I have never been turned away MID TRANSACTION when I was in the door 15 minutes before close and the reason for the long line is because all the lockers were full and presumably the rep hadn't cleared them out. I'm furious I was turned away while at the counter, mid transaction when my return likely would have taken another 60 seconds. Horrendous customer service.

The hours say 8 am to 4pm but they don't serve constituents that are there prior to 4pm. They have you line up in the building lobby for an hour or more only to send you upstairs to be turned away even though it was not 4pm. Management didn't respond to requests for assistance. The operational procedures need evaluation. There needs to be communication with the building if you have people line up in the lobby and the office is on the 20th floor. There should also be a sign in sheet in the lobby so you know who was there at what time they were there. Sending people away after waiting for over an hour is not acceptable or good business. People take off work to go there since you are only open during normal businesses hours. To take off work, wait in line for hour(s), get on the elevator to go upstairs and sign in and then told they are not taking any more customers is unacceptable. They could have taken the last 2 customers that were let upstairs. There was half an hour left before 4pm so anyone who was allowed up should have been serviced. The girl in the office was rude and was not going to help the 2 people who were the last ones sent up to the office. John from customer service reached out to management but management would not call me while I was in the office. John told me to phone back if the lady would not serve us. She refused. When I called back the customer service team would not pick up the phone. This is the only downtown Chicago location. Accurate biometrics should have more staffing to accommodate constituents and they should have operational procedures to serve the public. If you are not going to have people come up to the office upon entering the building, you should have a sign in sheet. The office should let the building staff know when your daily cut off is so people don't stand in the lobby for hours just to be sent away. Our time is money and we would not be there if we didn't require your service. This is bad business all the way around. I lost time and money today due to deceptive office hours, staff incompetence, and poor business management.
