I have a small business. I always try to support my local stores, so I went here again and again giving them not 1, not 2, but like 12 chances. But I am so done with them even if they are in my backyard. There is always a story there (he is a new guy, she does not know, I dont know, I am not sure, printer is not working, we are out of toner, I dont know, etc etc) but no-one ever uttered "sorry" to me: - their copy machines never work. If they do, always low toner. - they have only 1 color copy machine but is always out of color. If it works, quality is so poor, you wonder why they even call it a color copy. - although you pay less for DIY, their machines are password coded, so you have to wait in line and ask them to punch in the code and they will pick up phones first before they attend to you. - If you ever complain about quality of service, cashiers as well as owner (yeah, the talkative Middle-Eastern guy) suddenly walk away as they never heard you and start doing something else. Save your time and instead go to kinkos on Vistaway (near Trader Joe's). read more

We have had a mailbox here for about 9 years now. Abe and his staff are always quick to give a warm greeting and help me with any packages I might have received. It is so nice to know that my mail and packages are safe and they will store them when we leave town. When I use them to ship packages, the service is quick and I know that it will get to it's destination. read more

I just had the best experience at this UPS store. I usually go to Postal Annex mainly because I forget this store is right here, and actually closer to my house. I came to ship out some Christmas gifts and didn't have a box. Right away, Gunner picked out the perfect size box and packed up my gifts. He was funny, very approachable and very helpful. The first time i walked into this UPS store the owner Abe was being verbally abused by an elderly couple! I was so shalked i couldnt move. Fortunately, Abe never said a word as it could have esculated to a 911 call. I was impressed by Abe and actually felt so bad for him that once she left i apologized to Abe for humanity's ability to be so unconscious. Though we are all capable and should be excused from time to time for our ability to have a bad day, (and especially working in customer service), Ive never witnessed any rudeness coming from Abe or any of his staff in the 3 years I've been a regular customer. STAY AWAY. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to drop off a package and the old bald guy in the front was very condescending. I asked, "May I please drop off this package? and he says, "WELL YOU GOTTA DROP IT" and laughed in my face. Really? Is that how you treat customers? I brushed the comment off and left my package with him but didn't get a receipt. As I was driving away, I decided to drive back to UPS to ask for my package back because I felt uneasy about the whole encounter, and the value of the package was over $300 (wedding gift). SO GLAD I DID. Not even 5 minutes later I returned and asked for my package back. I noticed there was a huge stack of boxes being scanned to ship behind him and he was trying to looking for mine in the pile...nowhere in sight. I thought to myself, "how is this possible I was just here 3 minutes ago?" Well...he goes through a back room door and comes out with MY box and says, "is this it?" So my question is: why wasn't it with the other incoming boxes people were dropping off? His demeanor/attitude towards me makes me question whether it would have gotten shipped at all or somehow "lost" in the mail. Lesson: ALWAYS get a receipt when shipping. I'm so glad I went back to retrieve my package, who knows if it would have reached its final destination. I don't ever give 1-star reviews but this place deserves it. Stay away. This place is absolutely awful. Over priced for everything, which is fine but the way they treat me every single time I go in there is awful. The workers are just doing their job but the management is sickening. I've ordered something online, paid the shipping, had it delivered for pickup to this location and they held my package hostage until I paid for shipping a second time. I had to call corporate to get an answer. The manager to me to step outside to handle it. Assuming he meant to fight I was in shock. I'm a lover not a fighter and I just wanted my package. After several visits and phone calls I got my package. It was the fact that the manager was such an asshole I went to the great lengths I did to get my package I paid like $12 for in the first place. read more

I ship packages from this store often due to its proximity to my house, but it is not the best UPS store. There has never been a problem with delivering my packages, they always arrive at or before the estimated time and in good condition. That being said the customer service here is... unique. Not the quickest employees so do not go here if you are on a time crunch. On the top of that the atmosphere feels tense and unfriendly, I honestly would probably not use this location if it was not so close to my house. read more

I will never set foot in this place again. I tried sending off a prepackaged item to AT&T. I had done this a few times before at a different UPS store and there has never been a problem. At this location, they had no clue how to go about doing that. The guy got upset real quick and shoved the package back at me. I started reading the directions on the box, still hoping I can get this done. In which case he raised his voice and I was told that "It's late, we are all tired here. Good luck to you." I come here to mail packages every month or so. I send multiple packages to the same address, one for each child. I hope you read this before you buy stamps. This location sales a book of stamps (consisting of 20 stamps) for $13.50. Which means, each stamp costs you 67.5 cents. When I inquired about the cost, I was informed it was their service fee. I researched to find that this is legal. But is it ethical? You be the judge. read more

In the age of free Wi-Fi almost everywhere it seems a little absurd to charge someone $4 to simply get on the computer for 30 seconds in order to print out a shipping label? I purchased other materials in the store as well as postage for several items -nice clean store but won't return because there are many locations that only charge for the copy made but not for simply using a desktop. read more

I do not often write Yelp reviews, however, I actually had to call corporate offices to file a formal complaint against the owner of this store. I'm often out of town and split between two or more places needing to get mail forwarded. In order to get mail forwarded I give my credit card information over the phone to this UPS store. Well, the first time I did that I had to call back because I never received the mail forward and what I was told by the woman who took my card information was "I'm so sorry I wrote your card number down on a piece of paper and I lost the paper I wrote it down on." Naturally, this is upsetting to hear, however, it is also human error/ forgive-able. Then it happened a second time. It the happened AGAIN but this time it happened as I was trying to renew my mailbox. So, THREE times valuable personal private information was written down by a store employee and lost or mishandled and not followed through on. Upon further questioning, the owner was incredibly rude AND DECEPTIVE in his handling of the situation telling me "the girl was fired". When asked what girl, he could not provide a name. Furthermore it was three different people who were irresponsible with my personal information over a span of time. In an email as well as via phone, the owner was also rude/lacking professionalism in regards to the situation. His comment was that he shreds all of the information, no consideration, no apology...?? Just short.... and somehow I'm just not believing that he personally shreds everything...I do not expect a fireworks show in apologies or a parade in my honor to say "hey our store really should have handled things better" but most certainly I think it is only a small decency for a business owner to be at the very least considerate, let alone responsible in his business and the handling of personal information such as forms of payment. For the owner to be not only unapologetic but also very rude, that's just unacceptable. Changing your address is a big pain in the you know what but it's far less pain than dealing with the owner of this UPS store who is also a you know what. And just as an aside, of course I can not prove it was a result of this store but shortly after the last incident my bank card had almost 8000.00 in charges to an Elton John concert that I certainly did not make. When I shared this information with the owner he yelled into the phone "then call police, don't call me". Oh and finally, notice I said mailbox RENEWAL. I have had a mailbox here and been a paying customer of this business for YEARS and this is ultimately how I was treated.... read more
