Use this store many times for drop off but my latest visit the employees were rude, arrogant, not kind and prideful. I heard the employees raise his voice twice "would you like a receipt" to a lady as she was having a hard time hearing/understanding. Don't raise your voice out of frustration. Come on man. Then I dropped my package off saying please remember to cover up old label and the was responded with "we know what we're doing". Obviously you have room for error because the last time I dropped a package off for a return to sender it was delivered to my house again. I was just making sure it didn't happen again. A different response with more kindness, understanding and empathy would have been nice. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is a great place to go if you want to contract Covid-19. Not a one of the employees was wearing a face mask. As a registered nurse, I was horrified that no concern was shown for their customers' welfare in the midst of a pandemic. Last time I ever set foot in this UPS Store ever again! read more

I frequent this store often and always experience pleasant and efficient service. Today I was exceptionally impressed by the employee working there today, 7/23/22. He was the only employee in the store and he serviced multiple customers in the store at once and more coming in the door, while also helping a customer on the phone. He was calm, efficient and polite. read more

Really disappointed with the service at this store. I run a small buisness and ship from a different location regularly. Was incredibly disappointed that not only was the owner was rude, he unwilling to print out the label I needed, I decided I would pay for the computer then I would get charged $2.50 to use the computer for 3 min, $1 for them to accept the package and for the shipping packaging (which I was already planning in buying). I recently began working in the area and would have returned regularly and spent money at this location but after the service I received I don't plan on coming back. read more

Literally the most incompetent 16 year old boys running this store. My package was confirmed delivered at 9am and at 5pm it wasn't there somehow. I had to tell them to go in the back and look for it granted it didn't look like they tried to find anything very hard in the mess of a back room. They were condescending and just told me to call the 800 number. I had tried to call the UPS store number 3 times and Everytime nobody answered or it would be disconnected so I imagine the children they hire to work there just ignore that as I saw them sitting on their phones when I walked in to the completely empty store. read more

The people that worked during the time I came to pick up a package were incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Provided excellent service with the utmost attention to detail throughout the entire shipping process. Highly recommend them.

This UPS store has been very reliable. The owner is very nice and friendly. I have had excellent service.
