Just did a slightly complicated return at this location and was relieved to have a wonderful employee assist me. I didn't catch her name but she was a young gal with black hair and eyeliner. Speedy service, no complaints when I realized I made a mistake and was overall very helpful. A big relief for a hectic day. Paid .39 cents a side for black and white copies so each page .78 plus tax. Every other UPS store in Ventura county is around half the price. The other UPS store in Camarillo is .25 cents and the one in Moorpark is .15 cents. UPS needs to reel in their franchisees to be within the same prices. Should not be more than double what another franchise within the same county charges. read more

Jasmine was kind and helpful, but there was an Indian/Asian woman in the store who was mean and rude. I am disabled and walk with a cane and Jasmine said I could sit down while I sent the store an email with 12 pictures attached that I wanted printed. This other Indian/Asian woman told me I couldn't use the chair, that I had to move because she had work to do. After the pictures were printed the Indian woman said I should have paid for the time printing, that I didn't 'pay enough'. I'll go back to this store, but I will refuse to work with this mean, unhappy, bitter Indian woman. read more

What's one more one star review for this place? Today in doing an Amazon return I specifically chose the option for ups to box it up. Arrived in the store. The girl, with her hood up on her phone did not speak any words. No greeting, no how can I help you. Literally nothing until I asked about the second label or if she was putting the items in a box together. She said she doesn't have a box. Call Amazon. While calling Amazon I watched her serve 5 other customers, none of which she spoke to. She was completely useless. Customer service is not the business she should be in. read more

I normally take my returns to the UPS store in Thousand Oaks., but today I was closer to the Camarillo location. I've taken many things to the Thousand Oaks UPS drop off all packaged and ready to go with the exception of it not being taped closed. Today at the Camarillo UPS store, a young lady there told me they charge for tape and it must be customer packaged. Well, it was completely "customer packaged" in the original packaging. I have never ever been told that I needed to tape it closer or that they charge for tape. Needless to say, I took my box home to tape it there and will not be returning to this location for any services, Whatsoever! I will make sure all of my mother's neighbors know not to come to this location. read more

I'm shocked at the low rating this location has been given. That being said I have been here on several occasions & always for an Amazon return. Maybe waiting less than 2 minutes to be called next. I'm always assisted promptly without incident. Today, another Amazon return I enter to find 2 customers ahead of me. It was noon so I waited maybe 5 minutes. Just a heads up Wifi / internet service is nonexistent so I was Unable to open my Amazon account for the return label . I apologized to Jasmine the CSR who patiently waited for my phone to connect. She laughed and said this happened to most everyone she waits on, then offered to SHARE HER HOT SPOT so I could connect and retrieve the documents to complete my return!! Who does that!?! That blew me away!! By now 3 more customers have come in and now I'm holding up the line!! Jasmine never let the huffs of impatience distract her from being the most helpful employee I'd encountered today! Jasmine made my day Going above and beyond . Always very helpful and quick service they've answered a lot of questions for me and they're very professional staff.

The manager was pretty rude and unwilling to help. Sent me to the Oxnard location because according to him my boxes need to go to another hub since tiger were a return to sender request. The first young lady was nice and willing to help then he interjected himself and told her they couldn't. Didn't even offer me an explanation until I pressed for one and it still didn't make sense when he gave it. Manager was older and Indian I believe. Everyone else seemed nice though. read more

They'd only accept the item I bought postage for! I guess dropping the other item in the box that the USPS picks up is too much 'extra' work. I always go to the Moorpark UPS store because I'm always in and out. The staff there is so friendly unlike the one here in Camarillo. I went in to return 3 items for Amazon and the guy didn't greet me or make me feel welcomed. I was having internet issues and asked for the WiFi and he gave me the guest one with attitude. I already was on my last scan when I asked "which one is this one for?" he stated "IDK you should know it shows what its for on your phone." Really? Come on have better customer service. I have had a "po" box at this location (Camarillo on Las Posas) for a couple years. They always do a good job with my mail. They send me an alert if I receive a package. When I have to send something out, mostly Amazon returns, they are quick, & pleasant to interact with. They seem to have alot of help, I never see a long line. Kudos! read more

I tried dropping off a return from Amazon today. The owner said he would not send it and gave it back to me. Amazon has a contract with UPS and if you have returned an item, you know that the instructions state, many times, that you don't need to have it boxed. The owner said he didn't care as I tried to show him the instructions. He yelled at me and said in his middle eastern accent that he wasn't going to read what I was trying to show him. He told me to get out and take my return item. I've honestly never experienced anything like this. Go any other place other than this place. I should have check the reviews first! read more

If I could leave a zero rating, I would. First of all, I felt like I was in the twilight zone, because the two customer service associates were moving in slow motion, it seemed. I saw the female associate get in an argument with a customer before me, when she mistyped his address 3 times. I'm pretty sure her super long fingernails kept getting in the way of her typing. When it was my turn, she was rude and nasty. She got my phone number wrong as well and then accused me of giving her the wrong number. Bill and Suki are great owners and very knowledgeable if you have any questions! They are almost always at the store making sure everything is running as it should. Not only that but they have great employees as well. The reviews of this business are low for a reason! I've been a box holder and customer at this location for a very long time (over 17 years now). Their customer service and attitude toward their customers is abysmal. They are unfriendly, unwilling to help with even the simplest of tasks, and just down right rude-even if you've supported their business for a decade and a half. I haven't canceled my box before now because it's such a pain to deal with an address change, but after the way I was recently treated by the owner it's definitely time to make the move.
