I've been here several times because it's the closest location for UPS and I'll tell you this much. You guys have some of the worst employees ever in the business and several of the women who work here have a smart ass mouth. You guys are extremely rude every time I'm in here And when someone's talking to you, it's not good customer service to cut off the customer in the middle of a sentence and it's a fucking joke that you can't even tape up your own box I mean, what am I a damn child I think from now on I will drive farther just to go to a better location. First a few details so you know the exact situation, the package is small and weighs 2lbs or less. I requested the cheapest shipping as long as I had tracking. The dimensions of the package are under a foot each, well under both in height and width. Guess what they told me it'd cost to ship my under 2lb small item with the cheapest method? $38.50 I went to USPS and shipped it first class for $4.75. 38.50 is 810% higher prices than what I actually paid at USPS. Over 800% that's straight up mental to try to screw customers that hard. Wtf is wrong with you UPS? I get prices aren't the same everywhere but honestly F____ you for trying to take advantage of me and spitting in my face like that. read more

Take all the stress off your shoulders and let them do it for you. You can pre package your items or they will do it for you and have your items on a truck that day. They have many services at their locations. This day I encountered no problems and a friendly staff lady at the front counter. So I was well taken care in on this trip. The store tried to defraud me for packing materials when I was returning an item to Amazon. I stopped by this location on July 10 to return an item to Amazon. I have done this in the past at a different UPS store location and per Amazon instructions have just dropped the item off and the UPS store packages and send it. However, this time I was told by two different employees that I needed to purchase mailing boxes and packing materials from this particular UPS store in order for them to return the item. As I had the original box that the item was shipped in I declined. I then contacted Amazon (see the chat message screenshot attached) and was told that Amazon does not require additional purchases of boxes or packing materials and instead this location was trying to make additional money off of me and my return. I could not believe how unethical this was and I have since confirmed with a different UPS store that for Amazon returns you only need to drop off the item and the store will cover the shipping & packing material. read more

I normally go the UPS Store off Kirby and looks like that will contras of now. I had two separate types shipments to drop off:UPS and USPS. This store wouldn't help me pick out envelopes for my USPS items, nor would they take my items to mail out. The "supervisor" shrugged and said mail had already been picked up and they won't take anything for tomorrow. This is incredibly different from the store off Kirby who takes care of their customers. I know it seems small, but when expect to be helped and get absolutely nothing besides envelopes that I won't be using now....horrible service. read more

Went to the store to return an item thru Amazon on yesterday arrived on time and the store closed early while I while standing in line. For my inconvenience the team member stated if you come back tomorrow morning we will not require that you pay for the box to ship the item. Return the next day and the manager says oh my bad and that sorry for closing early but you will have to pay for the box though shipping was free and just stared at me no professionalism at all read more

This store is always helpful. They do everything; shipping, printing, notaries, and even mailboxes with real street addresses.

Overly expensive and always trying to rip you off and guess what? THEY USE USPS TO MAIL YOUR STUFF. They charged me $16.20 to deliver a package and when I checked the estimated shipping on their own website it gave me a quote of $11.34. Plus the lady was sneakily trying to rip me off by urging me to use a faster delivery time and making me buy a bigger box. When I checked the estimated shipping and cost on USPS website it was around 3.78 for the same amount of time. So do yourself a favor and use USPS. This place will rip you off. read more
