This UPS Store was very helpful during my visit here. I was staying at the Palmer House and this…read morejust happened to be street level, convenience was key here. When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

I had an experience like that Today at this FedEx location in Bucktown with an associate named Justin. I'm not sure if he was a manager or not, but if he isn't, he should be. I would love to have somebody working for me like him. I came in with a very odd item that I needed shipped- a surfboard, And he spent time helping me figure out a way to get it to Florida.
