I was told I am scheduled 2 weeks out on Wednesday although we really wanted the mailbox to be replaced immediately. Come installation day no one calls and the day passes the mailbox is not fixed. I promptly followed up and I was told that they were backlogged. I understand this happens. I asked them to give earliest available date. Again it was a week later on a Monday. Again nobody showed up on Monday and I again promptly called them. I was told that I am scheduled for next day on Tuesday. And third time was not a charm! Again nobody shows up to install. The point is the company is unprofessional taking your money and promising installation dates that they cannot keep up. In the meantime we have all our mails not getting delivered since the mailbox is broken. I wish I had gone with someone else who could have done it quicker. At this point I still don't have my mailbox fixed. I am going to keep trying to get these guys install the mailbox for the money I have paid! Keep points - - Company does not keep up dates of installation. If you are mailbox is broken and you need quickly I wouldn't recommend Carolinamailboxes at all! - Installation times are weeks out and even after that there are slippages - Absolutely not communication, very disappointing customer service - They take money first before providing service

Needless to say I got ripped off at Package Plus (1 small box with 1 -110z mug for $15+ compared to 1 small box with 2 -11oz mugs for $7.50) Clearly a rip off!!!

According to the owner, Tim, he didn't feel we were a "good fit" for his business. I found his comments strange because he indicated that since we were based in CA and he had never done business with us before, he refused to accept the job. I explained to him that I was visiting the area for a convention, but he still refused to provide a quote. I suspect that he operates his business based upon prejudices, and I would avoid doing business with him at all cost!
