Keisha is awesom! She helped my non English speaking DoorDasher with my packages by talking to me on the phone while they were there and then sending me the confirmation codes because email they forgot to send me. She was so polite and helpful, wonderful customer service!! read more

Bad experience-I called to store to see if they could package an item for me before shipping. When I took the item in, I requested they package. The young man helping me did not package and sent my item unpackaged. The 40th birthday gift I sent was damaged/ ruined. I told the store manager and he submitted a claim that was denied due to the fact that the items weren't packaged!!!!! The store manager will not acknowledge that his employee's made an error in not packaging my item as requested. I'm being told I have no recourse. It's my word against the two young adults working in the store. I'm livid read more

Usually have great service at this location but the 2 men there today were impatient and rude. One walked away while he was waiting on me to help other customers. If he had not been rushing, he would have heard me when I commented about which return it was for. Another man came over to help, maybe Jon, and told me "they rush everyday" like it's part of the job to be rude. Would love to share this experience with the owner but these two were the worst agents of service. read more

This location used to be amazing. The employees - George, Abel, and Gavin - are still amazing. It's the new ownership that is driving this place down. One of the new owners, Jon, has a nasty attitude. Customer service is obviously not his priority. I have maintained a mailbox at this UPS store for 18 months, and just terminated it today solely due to the behavior of the new owner, Jon and his response to a simple inquiry about a missing package. read more

Great location, great service. I came here to send back a pair of shoes. The staff member helped me with getting an appropriate size box and even taped it up for me to ship along with the return label. The store was on the small side, but very clean and bright. Items were well stocked and perfectly organized. I'm just glad that they stay open til 7. Even though I went right before closing, I wasn't treated like I was intruding. I will be returning here for my shipping needs mainly due to the great customer service. read more

As useful as these stores are, it bothers me that they charge for tape and other frivolous charges...I understand that the economy has changed how folk run their business but geez! I tend to frequent these stores often with my on-line shopping habits but I guess I need to find another habit as this place is determined to nickel and dime me to death....... read more

Awesome Customer Service, I pick up packages for my church weekly and I have to drive quite a ways, I was telling my church member that we should change locations, closer to our church but the customer service I receive from this store is WOW! Not saying that I wouldn't get the same service from any other UPS store, but this one in Davis Lake is very special. All the young men are great in helping you in anyway they can. When you come through the door the bell rings and they are up and coming to service you. I shared it with my sister who sales Avon and she said YES, I take my Avon orders there and she said she receives the same service. UPS Store in Davis Lake you ALL rock, be Bless. read more

Quickly ran into this location to ship a package. Already had it in the envelope and shipping label in hand. The associate working at the time offered to tape the package up for me, which was so helpful as I did not have any packaging tape to do so myself. Definitely appreciate that great service, even thought I was in and out in less than a minute. read more

This store has gone down hill in the last few months. I don't know if there is new management, but I never had any issues before. Last week I had a package delivered to the store because we were not going be home. I had done the same thing the week before.. no charge. With the second package they charged me $5. The person who seemed to be in charge kept cutting me off when I questioned it saying I had to call UPS. ( Naively I thought they were UPS - but I guess they are independently owned). I paid the $5 and called UPS when I got home. They told me that it is NOT their policy to charge for having something delivered to the store. That I need to ask the store as they are independently owned. I didn't bother. Then today I was checking the tracking for another package and noticed that it said that the package I picked up and paid for last week, was still there and I had to pick it up by tomorrow. I called to tell them. The guy who answered the phone said I needed to call back tomorrow. When I went to ask a question, he hung up on me!! Horrible Horrible customer service. Very dissapointed in what used to be a great store. read more

Have to give this place high marks. I come here often and have NEVER had any problems. They email when my box rental is about to run out. I am also able to call when I don't feel like driving over to see if there's any mail. Able always checks to let me know whether there is anything without any objection or attitude. The guys here actually seem happy to help. ALWAYS. If you have packages to send, come here. read more
