The UPS staff at store #2354 was extremely helpful and accommodating to my LiveScan needs! They were quick and efficient and graciously handled any risen issues. While I was at the store, I failed to communicate that I needed to fax the paper work from my livescan. I called them and they kindly offered to fax my paperwork without charge and emailed me confirmation of a fax without me even being there. About 2 weeks ago I went into the store expecting to be disappointed that they wouldn't be able to help me but instead I was very pleasantly surprised. I came in with a digital file that I wanted to print as a present for my godfather who I was meeting the next day(I know such a procrastinator). Like I said I was fully expecting to be told it couldn't be done the same day and that I would have to come back the next day to pick it up. Instead an older gentleman who's name is escaping me right now told me we could do it right then. I was so happy. The gentleman was having some difficulties with the sizing of the image I believe so someone else came over to assist. To my surprise it was the manager of the store! I've worked retail for 20 years and have held management positions myself therefore I notice how they interact with their employees and how they assist or don't assist them when they need help with something. She assisted him without hesitation or complaint. When she handed it to me for review I noticed some of the wording had gotten cut off, she redid it for me without a problem and handed it to me and it was perfect. I was so happy I was able to get it the same day and it looked beautiful and my godfather loved it. I would go here again for my printing needs. read more

Parking here is wonky and it was a bit crowded as I went in to retrieve a package. There are mail boxes here too and tons of printers and postal supplies. Free shredding is offered here so bingo. Recently, I was at this store and was very impressed by Shruti, who was multi-tasking, being very attentive to the length of the line, and providing amazing customer service. If you don't like people, you shouldn't be in business that requires constant communication with customers, especially, customers that pay all your bills. I would like to see that video footage because there were 3 other customers who went the same time as me, all dissatisfied and disappointed, all of us saw what time it was...it wasn't 6:00 nor 6:01! Very shady customer service with that defensive, unapologetic reply... Lastly, I never said I was going to come back. Your team are very good people that I've worked with previously. Today I came in to print and notarize a document and she not only took care of it quickly (I was in and out in probably about 5-10 minutes), but she also uploaded my file and sent it to me so I didn't have the hassle of running home in the pouring rain and trying to scan my document. This was the first time I was about to ship something. I was nervous. It was a dark rainy day, no one was on the road. I just got off the Bus. With the phone in my one hand to navigate myself and umbrella on the other hand to prevent myself from rain, I somehow made my way to The UPS Store. All of a sudden, a sweet voice calls me from behind, it says, "Sir. Do you need any help?" She saw that I was struggling and cold. She made me feel comfortable with her excellent customer service.
