When I got to these three locations, they only did photos. It was not explained very well on their site. I reluctantly went to the postal annex on La Costa, even though I saw a couple of negative reviews I had to give a try. It was the best experience that I have had. She was able to work with me and four other's that were shipping with ease. She is totally customer service oriented, and very thorough in all of the paperwork she was processing for me.
