The wine has always arrived safe and I have gotten text notifications to advise me when they are available for pickup which is a nice feature of the FedEx system. The thing I have always noted about this location is the friendly attitude at the pick up counter, which is much appreciated especially when you consider it is usually woman that are hauling my heavy boxes of wine from the back with never a complaint. The smiles I get and occasional friendly banter on where is the party is most commendable considering they are moving boxes around all day long and many of them heavy like mine. Aside from the obvious shipping business this location also has workstations, printing services, faxing, stationary and presentation materials for sale at this location. These other services are sometimes overlooked as they are not the first thing to come to mind when you think FedEx.....

Today, I was taking a particularly long time to find the address I needed in my phone. The man who helped us (owner or manager??) was soo patient and showed my 3 year old some cute (and impressive!) magic tricks while we waited. My son thought they were soo cool and couldn't believe he made a couple items disappear. It was super sweet and made the time fun and easy. Yelling at customers to scan their own packages for Amazon returns but the machine wasn't working so it continued to print out "see agent labels" and the owner (I presume) was annoyed that the customers needed service. It was actually kind of comical until I had to interact with him. I told the man packing my stuff (presume it was the owner because I can't imagine an employee yelling at customers the way he did) that these items were sentimental (my grandpas's cowboy hat) and asked to have the items bubble wrapped and paid like $50 for it! When the box arrived the glass items were in bubble wrapped but not appropriately wrapped so the glass was everywhere in the box. My glass items were broken and my grandpa's hat was not wrapped at all, and neither were my ceramics! The hat was smashed by a heavy cardboard box (with a drill in it) that they had just placed on top of the hat. These people are completely incompetent and ruined all of my irreplaceable stuff. Do not bring anything of value here.
