I come here for a good chunk of my mailing needs. I really do love this location. It is so easy to get in an out and honestly besides maybe a Saturday after brunch there is never a real wait. I feel like I tend to see the same workers which is nice to have that consistency. The employees are always super kind and definitely pros at what they do. The manager primarily likes to unnecessarily overcharge customers claiming that UPS ground takes up to two weeks or some other ungodly number so you pay for air out of fear. Yesterday I had a very negative customer service experience at this UPS store. While I was there, between 1:15 and 2:15, there wasn't a single person who could handle the print job I had requested. I had simply asked for a print out on card stock paper in a specific shape and they said I had to wait for the one person who knows how to print out documents to come back from lunch. I came back at 2:15 and they were still not back. If they could please just train more staff members so more people can know how to do printing rather than rely on only one person, then I will return for my printing needs. But until then, the FedEx store in Millbrae, although a little farther from where I live, will have to do. They do a great job there and will even call you back to make sure they're doing everything correctly for you. That's the type of customer service I have come to expect from FedEx Office & Printing stores. I've been coming to this UPS for the last three years, and I owe this store and team a sparkling review! They have exceptional service, and I cannot tell you how often they have bailed me out with projects and shipping. I used to go to USPS, a few blocks away, but I began coming to this UPS because of USPS's lack of customer service. Shruti has been an enormous help for not just me but also my company. We've used a variety of their services from printing, notary, and international shipping. I come in at least 3-5 times a week depending on what comes across my desk (sometimes even twice a day), and each time I walk in, I'm always greeted with a smile.  We always have crucial legal documents that need to be shipped out internationally, and I've never experienced any issues getting them to their destination. They know what to do, how to do it, so I'm always in and out in a flash (although I do like to stay and say hello to everyone). She has a great team behind her and her establishment, and I am always pleased to come here as my first choice. Even with printing, I will sometimes come with a last-minute project, and they always deliver 100%. On a Saturday at 11 pm, my boss requested flyers and four foam core poster boards for a local event. I knew exactly who to go to, so I sent the UPS store an email that night. The following morning Shruti confirmed that she had received the order request, reviewed the information and file, and said they could get it done. They did, and they were fantastic--precisely what we asked for, and it was all on time. I had hours to spare before the event because they got the job is done, which rid of so much stress! I also highly recommend using their notary services. I am now a notary myself, but I always recommend the people I know or coworkers to come to this store when I'm not available. Rory is quick and very efficient. He makes sure to record and execute everything properly. I applaud this store for everything that they've done for me these past few years. Great store. Convenient location. But, there's one worker there who must hate her job! The location of this store is super convenient for me, which is why I frequent it. I'm usually in and out, since I mostly just drop off my returns. The other day, I was so surprised with how I was talked to by one of the women working there, since they're usually nice and helpful. As I was approaching the counter to drop off my return, the woman, who was also helping another customer, pointed to a kiosk by the door and said, "Ma'am you can process your return here now." I said, "Oh, that's new!" She then quickly retorted, with a laugh and an eye roll and said, "Uh, it's been there for 6 months!" in a very condescending tone, which also resulted with the customer she was helping laughing with her and at me. I'm usually in this store every other week and no one's said anything about this new self-serve kiosk. Great idea, I love it and will use it moving forward. But there was no reason for her to approach me that way. Educate me about your new service, don't make fun of me for not knowing about it. I told her that I didn't appreciate her approach and she did apologize. But she should have known better right off the bat not to talk to a frequent customer in that matter. I'm not looking for special treatment. What I expect is good customer service, where you are treated with kindness and respect, let's start there. read more

Great service. Taped my box and put an empty label over my amazon label. USPS would tell me "you have to do everything yourself." So I'm switching over to UPS now. Sure USPS is a lot cheaper. But I'd rather have the good service. For my box that was 13.5x11 inches, overnight would've been $80+ and 2 day deliver was $11 with tracking information. Good to me. read more

I went to this ups store to return an Amazon broom I had bought. A clerk tells me that I need to buy two UPS bags for $15 in order to send the $26 broom back to Amazon. I realized it wasn't a typical return and needed to be packaged to send back. So ok, I come back a couple days later when I have my wallet and now the guy clerk tells me he can't help package it up with the bags (as the previous female clerk had offered) .
