Devious upselling of unnecessary services without notifying there's a cost. Got a mailbox and they nonchalantly asked if I wanted the paperwork printed. Then I saw on my receipt a charge to print the agreement. Avoid this store like the plague they are. read more

I really appreciated the upfront communication about pricing, and I can't say enough about the impeccable customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS STORE!! This is the worse UPS Store I've ever shipped with. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! UPS should be embarrassed by this location. I was shipping a box. Gave them my phone # and shipping address. It took about 5 min, then he said "sorry I can't ship your box - you'll have to come in tomorrow because our system automatically timed out because it's past 4:00". I thought he was joking! All they said "sorry about that" - which means nothing. I wend to FedEx instead. FedEx is Waaaaaay more helpful and they have better hours. I store lacks customer service. Instead of working through customer seeking is always no, we can't and full stop. They are not willing to work through any issues at arise. I've seen them do with other customers including myself. I work closely alot of the vendors they use and things can easily be worked out. Horrible stay away do not go!!!!! read more

Store owner is a SCAM ARTIST! He coerces customers into buying shipping supplies under FALSE PRETENSES! His excuse is the packaging you received your package in, isn't permitted to mail your return. According to him, the return must be made in a reusable bag--a bag you purchase from him for $2+. This is a way for him to make money from people's returns for online retail stores set up to do returns thru UPS such as Fashionova and SHEIN. This is very environmentally irresponsible because he is inadvertently put more plastic into landfills by insisting customers not REUSE their packaging to mail in their return. AVOID this UPS Store #5121 at all costs. He also overcharges for several other services as well such as PO Boxes and notary and faxing services. This location needs to be shut down and an ethical independent owner needs to manage this location. This is being reported to UPS corporate office as well. This scam artist must be STOPPED! read more

The guy working the counter actually yelled at me. Sure we disagreed about a service, but even if I was wrong he could have been professional. Instead, he nearly wrestled my phone from me to paint at fine print, and as I was leaving continued to holler from near the back room as I left. I wouldn't visit this particular UPS location if i were you (or me!)! read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST UPS STORE IN THE ENTIRE CHARLOTTE AREA!!! I'd just take my stuff a little further down the road to Prosperity. Definitely better than dealing with the incompetence here at this location. This store price gouges! The employees are rude and definitely don't have the customer's best interest in mind. They always try to up-sale you on packing supplies. If you don't want to do Amazon Returns then sell the franchise. Needs to be under new ownership anyway! The employees at this location are always rude and have poor customer service. Since there's been a change in management and/or the employees I've had an issue with one of them 90% of the time. But today I had time to complain. I went in with 4 packages to be returned and I had the QR codes for the returns. Common sense tells one that it takes some time but not even a minute to move from one QR code to the next and to make sure you have the correct one pulled up for scanning. On this occasion, I had to leave out of one app to go into another to get the QR codes. the employee "Ashish KC" asked me to step aside while he helped the next customer. I kindly told him "No, it takes a few seconds to pull up the code and you are providing service to me right now". He mumbled something I could not hear clearly, and I told him "Just as I'd have to wait until you finish with a customer, so do they". He looked around me and asked the next customer to come up, I showed him the next code and said "no you're going to finish waiting on me". I mean, what was he going to do after I showed him the next code and then had to get the next one after that - ask me to step aside again and then I'd have to wait until he was finish with them. Make it make sense - it's like he wanted me to wait for him but didn't want to wait for me. Butt backwards. When I walked in there were no other customers, but a few walked in behind me. It's not my fault. There will be times we have to wait but him trying to go back and forth between customers doesn't make sense for me. read more

I rarely write reviews, in fact I took the extra effort to create a Yelp account so I can write this one. This store frequently rejects packages for seemingly randomized excuses. The store makes money by selling labels (of which you can purchase online at Shippo or Pirate Ship for a third of the cost) and packaging material (which you can buy for pennies at Wal-Mart or use your Amazon boxes). You're better served at any other UPS location in Charlotte. I have had a dozen issues at this store and none at the Concord Mills location. read more

This store went under new ownership 7 months ago. Today I went in to ship a package and Robbie, the new owner, was working. There were about 10 people in the store and he was kind and incredibly speedy/efficient with each of them. I would recommend using this UPS Store. read more

Really, REALLY very BAD service and customer interaction, but especially and mostly from the manager/owner. Lines waiting, only 1 clerk attending and he stays on his phone with personal calls. UPS does Small Packages up to 150 lbs. Went there various time with 100-110 lbs he refused to take them saying nothing allowed over 100 lbs AND he says "besides that the women clerks can't handle that weight". OMG. The 3 times I had to wait outside for the UPS truck who actually took the parcels and all 3 times confirmed, yes 150 lbs is part of their pickup everywhere. But worse still was the owner's demeanor and hostile attitude... every single time! 1 star because can't leave a review with ZERO read more

New ownership has lost important, business-critical mail delivered by USPS to expensive store-owned numbered mailbox several times since recently taking over. The mail was delivered from different sources, but nowhere to be found. The mail delivered from these sources or any others were never a problem with previous owners. New owners need to review federal and state laws that protect mail delivered by usps, and they will if this continues to be a problem. read more

Excellent service! I shipped quite a few boxes with the assistance of knowledgeable and helpful employees!

Went to get a mailbox and they told me I needed an appointment, then turned around and said they don't have any time for an appointment for the next month. Acted as if I was waisting there time, and there was no other customers in the building the entire time I was there. Three people and no one could help me buy a mailbox.
