Worst customer service!! if i could give this review zero stars i would, first off the second i walked into the store i was greeted by a employee named Sol (who i then realized was the owner) from the second i walked in he was very strange i felt like he was flirting with me, he also tried to get very touchy feely. I have never had an issue with this location. Always friendly and helpful. Even if you are just dropping off a prepaid label they take the time to give you a receipt and a friendly smile. Usually the wait inside is minimal. I would recommend them for all your UPS needs including drop off! read more

Best UPS store in the world - I wish they had more cards and supplies etc - but the manager is also the owner and he is super cool. he has 2 giant great danes that are funny and sweet. They also have a notary - which is why I am in there a lot. And they also have PO BOX rental available. They also have a fax service which I use quite often. I would drive extra just to go to this store. read more

I was a customer at ups during different owners for over 20 years. I had Darren make 2 portraits of my daughter's wedding for my mom's 80th birthday. He told me it takes a day. 3 or 4 days later still not done. He went to lighthouse point to get it done. I had to leave to get to the west coast. They would not write off the overnight fee which was quite large. I had a credit card on file for years. After I came back I went and paid my bill off and told them I wouldn't be back. They didn't attempt to stop me or offer me anything. So much for loyalty to your clients. I went for convenience for stamps packages and many things. They do charge more but it was convenient for us. No more ups. Went to FedEx. Get in writing if something is important. read more

I went to mail a small package to Italy. It was around a pound. The lady in charged told me that to mail the package, this after she did all the paper was $178. I was in shock, she proceeded with asked if it was ok or offer alternative. I could understand that it was under the holiday but not accetable a rip off. I will not use this service anymore. read more

I really like this store, both owners Sol and Darren are very nice and really accommodating. I am a Real Estate Broker so I visit the store often for document shipping and notary services and in the 7+ years I have been going there I have always received excellent service from them and their staff. read more

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced from an owner. I simply went there to buy a yellow envelope and tried to pay with a credit card as I had no cash on me at the time. (I had just misplaced my wallet and only has my wife's credit cards). I understand the fee is only .48 and that isn't worth them to accept the credit card, so all the owner had to do was say sorry we don't accept credit cards under a certain amount. I would have left just fine. Instead the owner arrogantly said "no we won't take credit card I would have to pay a 2% royalty fee and I mine as well give the envelope to you for free then." As a customer I don't appreciate being told about your royalty fees and then told in a snarky tone that you mine as well give it to me for free. I ended up payinf for it on my debit card (only cause I really needed to mail something or I would have gone somewhere else), but won't be going back since the owner was just oh so polite. My whole family lives in Cooper City and has used this store since I can remember. They will no longer be getting our business anymore after being so rude, there are plenty of other places that wont feel the need to be nasty. I respect the no credit card policy on a small purchase but learn to treat the customer better. Have a blessed day read more

I recently went to scan a document to my email (my scanner broke and needed this ASAP). I was helped super quickly, however wasn't told of the pricing. When I went to pay I was told I owed $18, which I thought was extremely high for 3minutes of the associates time. While swiping my card I stated "that's crazy." I was fully cooperative I was just expressing that I thought it was high. Rather than going over pricing the man told "what's crazy is that machine is $17,00 and I have to pay $300 a month for it." He was so rude and I was appalled. I will not be going back to this store. I felt so uncomfortable and couldn't believe how rude he was. With any business you have expenses but to make the customer feel like it is their fault is uncalled for. If he didn't want to buy machines then he is in the wrong business. read more

I would never go back to this UPS store. My husband and I went there to get some papers notarized, and the first thing my husband asked was how much it cost and the girl, her name is Kristina, said $10. Then she made a comment "oh there's more than 1 page". Then I asked her again "so how much is it?" This time she didn't reply and changed the subject. So I guessed that either she will let me know how much it's going to be or it'll be $10 as she initially quoted. She finished notarizing without saying a word. When she was done, she then told me it's $15. I was shocked to see how she dodged my question when I asked her how much it's going to be before she started to notarize. It was clear to me that she did not want to tell me how much before she does the work (just in case I decide not to do it there). This is called 'RIPPING OFF CUSTOMER', and that is wrong. Customers need to know how much it'll cost before any service is provided. First she said $10, then charge $15 after work is done. That is not the way to do business. Not to mention her customer service and personality is extremely poor. She did not greet us when we walked into the store (we were the only customers in the store at that time), and not once she smiled at us. I will never go back to this store again. read more

They've always gone above and beyond what I'd expect from a neighborhood shipping store when it comes to customer service.
