I love this store for for four reasons…read more The first is the staff! The are always so kind and helpful! I always leave there with a smile on my face. I'm also shocked at how unkind people can be to them, and they are still so helpful. The second is that it's a one-stop shop. I am surprised by how many services they offer. I rather go here then have to go to one of the office retailers and hope they have enough staff to take care of me. The third is its location! It couldn't be more convenient! Forth, they handle Amazon shipping returns. I don't do a lot of returns, but it's such an easy location to get in and out. They not only have parking right in front of the store, but there is a parking lot just a few feet away. If I could rate the employees and store more stars, I would've done so!

Sometimes one of the owners helps you and, even with a bit of a language and culture barrier, they seem happy to have you there. But they have one particular guy, who is there most of the time and he looks mad, unhappy to be there, he's often rude and simply unfriendly. Now if this was a free service, fine. But this is a rather expensive service to have, so you expect to be treated well, like you're appreciated. And I'm never one to call for someone to be removed from a position, but at least deal with the attitude, as it constantly makes me consider driving to a farther location just to feel better about where I do business. Hopeful that things will change and have suggested it in the past, but after 14 months, sadly I'm afraid we're stuck with what we've got. "Why are you going in there alone?" "Why are you turning down that dark scary hallway?" The elevator is kind of scary and old and the flickering fluorescent lights are a bit unnerving, but all seems relatively well and safe here. Sure, I'm used to living in the suburbs. But I still feel like it's not terribly convenient to have a storage unit off a big busy street with meter parking (maybe you get a spot right out front, maybe not) when you're trying to pick up heavy boxes of stuff and get them to your car. They have dollys and all, but it's still odd to me to be wheeling personal items down Broadway to your car. Keep in mind they have standard biz hours so you can't make any late night stops!
