I didn't appreciate it taking over a half an hour to send something internationally. I was constantly questioning about what I was sending. I had no issue with the notary- but when it comes to check out. It took way too long. I asked for overnight shipping. I got two day. I asked for UPS I got DHL. She questioned the postal code for the country I was sending to. Nothing helpful or polite. I may just go get notarized here and send via Fed-ex it's only 2 dollars more FOR OVER NIGHT. read more

Counter person was rude and not helpful. How rude? I asked some questions about delivery and the counter guy was abrupt and dismissive in his answers. I got fed up and left. Walked over to FED-EX kinkos across the parking lot. FED-EX guys answered all my questions, packed, and took my item for delivery within 8 minutes. The difference in Customer Service was like night and day. I guess UPS is "allergic" to money. Because they sure seemed to scoff at mine. I find it to be a general commentary--that nonetheless, unfortunately these days rings true--that many big companies invest so little in their front end people, that they're ruining their business. I will not go back to UPS because of that poor service. Just one bad apple screws it all up. So why don't they invest more money into hiring the right people? I just don't get it. I had a gift I needed to get shipped off. The guy was a little on the chubby side, wavy hair and wore glasses and looked to be in his early twenties. I had purchased a couple of rings and they were both in ring cases. He asked me if I wanted to place a value on them, I decided not to. After I said no, the guy took the liberty to open up the rings cases to see what was in it which I found completely in appropriate, I was shocked!! So I asked him what gave him the right to View my property? He had no words. So I stood there and watched him pack everything up and place the mailing tag on the box and that it was sealed before I left the store. I just can't believe people these days. My mom came to this UPS store to get a document notarized for a bank, but the notary refused her service because he didn't get the meaning of a really clear sentence on the document. He claimed that both clauses of an "either or" statement had to be true for him to sign the document. Doesn't he know any English?? My mom then called the banker to ask her to clarify the statement to the notary, but the notary yelled at the banker! How is this guy even authorized to sign legal documents in the first place?! A notary at another location couldn't believe how ridiculous our experience was. We're never visiting that store again. read more

I had trouble getting my mail and they have no idea why my mail was rejected. I talked with the owner and he has no idea. He said he was going to talk with me when I got there but he ran in back when i came in. No offer of help and i am stuck with 3 months now! Sending a large envelope to my daughter in Texas, she's in the Air Force and I wanted to overnight it. The cost $58, so okay not a problem. The gentleman at the counter said she would receive it late Saturday night, it was 10am on Friday morning so perfect. Tuesday morning the following week, my daughter finally receives the envelope I paid $58 to send. I call the store no we're sorry, I can't get a refund, no in store credit just a big fat "I can't help you, there was no guarantee." Like why was I charged $58 to send an envelope overnight? I didn't pay for overnight so she could get it 5days later! Never using this place again. read more

I needed to send something and I needed it to get there in a timely manner. I also needed a copy of something. This store is located next to Bashas on one side and Starbucks on the other. I walked in and recieved a friendly greeting. I told the young man what I needed and I was out the door in about 10 mins. You can make copies, ship packages, rent a p.o. box, and send mail all from this location. And the staff is friendly and helpful. That's five stars in my book! read more

Don't waste your time going here. I just went to this location on Wednesday 03/25 and I paid $16.35 for a package to be sent from Chandler, AZ to Tucson, AZ. I was sending a special package to my friend whose birthday is this Saturday 03/28. I was told with this shipping method that she would receive the package on Thursday 03/26. I was impressed with how fast they could ship it for me, but then again the drive from Chandler to Tucson is only a 2 hour drive max. I also received a tracking number and I was supposed to get an email notification as soon as she received her birthday package. I did not get one yesterday 03/27 when it was supposed to be delivered. I thought maybe 1 day was too fast, even though I paid an excessive amount for that to happen. So I log on to UPS website this morning and lo and behold, my package is in California and isn't scheduled to arrive to my friend until maybe Monday 03/30 end of day. WHY IS MY PACKAGE IN ANOTHER STATE???? I contacted UPS via the live assistance online and the rep has been NO HELP whatsoever to me. "LaRisa G." is her name. I explained my problem to her and all she replied back was "I'm sorry you have experienced problems with this shipment" and offered me no solutions to my problem at all, nor a refund. When I asked her what she was going to do to solve my problem, she replied back "Feedback such as yours allows us to continually improve our services." What kind of a response is this? I continued to ask her questions to try and fix my issue, never swore at her once or anything, kept my cool the whole time, and then she told me she did not have any solutions for me and disconnected our chat. read more

Wow this place is great! I feel bad because I never come prepared, but the staff here is super nice. I usually come here to send packages with boxes not taped and shipping labels not printed. They do charge a small fee to get labels printed, but they've been so helpful packing my boxes for me. It has always taken me less than 5 minutes to pack and ship my items! I highly advise that you go to a different UPS store or to. FedEx location. On more than one occasion my packages have been delayed or lost. Most recently I shipped a package, but they gave me an incorrect tracking number ( despite it being printed in the receipt). When I followed up the next business day they had to search the shipments to find the correct tracking number. When I asked to speak to the manager they said they would call me back to explain. It is now several hours later and I still have not heard from the manager and I am on the phone with UPS customer service. Will update once they find my package or the manager returns my phone call. read more

Wow! Went there to have a simple signature page notarized. Waited 20 minutes while the notary (manager) played "attorney" about notarizing a signature without reviewing the full text of the document! My turn: same thing! Preceding pages had investment amounts, bank account #'s, social security numbers of wife and I. Nope; stick to the mail; Never again UPS notary! $10 per stamp = $20! This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. The gentleman in front of me only needed to buy one stamp and the employee asked him if he had cash or if he could buy anything else because it was costing him more to run his debit card than he was making on a stamp sale. When it was my turn, I was shipping out a prepaid box. The rep asked me to buy my own tape to close the box, because he wasn't making any money on my shipment! Needless to say when you are providing a service to people, this is not the way you bring in business. I always ship with UPS but this has made me second guess my choice. read more

This is my UPS neighborhood store given the wide menu of services they offer me. They are not just a mail and shipping store. They offer a wide breath of services and products which supports those living in the Neighborhood. Today I was in again making duplicate copies of very important medical, retirement and other government related forms that if lost or stolen would put great duress on me. Again, Chris, the UPS professional working the service counter today was a GREAT HELP in making suggestions, giving tips and hacks as to how to protect and preserve these very important personal documents. She helped me immensely two months ago on some identification documents that I need copied, laminated and preserved for my lock box at the credit union. Chris is so kind, helpful, and so service minded I always hope she is working when I stop in to take care of my UPS business. She is a TRUE ASSET to this Chandler Anderson Spring Neighborhood store. Jimmy, Tony and the rest of the staff did a terrific job for me. I need to ship to the east coast a very heavy, very expensive and very rare 65 year old antique car part. Because this was so difficult to find I was concerned that it not be damaged in transit. Chandler UPS had it packed in a custom built shipping container with internal padding and braces that made it practically bullet proof. UPS tracking, which included personal phone calls to me allowed me to know the exact time and day of arrival so i could be available to sign for delivery.
