There was a time when this UPS. store was well run and dependable, but that was a long time ago. I've been truly annoyed by that store several times because they refuse to correct their hours or at one time made them up as they went. This morning I needed to drop off a package. Just drop it off , it didn't need anything else done to it. I checked to see what the closest branch was to me and this branch on Harlem in the plaza with Tops at Kensington was very close. It was opening at 9:00am and it was 8:54 so I thought that was perfect. I drove over ( thinking they must be better by now) and pulled up in front and parked and started doing some paperwork I needed to do while I waited. After a time I realized there didn't appear any sign of activity at all. Look at the hours on door , I said to myself!!!! 10:00am not 9:00 am as it said on line. And I remembered that was the case a year ago when I last came here or there about. Why would a business that is a franchise, so privately owned , be run in this manner? How difficult would it be to change your hours on line to prevent your customers from wasting their time and gas going and waiting at your store? I even tried to message them to suggest they correct their on line hours but the form would not go through. It's very distressing at a time when we truly want to support the family owned and run business, that they aren't helping themselves. read more

During the Christmas Season and even before I had such horrible experiences with the post office. I vowed never to use them again. It's now January and I needed to send my Mom a package. I went online looked up UPS stores, as I am not familiar with the area I recently moved here from VA. I read some reviews but was still hesitant. With a Newborn I tried getting the perfect box to fit my contents. I even went to Home Depot, the boxes were either too big or too small. Then I remembered reading one of the reviews that mentioned the UPS Store sells boxes. So with time running out and I was pretty sure it would take awhile to purchase the box... put it together and then to pack it‍. I arrived at the store where there were 2People ahead of Me but I had to make 3 trips from the car. Things went so quickly, I didn't even have my address ready. I explained that I didn't know what size box I needed. He asked that I bring the stuff to the counter and while doing so He had already came back with the perfect size box already put together and He went ahead and packed my stuff waited for Me to find the address printed my label had Me confirm and in no time I was done. AMAZING!!! This was the best Customer service experience ever. And with a smile too very pleasant attitude. I forgot to get His name, but I will be back definitely. This UPS store is in a busy plaza in my neighborhood. I had a very specific reason to go in as a package was delivered to me in error because the sender did not cover up the previous address. I was confused as to how to go about this as this was computer equipment from a business vendor and it was supposed to head to a different business. They were knowledgeable and easy to help me. I was in and out in three minutes, Although because everything was so nice and easy I stayed to look around and they had some nice office supplies for very affordable prices. I bought a few things for my home and work office. During Covid hour work deliveries have been dwindling so this was really helpful. The employees at this location were very friendly and helpful and I most definitely will be going back with all of my needs to this location. I urge you to do the same Dash it's really important to support local businesses especially right now during Covid restrictions. If you have packages to send out of town family or you need help figuring out how to do this, please go to the store, you won't regret it. Thanks! read more

This store is absolutely amazing all of the people that work there are so polite and very helpful. I have seen people be rude to them and I don't understand why they are very knowledgeable fast incompetent group of workers. I will continue to do business with this UPS and only this UPS as they always get my packages faxes and emails done in a very prompt manner. They are very professional group of workers. I give them an A+ in every aspect of their jobs. I made an appointment to have something notarized there today- the sign in the window says notary service. The guy at the counter said a lot of people make that mistake, we don't have a notary. Store hours are until 7pm. Rushed home from work and got there at 6:53. Lights were off, store was closed. No note on the window about closing early. Dropping off an amazon return takes roughly 60 seconds. I would have been in and out well before closing time. Unacceptable. read more

Love this UPS store location. I always get in and out within a minute, fast and friendly service. I somehow get the same guy that takes care of me every time when I come in. I usually have prepaid packages to send out, and he always gives me the tracking receipt. I ran out of tape once for my box, and in the past at the USPS they made me buy my own tape dispenser and go back to tape my box then come back in the end of the line. UPS would never do this, especially this location, they have overall better customer care. They will fix your packaging at no extra cost of you need a piece of tape added here and there. Only downfall which isn't really their fault is the parking lot here SUCKS because it's in a small plaza. If you don't have to carry in large or multiple boxes, do yourself a favor and park on the opposite side of Tops so you don't wait 20 minutes to get out of your parking spot (if you were lucky enough to find one to begin with!) read more
