Worse customer service EVER! I was charged for a box that was never used to mail my package, the owner is rude beyond belief! Also he's the notary as well who uses an expired stamp which isn't valid! DO NOT even bother using these people! When we went back to get a refund for the invalid notary.....their response was, we cant help you, he's out of town, we don't do refunds! SHIP WITH ANOTHER LOCATION. Ok there is no way to select 0 stars as this is what this business deserves. So a lesson to all of you about to ship UPS: DO NOT pay for your shipping at these locations. Go online to http://www.ups.com and print your own labels and then drop it off at the UPS Store. The UPS Stores all charge a ridiculous premium to print shipping labels. In this store's case, a $21 shipping cost to the west coast cost a whopping $56. What a rip off! Never going to that store ever again. read more

I sent out a package in this store and did notice that the guy that helped me (Avner) attached a $5 "signature on delivery" fee without me knowing. After noticing, I called back and another employee told me I can get it refunded but have to come back to the store. I came to the store shortly after to hear that he could not waive the fee.. I went there to send a old laptop back to my company. The guy told me it will cost me $32.95. I was shock it cost so much and he said it's bec of the box. I told him never mind and cancel the transaction and left the store. A month later, I when I receive my credit card invoice, i saw the charge on my bill. This place is the worst!!! For the simply reason that I had to print some important documents urgently. I woke up early to hear by 8, cuz I needed to be somewhere at 10 with the documents. I get there and guess what? They aren't open!!! Despite the sign and the messages recording stating that they open at 8am. But I'm desperate so I decide to wait for a bit, praying that the person in charge is just running late. Nope, by 8:30 I had to give-up and find somewhere else. I went there once. The guy wanted to change $2 for USPS drop off. Other USP stores do not charge you for that.

$2 for a notary - the usual fee. $3 to make one black and white copy from my flash drive - not cool. I also did it myself on the hokey pokey computer that has a piece of cardboard for a front cover. Person at counter looked like he was mad. read more

First time when I went there to return my textbook, the people were really nice. It was a tight space with all the boxes everywhere though.

I went to get an important document notarized. However, the man at the front desk used a stamp with a 2012 expiration date. He crossed off the date in pen and wrote "2016". When I questioned him about this, he became very short with me and ultimately crossed off the whole stamp. Not only did he fail to do what I needed, his actions voided the whole document, preventing me from getting it notarized elsewhere until I can obtain an official replacement. I really wish I had read other reviews before going to this location! read more

Oh my god, I am so peeved right now! I dropped off a dress at this store with a USPS label for a Poshmark customer since I got out of work after the post office was closed. I paid two dollars extra and bought a box for it to be delivered. The UPS clerk told me that he would take care of the packaging. That was on Wednesday. I checked the status yesterday and noticed that it was never scanned. I called the store and they told me that it might have been shipped to the wrong address. I went in today in person to show them a picture of the dress and the clerk who was there today told me that it might be the dress according to the girl who shipped it off. But that the lady who received it is saying that it's not the dress since it's a different color. The next thing I'm told is that I need to wait for their boss to come back on Wednesday to find out where my dress may have gone. Hopefully I will not lose my first Poshmark customer because of their discrepancy. read more

Had a package redirected here, came in to pick it up, WITHOUT even checking to verify, he INSISTED it wasn't there. So here's the deal. I'm a regular customer at this place and I utilize many of their services. I know what I'm doing so it makes things go much smoother. For example.. if I'm sending a package, I have everything packed in the appropriate sized box, taped and ready for their label. Otherwise the service is very mediocre. The older guy with the glasses, well he's the boss. If you're friendly and polite, you'll be ok but I've seen him have his moody days. The blondish haired kid with glasses, that's his son. He's ok. Never had a problem. The other young guy with short dark hair who I like to call "sensitive", well he's ok. Never had a problem. The dark haired lady with glasses who's name is Zarina ( I think, not totally sure), she's ok too. But that dirty blonde haired, spoiled brat, rude girl? She's terrible! Her name is Sandra or Samantha. Can't remember. So anyway when the boss is around, "rude girl" is sweet as warm apple pie. But if she's there when the boss is not around, watch out. Saturday's are the worst so go at your own risk because usually "rude girl" and "sensitive guy" are there and they have the place to themselves. No boss-man on Saturdays. If you have to go there for anything, as soon as you walk into the store, "rude girl" is treating you like you've disturbed, bothered or interrupted her from her laziness and you'll feel like she can't get rid of you fast enough. If you have a question, you can pretty much forget it because she's had enough of you already and please would you just get the hell out and leave her alone. If "sensitive guy" is there with her, he's powerless to stop her from being so darn rude. He pretty much continues along quietly. On some occasions they have their friends over and they're all behind the counter laughing and giggling and not taking things seriously. Customers? Who cares about the silly customers. We have some gossip to spread! That's their attitude. Why do I go this location? Simply because of the convenience. Good luck. read more

I had walked in to the ups store a few days back just to ask some questions about shipping. The lady at the counter had very excellent customer service. She greeted me with her name and answered all the questions that I had. Even the one question she didn't know the answer to, she looked it up and found out for me. She's great. This was some of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The guy and girl sitting behind the counter today looked like they couldn't be bothered with helping a customer. Overall, they were very unhelpful with a problem I had and basically just told me they couldn't help and to resolve it myself. As usual, I came in to print and they were very helpful !! my document wouldn't open up on their computer, however, they were super helpful and allowed me to email them my document so they can print it out. Also, the font I had chosen came out too dark and was barely eligible, but the owner was very understanding. He changed the font for me and reprinted it, it was 55 pages ! Horrible, unhelpful and rude older guy at the front desk treats his customers with utter contempt. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. No reason to use them unless you actually LIKE feeling mistreated. And noooo, he's not some entertaining, postal version of the Seinfeld "Soup Nazi." That guy at least had an excellent product to offer, to offset his detestable awfulness. This guy-he's got nothing!
