Went there to ask for a document to be scanned and emailed. The quote was $1.00/page. In had 60 + pages!! THEN.....I went to another location (Matthews-Mint Hill Road) and was charged $25.00. I've only used this business to return items back to Amazon. Service is always fast and easy.

I stopped in to take care of two items. The first was to drop off an Amazon return. That task went smooth. The second task was to scan and email a document to myself. This process took much longer than i think it should have. The staff advised the machine was slow. Additionally it cost me $6.00, essentially a dollar a page to scan. They claim Amazon makes them require a shipping box or envelope for ALL Amazon returns--even items shipped in bags. After leaving, finding boxes, boxes dating 45 mins..the whole hassle, return and ask Chad why they don't just keep a few boxes/envelopes for people(like I'd bring them to you!)--he said he just ain't that interested in customer service. I want to give this store 5 starts but due to the local "manager" I think you need someone else to fill his shoes. Brittany, such a sweet and kind soul, helped me get the products I needed. Although today I witnessed William the "manager" or person In charge yelling at one of the other workers! He was getting frustrated explaining something to her. She seemed like she had a hard time understanding the English language and I'm pretty sure that you have to have patience as an authority figure. William, that is your job. Not sure why he gets to act like that. There were clearly busy and had other customers but he didn't even seem to glance or care about anyone there. Managers are supposed to step in when the workers need their help. I hope someone will hold him accountable for his actions. It's not okay to act like that in public. Absolutely horrible!! Went there at 11:00 am was told the notary public would be there at 12:00. Went back at 12:00. Waited at 12:30 went to the counter the person working said do you have a question. I said yes where's your notary and I quote " I don't know". You don't know ? No if you advertise that you offer a service then someone should be there to provide that service don't you think ? I don't know the clerk said I just got here. No you didn't you were here when I came in at 11:00 I said not only was I lied to, had to wait and left. Never using that store again. read more

I've been using this store for my mailbox for years- I keep checking and they have the cheapest rates of all the UPS stores in Charlotte. The owner and all of his staff are super friendly and will bend over backwards to help anybody out with Notary, printing, shipping, faxing- you name it they seem to do it. The only downside is that everyone in the area seems to know how awesome they are- it can get crowded at times. They always have two people working and often three, but sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to get helped- especially if there are people ahead of you doing international shipping- their DHL prices are the least expensive in town. The manager is the best at packaging fragile or delicate items. Apparently they will also pick up packages for shipment from your house. read more

Unbelievable. I placed an order online, paid for it and was informed my order would be ready by 5:15pm. I called around 5:20 to double check to see if it was ready. After speaking with the first unqualified rep, she said she needed to speak to a coworker. They couldn't find my order. I then heard a male in the background say they found it, then the rep put me on hold for more than 5 min. I called back and got the "supervisor" William, who simply said, oh, its not gonna be dome anytime soon, we are too busy. We have a lot of customers. . .ummm excuse me! I already PAID for my items, and called once, and no one could tell me that on the first call!?!? This is absolutely horrendous service AND customer care. This was also my first time using UPS for printing. . .I will be seeking a refund. William wasn't even concerned that I was treated inappropriately as a PAYING customer. Just went there to drop off some boxes prepaid postage. I was missing a printout and asked if I can email it to them the attendant said just use the computer then I got charged $1 to print the label from their computer when I could've just emailed it to them don't ever get charged anywhere else for that service. The attendant said I don't make the rules that's what you have to pay. not cool! read more

Great! They were very helpful and friendly. Help me with printing, I was able to email my order and they had it ready for me super fast and the quality was great! I also had to ship some stuff to family and they helped me with packing and to find the most efficient way to ship it at the best value. I don't live near that store but I gladly drive the extra 15 minutes. read more

I visited this store to pick up a package that, according to the UPS website, was delievered there. When I asked the owner if he had my package, he told me he did not. I was confused and continued to ask questions concerning why the website was telling me that it was here and he decided it was appropriate for him to get an attitude and not answer any of my questions, saying "I am not associated with UPS," and telling me he could not help me. I asked him if I could a computer to sign on and figure out who to call, etc., and he told me he would charge me for it. After asking him why he would charge me to try and figure out the mistake UPS had made, he again told me it was not his problem since he was not associated with UPS (the fact that he was wearing a polo that said "UPS" on it was a little ironic...pretty sure "The UPS Store" is associated with UPS and relies heavily on them for business. Anyway, I ended up trying to ask his associate what the information on the tracking page was telling me and she kept repeating that the package hadn't been delivered b/c it was still at the hub. When I repeatedly pointed to the screen of my phone asking her why it said "delivered" and had a destination scan, she continued to repeat her unhelpful answers. I ended up leaving and calling the UPS number the owner had given me (which was the wrong number) and eventually looked up the right number on my phone. The lady on the phone was very heplful and ended up discovering, rather quickly, that they had just delivered it to the wrong store and that my package was waiting a few miles down the road. This was a terrible experience due to the rudeness of the owner and the incredible lack of help he and his associate gave us. I sincerely hope the store is not in business for much longer as it gives UPS a bad reputation and discourages me from ever wanting to use their services. read more
