It was my turn, and I was sending a package and she was putting the address in. I leaned over to look at the screen and my left forearm rested on the scale. I wasn't leaning on it and this man came up and said get off the scale you're going to break it. That's a $2000 scale and I said I'm sure it's not a $2000 scale and he says it is I bought it I own this store and I felt really taken it back because he was so very rude. I had no way harmed that scale. It's such a terrible experience when you're patronizing a business and you get screamed at.

I ended up cutting down a box and it required a lot of taping and I decided to take it to FedEx to see if they would even ship it before taping it some more. The guy said no problem, they would tape it up. I said but I haven't even taped on the shipping label. No problem, they would do it. I said great, thanks and walked out. Then I thought okay, no one I've ever shipped with has ever been this helpful and walked back in and said I just wanted to make sure, you know I didn't finish taping the box up? And he said no worries, we're taping it up right now and pointed at some employees who were hard at work taping it up!

His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. The UPS Store I…read moreusually go there to drop off packages, and I've been a customer for many years because it's close to my home. A few years ago, I felt that the employees were a bit rude. I was even nervous about going there if I didn't follow the exact steps for dropping off a package, even though I was a regular customer. Now it's different. The staff are much nicer. The current employees are very friendly, kind, and extremely helpful to customers. All of the employees are kind,not just one person in particular. I truly appreciate this positive change
