He denied my USPS packages because I had too many (approximately 20 small packages). He gladly accepted my FedEx and UPS packages because he gets paid for those. What a joke!!!! I've been giving him my business for the past 10 years. I will not be back! read more

Terrible experience. You would think that store personnel would want to ensure every customer leaves feeling satisfied. The operator of this location accomplished just the opposite. A clothing retailer provided me with a barcode for a Fedex label via email so that I could return merchandise. Googling "Fedex Locations" I found Post Net was close by so I walked into the store and asked if they had the capability of reading the bar code to print the label. The two young girls behind the counter looked confused and said they didn't think so. Then an older gentleman who must have been the manager walked out and offered to print out the label if I could email it to him. I said sure. He gave me the email address and I forwarded the email to him upon which he received, opened, and then printed out the label. Before handing it to me he said "that will be 15cents please". Are you kidding me? I went ahead and paid but I was quite pissed that he neglected to mention that he was going to charge me. Don't forget, I didn't ask him to print the label. He offered to print it for me. Neglecting to tell me there was a charge and what that amount was took away my ability to choose whether I wanted him to help or not. Before I left, I recommended to him that in the future, it would be better to tell customers up front if he's going to charge for something he offered to do BEFORE he actually does it. His response was "but we ARE a commercial establishment". This is complete BS. A real Fedex office is also a commercial establishment but they don't offer to print your label and then surprise you with charges after they've done it. Yes, it's only 15 cents. But what if it was $10 or $20? I certainly would have laughed in his face and walked right out. It doesn't matter what the price is, he was wrong to omit the fact that he would charge me for something I didn't ask him to do. His behavior has left a bad taste in my mouth and now he has one more customer telling everyone who will listen to avoid going to PostNet because they manager there acts like a P.O.S. read more

Poor customer service- impersonal, uninterested tone, and general lack of interest. I came in in a great mood and left frustrated and uncharacteristically angry. All due to the fact the passport photos I had taken there were rejected by our Chandler renewal agency because the photos were overexposed. The agency stated whoever took will retake at no additional charge. Post Net retook the photos but demanded additional payment. When I questioned the charge they stated they would reduce by 50% but they still charged $12+ ...for two retake photos due to their lack of quality. The best (aka worst) part of this experience is the young lady working couldn't or wouldn't make a decision on her own and was texting with the manager the entire time. So between working and her texting I'm standing there waiting for very awkward amounts of time. Ultimately PostNet cost me valuable time and money especially considering I had to take off work to stand in a govt. line not once but twice due to bad photos. read more

The staff is very nice and helpful! They have helped me out numerous times over the years and it's a convenient place to drop off packages.

I go here once or twice a week to mail packages back to Amazon or any other place. I love that it's a one stop shop for USPS, FedEx or UPS do I don't have to wait in the long lines at the post office! So quick and easy. Just don't forget to tape your own USPS box or they'll charge you $1! read more

Every time I go into this store I'm out very quickly. The girl that's always there is quite but, is quick to help. Faxing is very easy. They provide a cover sheet, if needed. I'm out of there in 10 minutes top. Parking is always available. I'm so grateful there is a store like this in my neighborhood. Thank you read more

Its owner/operator. Personally I thought the service was better with the young lady who used to work there. I don't think I've ever seen the owner smile. I only go if in hurry, as their prices are a tad higher than the UPS store a mile away. read more

The sign on the door states they are open on Saturdays until 3pm and we get there at 2:45pm and the store is closed. I turn around and the employee is sitting right there, smoking a cigarette, talking on the phone, and clearly uninterested in helping. I know she is an employee because here shirt read "PostNet." Most of the bad reviews is about people not looking at the price of what it cost or saying it's the worst customer service because it's against store policy. If it's store policy deal with it because they have great customer service and always do it with a smile. I mean come on people grow up and be an adult for once in your life. read more

I am surprised by the negative reviews, I found this place because it is right next to a grocery store I shop at. They are small, quiet, and best of all there is never a long line to wait in. The owner/manager is not overly friendly but it's just perfect for me. He is always helpful and knows what to do. The young lady is also not overly friendly but she is very nice and extremely helpful. The customer service I have received is perfect! I feel that they have been extremely helpful with any and all questions. There are times when I just have stopped in to grab one or two priority envelopes or flat rate military boxes and they have had no issues handing me one or two, some post offices glare at me for asking and tell me I can order my own online which seems ridiculous if I just need one or two, you would think the post office worker purchased them with their own hard earned income... they are free yet they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them but not post net. Love how close and convenient this place is! It sure beats driving all the way to the post office and standing in a long line! read more
