I have been going to the UPS store since they opened. I usually go there to drop off the Amazon return boxes. Recently, I had to take the passport photos for renewing my passport, I went to the UPS store. One of the employee, James took my passport photo. He was professional, friendly & very patient. My picture came out very nice. I have been to the Walgreen & the photo came out horrible before. I think that this UPS store offers the best passport photo services. I sent a heavy package to Canada through UPS. Tony helped me and was amazing as he was patient and helped me itemize all my goods and filled out the customs form for me. This company used to be reliable and efficient. Twice, they deliver my package to the wrong house. My home address is clearly correct. I ordered a gown from Macys back in November 2019 so I can wear it in a friend's wedding where I am going to be on of the sponsors. UPS delivered it to the wrong unit number. The second incident was just last Monday. I ordered brochures from Vista print and they delivered it to the wrong house. Luckily, the lady of that house was able to call me. Will definitely file a complaint. read more

Good, clean store. Employees always greet you upon entry. They are efficient and always give customers coupons for products and services.

Very convenient for me, since it's down the street, staff is very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. I'm here at least once or twice a week and staff is very consistent with customer service. When it's busy, they will not simply ignore you and at least gives you an acknowledgement that you're there so you don't look clueless standing around. Great work, staff! read more

I hate going to the post office because most of the time, the employees are rude and it's an annoying errand to run on a weekend. When we entered, there were about 5 people in line & I thought it was going to take a while. There were only 2 employees & one of them were busy helping people with large print orders. The other female employee was busy on the phone and helping people out in line. Both employees were extremely friendly and kept checking up on other customers even while they were busy. We were both shocked with how friendly they both were on a Saturday morning & really made this such an easy and smooth errand! read more

I don't usually walk into a UPS place. When I walked into this location it wasn't busy and I was immediately greeted by the manager. He was helpful and professional. I attempted to use the $3 off voucher for checking in, but after I checked in it showed the fine print that said "over $15." My package was only $11. The manager was willing to give me a little bit (maybe it equated to 5%) off since the ad was a little misleading. He didn't have to do that, but that extra effort won me over as a customer. This UPS has been open for about half a year now and located right next to Hiccups. If you're greeted by Richard, you're in good hands! Excellent & friendly customer service from the owner himself, who offered to tape and package my Amazon box. He made it quick and easy. He printed out a receipt and I was good to go! There is ample parking in the back lot.... ship your packages then get a yummy Chmango drink at Hiccups next door on ur way out! read more

Customer service here is top notch! The workers are super helpful and offer a very welcoming vibe. My boyfriend & I decided to have a package delivered here and we were notifed via text, e-mail & phone call when it arrived. The communication between the staff & their customers is impeccable. I would definitely recommend coming here for all your shipping, packaging and/or printing needs (: Parking can get a little tricky (depending on the time that you go) since the business is located in a shared space/lot. It was my first time using a UPS store I usually just do dropboxes for textbook rentals but my box was huge because of multiple books. I had anxiety as approaching the store thinking maybe it's just a store not an actual place to take packages and felt super lost not wanting to go in anymore. Right away waiting in line I was acknowledged and all the workers were super polite and friendly, customers were all smiling and happy. As soon as I stepped up I was asked if I was shipping & I said yes and the guy said okay weighed my package and gave me a receipt I was In and Out. I love that I had no idea what I was doing yet didn't get made to feel stupid which I was afraid of. I would definitely come back here. This store needs to pay more attention to details to make this a good store. 1. Their listed phone number, (424) 570-0564, is inoperative, having not yet been configured. It was this way six months ago too. Today I called this number to verify that they were indeed open til seven pm on Monday, December 31, 2018. No answer. And, especially not a customer-friendly notice that they were closing early today. 2. Really needing my delivery because it affects my health, I drove over there hoping they were open. They were closed up tight at 6:50 PM. No notice on the door with the posted hours. Stores which (avoidably) waste customers' time do not deserve good reviews. read more

Don't greet me, tell me you will be right with me, and then help the person who walks in the door after I do. I was going to make a stink at the store but decided to do it here instead. So not only are they conveniently close. But they are very professionally in ensuring that your package is readily available to go. The one stop shop setting of how you can drop off a package and scan and go is one that is extremely time efficient. On top of that they offer great customer service and have actually been helpful when I've been in need of better boxes with packaging. I've used this ups store to ship packages to customers who purchase items and they too have come to appreciate the packaging! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Long story short, 1 of my UPS Christmas packages never arrived and was "STOLEN" with over $600 worth of gift cards in it! The other package was left there for regular mail and was obviously delivered late! THEY "TRY" TO HELP YOU but end up screwing you over! I filed claims, complaining for months and after lies and bs I still didn't get reimbursed for my STOLEN package! I lost over $600 and they did zero to help me. Even when the QR code I saved onto my phone wouldn't scan, the gentleman simply typed in all the numbers/letters/characters in the blink of an eye, printed and placed the return label onto my package, and handed me a receipt before I could process what happened.
