Disappointing experience. Service was slow and staff didn't seem particularly clued in. Pricing felt inflated, especially when it came to postal rates. I was defaulted to FedEx without being clearly offered cheaper options. By comparison, Postal Junction is much quicker, transparent about pricing, and consistently finds the cheapest UPS or USPS rate instead of pushing FedEx. I won't be returning. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. The employee with short hair and two nose piercings was unprofessional and dismissive from the start. She spoke to me rudely, watched me closely as if I were doing something wrong, and repeatedly checked my cash in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. She also tried to force my items into a box that was clearly too small, to the point where I had to take over and pack it myself. When I tried to end the interaction politely by wishing her happy holidays, she ignored me completely. Given the low ratings, this experience makes sense. Management should seriously re-evaluate staff training, especially around basic customer service and how customers are treated. read more

Don't waste your time here for LiveScan services. After two failed fingerprint scans by two separate staff, both sets of prints were unusable as confirmed by Biometrics4all. The worst part wasn't even the failed testing, but the complete lack of professionalism and customer service by staff. It could have been easily corrected had they simply reviewed their work product or applied any effort to resolve the issue. read more

Great experience. Came in with a box to ship to Colorado and Jaymee quickly identified that the box was larger than I was shipping and that she could lower the price significantly if we got the right sized container. She brought out an appropriately sized one after doing some quick measurements and cut the shipping price in half. In and out in 10 minutes. Super impressed. read more

Horrible sad service. Won't go back. I sent out packages, faxes, and other things from here. Went back because I was happy and enjoyed their service. Wont be back ever and disappointed with there's customer service . I only asked and received two books of stamps. Yet they charged me for three. They wouldn't credit my account or just give me a book. $17.95 is money we all need. They are keeping mine. I worked with the public my whole life and would have never treated a customer as they did. KADEN is the name of the person at the counter that "helped" me. He's a doesn't care about customer service at all. Went there Saturday because postal junction was closed. I needed to mail a certified letter that needed to be out asap. The postal carrier was there loading his van. KADEN took his time and after i had paid he says the letter will be mailed Tuesday because the mail carrier just left and Monday was a holiday. KADEN knew the postal carrier was there, he knew i had to get it out asap and didn't even say there's one more letter to go out to the mail carrier. Then he says oh well, you can have a refund if you want. To the owners of Postal Annex, why do you hire people like this??? I will never come back and i will tell everyone to not go there either! I needed a P.O. Box for a few months and went to Postal Annex in Newbury Park. They are the best! I had the box for 6 months and recently canceled it because everyone has finally figured out my new address. But I will go there again anytime I need to mail or ship anything, or to buy greeting cards...theirs are great! While I appreciate businesses staying open during these hard times, I don't condone rude behavior from employees. If they don't like what you have to say they will repeatedly hang up on you over the phone. This is not to mention that they will also charge you for a piece of tape, a pen and anything you may need to send a package that doesn't cost them anything. Anne is a weird freak I think she might be a robot She shipped a transmission of mine and just threw a few peanuts and called it good. After it flew out of the box Due to her lack of strapping it(standard procedure) And it broke she gave me the royal run around . I was being patient until I realized that she was leading me in circles. At that point I told her I would see her in court and this lady responds well I am an attorney! Right of course you are. I called city hall to get her info and they have no record of this business. More facts to support she is a robot from the future. I called her one last time to see about avoiding court and she says well you need to send us an email. How about we talk like regular people? I won a 1500 settlement because she didn't show up. Especially to print out anything, even a black and white shipping label on plain white standard cheap paper, they will charge u OVER a dollar. I wish there was such a think as ZERO stars. I have never been treated with such disrespect over something as simple and returning an amazon package. At the end of the day I ended up taking it to another store. I actually was stupid enough to return to this location for another need, and of course, the service did not improve. She is the rudest person I have met. And, they mark up the cost of a US postage stamp (is that even legal?). When I asked how they could charge more than the cost of a stamp I received a flip response. I will never return to this location regardless of how convenient it is to my home. I now go out of the way to go to the UPS store next to In N Out. I cannot believe that there are actually positive reviews on here about these folks. read more

I've been a box holder here for at least ten years, and the entire time that Anne has been the owner. I've never had any issues that weren't resolved in a timely manner, and really were not problems with her or her business. I'm very pleased how they have been up to the challenge of providing a safe place for people to send and pick up packages. When I have been there, they are wearing masks, although I have noticed that many customers have not been. She has a sign that states she is not legally required make someone wear a mask to enter the business. Therefore she can't by law force anyone to put on a mask before entering, or deny entrance should someone refuse to wear a mask. I have only been to her business to pick up and drop off a few things, as I am getting deliveries. They sign for me while I'm there so that I don't need to touch anything. They take Apple Pay if any payment is required - then I can pay with my watch. This time has been especially challenging for them and every service business. They have been as busy, if not more so, than during the holiday season, with fewer workers, social distancing and health guidelines on top of it.
