The wine has always arrived safe and I have gotten text notifications to advise me when they are available for pickup which is a nice feature of the FedEx system. The thing I have always noted about this location is the friendly attitude at the pick up counter, which is much appreciated especially when you consider it is usually woman that are hauling my heavy boxes of wine from the back with never a complaint. The smiles I get and occasional friendly banter on where is the party is most commendable considering they are moving boxes around all day long and many of them heavy like mine. Aside from the obvious shipping business this location also has workstations, printing services, faxing, stationary and presentation materials for sale at this location. These other services are sometimes overlooked as they are not the first thing to come to mind when you think FedEx.....

Today, I was taking a particularly long time to find the address I needed in my phone. The man who helped us (owner or manager??) was soo patient and showed my 3 year old some cute (and impressive!) magic tricks while we waited. My son thought they were soo cool and couldn't believe he made a couple items disappear. It was super sweet and made the time fun and easy. Not sure what is so difficult about finding different styles of paper at a "print shop" but the employees never seem to be able to find the right paper. Either they've "never heard of it" before, or "don't know where to find it." I get the idea the management doesn't equip their employees with the knowledge to do much else except mail packages.
