These guys are really condescending but also completely clueless. It almost felt like they were real-life rage baiters. Yelling at customers to scan their own packages for Amazon returns but the machine wasn't working so it continued to print out "see agent labels" and the owner (I presume) was annoyed that the customers needed service. It was actually kind of comical until I had to interact with him. I told the man packing my stuff (presume it was the owner because I can't imagine an employee yelling at customers the way he did) that these items were sentimental (my grandpas's cowboy hat) and asked to have the items bubble wrapped and paid like $50 for it! When the box arrived the glass items were in bubble wrapped but not appropriately wrapped so the glass was everywhere in the box. My glass items were broken and my grandpa's hat was not wrapped at all, and neither were my ceramics! The hat was smashed by a heavy cardboard box (with a drill in it) that they had just placed on top of the hat. These people are completely incompetent and ruined all of my irreplaceable stuff. While the workers at the store have always been pleasant and hard-working and seem to try their best when it comes to package delivery, the store is NOT able to fulfill even the simplest print orders. I've taken small print jobs to them, asking them to print on certain type of paper. Not sure what is so difficult about finding different styles of paper at a "print shop" but the employees never seem to be able to find the right paper. Either they've "never heard of it" before, or "don't know where to find it." I get the idea the management doesn't equip their employees with the knowledge to do much else except mail packages. If you want to drop packages, not a bad option. If you want to print literally ANYTHING, go to Staples read more

The gentlemen who work there are very helpful, kind and patient with customers. Every time I go in there they are kindly explaining something , or patiently waiting for a customer to find their QR code, etc. Great job guys!! read more

Absolutely amazing service. Julian and the staff at UPS were able to help me get my package which had been delayed and I needed for a wedding today. Julian was able to get me my package just in time for the wedding after it said it wasn't going to be delivered in time. I am so grateful and amazed with the service at this store. Notary,mailing urgent documents overnight. Superior service at this UPS STORE. The women were welcoming, professional, accommodating. I was stressed not being familiar with this part of MI. The notary was confident, calming & very reasonable fees. I highly recommend this business. I learned how much more they could do than what I thought. Give them your business, you'll be very pleased. Used the Wixom UPS store for holiday shipping in December, despite being super busy the staff were helpful and patient with my packing needs. I recently went back to the store to print a family calendar. The store owner herself helped me with design and layout and it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend. read more

Terrible experience both times I have been in. I had a passport photo taken here and they needed to redo the photo twice and acted like they knew exactly what was required. The photo was dark and I asked them to do it again and they assured me it was acceptable but my passport application got rejected. Also was charged an enormous amount to have something packed and was then told by the main office in Wixom that they way over charged me. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go elsewhere read more

Despite a lot of negative reviews I had a very good experience at this UPS store. Twanna helped me ship out some packages and suggested insurance on the items that needed it. I originally wasn't planning on it but her assurances made me feel better and I felt like I wasn't being overcharged for the total insurance cost. I really like this store. I have a mailbox here and could not have picked a better place to do so. The staff is always friendly and remember who you are. I order alot of packages and I have always recieved everyone over the last year and a half without any problems! I am a very busy person so no matter how long it takes me to pick up a package it is still there in good condition and well taken care of! read more

This store is apparently under new ownership since April of this year. I go there periodically to ship motorcycle parts and some personal items to my parents in TX. Before they would never have enough staff up front and previous owners would always nickel and dime me, but I had no choice as the next closest store 7 miles away. The new owner is a young lady and her husband, but she always seems to be there with other staff. Extremely nice and helpful and the store looks like it's been cleaned up with new furniture, carpet etc. They even offered a receipt for my drop off which I used to be charged for $1. It's the little things that make the difference. I think the new owners deserve better reviews than what was said in the past! read more

I had the opposite problem of the other reviewer for this store. I wonder if there are new owners. The people helping me were nice, but they were insanely slow. The reason I went to UPS over the post office is because I thought it'd be quicker. Wrong. And this was around noon, when many people, me included, have a short lunch break and need to quickly get an errand done. Seriously, the people working there must have been in their mid 60's, but had the hustle and the brain power of people in their 90s. With dementia. And it cost almost $13 to mail a very lightweight piece of jewelry, not insured, just a few states away. WTF. Not going there again. Plus they wanted to take a bunch of my information, which I can partially understand, but instead of letting me just fill out a form or use a computer, I had to give them my name, address, phone number, etc, by answering the questions out loud (which any creeper in the store could hear) and wait while the cashier typed in the answers (again, insanely slowly).
