But although it was only a fifteen minute interaction the customer service here was outstanding. I recently came in to ship out a few packages that were time sensitive in nature. Unfortunately, I was also pressed for time. So, I needed to print out labels, package items and have them processed in a timely manner. The whole process was a little bit frustrating considering I normally don't do this, like at all, Lol. Luckily, the guys that were on the schedule were super friendly, patient and overly helpful. She really showed her true color by being rude and ill mannered. The one I'm pertaining to was the tall asian lady. It started when I tried to exchange stamps that O have purchased from their Kiosk located on the other side of the building. The stamps disposed by the machine was printed individually and it won't stick to a regular envelope. The staff who is currently helping me asked the Lead for her opinion and she answered we don't give out refunds. I said I was wasn't asking for a refund but a replacement stamps that would stick better and something that looks like real stamps. The printed stamps that I initially disposed by the machine was printed in black. It looks like a fake stamps. Anyways all she said in a rude way was "get some glue". .
