvenienced and impatient when I had to look up the address. There was no one else in the store at the time. Then he misspelled the name of the recipient and when I pointed it out he said, "it doesn't matter." I left the store confirmed that I would not be returning for any future business. I would suggest that the Mgr put this individual in the back with the boxes as it suits his work personality. read more

The two employees that were helping me were nice and the pricing was average. They sell strange things like grocery store candy, gum and knit beanies. The biggest turn off was when what looked like the store owner and a district manager bashing about the other stores right in front of the employees and customers that were in the store! My wife went into this store to have a fax sent. And to have a email printed the girl by the name of Jessica told her she had to use the machine in the corner my wife could not get it to work she went to Jessica and told her it wouldn't work she ask Jessica if she could print it she said no my wife said I guess I will have to go somewhere else Jessica said I guess you will then my wife ask her for her fax confirmation Jessica said I gave it to you my wife said no you didn't and guess what she went to the fax machine and there it was my wife came all upset so I went in to ask her for her name as I came through the door the older man has a rude comment about me coming in to Jessica and the two of them start laughing by that time I'm standing right there I asked her name and walked out I don't know if he is the Manger or what in steed of his rude comments he should have said is there something I can help you with. I have been going to this UPS store for years and today I had a horrible experience! When I walked in I was ignored by both the female associates, one named Jessica and the other named Krista. I had a few things to send out. I asked Jessica to start shipping out 3 pairs of shoes. While I printed the other labels. Another customer walked in and she rudely pushed my shoes aside and said she would help the other customer until we were ready. I proceeded to ask about emailing the labels to the store in order for them to print them and Jessica again rudely advised me to use the computer because they were too busy to print them out themselves. The associates were unprofessionally chatting about their personal lives while helping people at the front desk. Jessica then told Krista to help me and walked away to deal with the other customer. I told her I needed a box to ship 3 pairs of shoes in. She charged me $12 for the shipping and $10 for her to put it in the box. I pointed out that I had purchased boxes before and was never charged $10 to box it up. At the end my total was $35 to ship 1 box and to print 2 labels !!!! I asked her to take it out and I would box it myself. She said no with an attitude, that she could not do that. But I know she could have made that accommodation. She gave me a $3 triple A discount once I explained my frustration. As I left Krista continued being rude and laughing as she said have a good day in a very sarcastic tone. Absolutely 100% the worst and rudest service. The atmosphere those associates created inside the UPS store was horrible, it make me as the customer feel that I was inconveniencing the associates by asking them to ship something. I will tell everyone I know about the rude and unprofessional service I received at this UPS store. read more

Nick and Jessica have both been so helpful to both my husband and I throughout the last few months. We had a loss in our family during the summer and Nick saw how overwhelmed I was and helped me send out certificates of death to the necessary agencies. Jessica was there to help as a notary and she stayed after closing to make sure all our paperwork was completed. Nick was very helpful even today with getting our documents faxed multiple times due to an error on my part. Even when they're busy they try to greet everyone that comes in the store. Amazing customer service from Yoko. Had two boxes to go back to Amazon and could not pull up return lable email for her to scan and print out. Took several minutes on my end to try to fix it, and Yoko could not have been any more patient and helpful even though there were 8 other customers in store.. Once I fixed the issue on my end she had things printed out and secured to boxes in just a couple of minutes. Have been here before, will come back. They are friendly and professional and customer service is top notch, no matter how busy they are. All the employees are not just professional, but fast, efficient, and sharp. I recently went to this location to drop off an item I had sold online. I actually paid for their Pack & Ship service so that my item would be professionally packaged by an employee because I didn't want to risk it getting damaged in transit. I dropped it off on a Monday and noticed the tracking information hadn't updated when I checked it on Thursday. After trying to get ahold of someone through UPS Customer Service, to try and locate my package, I wasn't able to get any information and just decided to call the store. I called them on Friday. After some back and forth, with one of their staff, I finally found out that my item was still at the store and hadn't even been packaged. The girl gave me a lame excuse that they had to order a box large enough for my item and that it would take another couple of days. I clarified that I had dropped off my item on Monday so I didn't understand why it was still sitting at their location. I explained I sold items online frequently and had used their Pack and Ship Service at other locations multiple times for similar items and had never had an issue. When she realized I had dropped it off since Monday her tone changed and became apologetic, I could tell they finally understood they had messed up. Anyways, she finally explained it would be sent out by Monday at the latest. At this point I hope they actually follow through with sending it out that day and hopefully my buyer doesn't cancel the purchase. I drop off packages about 3 times a week and have noticed that most UPS stores are busier than before the pandemic. And I've been to several other stores with lines out the door and have NEVER had an issue with the staff not sending out a package within 1-2 days. Will definitely never come back to this location. read more

I came to this location because of the UPS name and because of its relatively convenient location. The owner Nick warned about the local post office's poor service compared to his own, but when after a month into a 3 month mailbox contract, I tried to get a refund for unused months, the once polite Nick changed his tone. He stated that his policy forbids refunds, and when I asked about what would to the box, he said he's just going to rent it out again. It seems rather harsh to impose this sort of policy on customers in a recession, esp. those who are new to the area. My advice - treat it as a stand-alone business, read the fine print, and don't be taken in because of UPS name and "polite" service. It has a price. read more

I have been dropping off mail for years here at this store. I have never had a problem . Today I was told there is a $2 service fee for the US postal service, and when I asked when that fee was started , I was told by Jessica that the fee had been in place since she worked there. I then purchased 2 books of stamps and when I went to pay I pushed the yes button to approve the payment , and the no button went red. She asked what card I was using, I told her a debit card, she then asked if I had enough money on the card. Very rude service and lacked compassion. I realize the terminal was not working , but to ask the customer, do you have enough money. Just terrible. I ended up paying cash. read more

They charged $2.50 to place a small piece of tape across a box that was being returned on a PRE-PAID postage sticker. What a disgrace to the UPS name this store is! Lousy customer service. I've had a postal box at this location for two years. Consistently had problems with staff mislabeling my inbound packages. Over the 2014 holiday season, my business was booming and I had to drop some USPS packages over the period of a week. The number of packages numbered around 20-40. At the time I just opened my warehouse and USPS pickups were spotty. I explained the situation to one of the actual helpful employees and she said the number of packages I was dropping off was fine and that there would be no problems, especially since it was just temporary. She also said that they have daily USPS pickups. On the final day I dropped off my USPS packages, I ran into the owner. He proceeded to bitch about how I was dropping off too many packages and that after that day he would bill me $5 per package for drop offs! His excuse was that he had to pay an employee to drop the packages off at the post office. His statement directly contradicted the statement his own employee stated earlier in the week. It was absurd, unprofessional and greedy. The contract for the postal box states VERY CLEARLY that drop offs cost nothing. At that point I decided to let my box lapse because of how absurd this UPS store treated me and my business. To make matters worse, they kept having issues with their system and the ability to send me text messages when inbound parcels arrived. I had one parcel arrive BEFORE my box expired in early March. Was never notified. I visited the store tonight to inquire and the owner told me that they had it and would charge me a $5 retrieval fee or I had to renew my box. These people are a scam and should have their franchise removed by UPS. read more

I would give this place a five star rating because the staff is friendly and fast, plus they extended their Saturday hours. But they decided to stop accepting $100s. Wow, this isn't 1985 when $100 was worth a lot. Compared to then, a $100 is like a $20. Try paying $300 in utility bills with $20s. I would have to make a special trip to the bank to get fifteen $20s just to pay my utility bills. No one is going to have that many $20s in their wallet. read more
