Melissa was fantastic in helping me send out a parcel yesterday. I appreciate her energy & knowledge. I also purchased a mini glass pumpkin to decorate my desk & we had a good laugh about it.

It was shipped form UPS in the same original box, I wasn't allowed to ship form UPS in the same box.

The first time I had encountered this UPS location was during the transition from the previous owners. The experience was so negative, that I felt compelled to write a review. I had been offered printing service, then charged for it without prior knowledge there was a fee. The owners asked my sister to ask me if I would "please remove the review", as they were new and apologetic... Yada Yada yaaa. I deleted the review, but this time I won't. This time, the review will stay, and I will be removing my P.O. Box that I have had there for over 3 years. Long story short, I had my kids father return some amazon items. He wasn't aware of protocol and didn't know he was supposed to receive a tracking receipt. I didn't worry because I would receive a confirmation from amazon (per usual) that they received items and so forth... the email never came. So of course I'm letting baby daddy have it, thinking he didn't really return the items being lazy and saving it for tomorrow. I call in to confirm with ups and whomever I spoke with was no help. She pretty much was like " well, if there was a barcode we scanned it". She said " we get over 200 returns a day so I wouldn't be able to check for you." Like what? You're not even TRYING to help. So baby daddy goes back up there, and what do you know ?! She didn't scan the items in. When he told me he got the tracking, I had already seen the CONFIRMATION email from amazon confirming the drop off. Had he NOT returned for the tracking receipt, my items would have never made it back to the amazon warehouse, and I'd have lost a nice amount of money. I thought this place would be a problem because Of my prior encounter. Yet I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. My mom always said "follow your first mind, it's the right mind". Smh, and I didn't. read more

I was looking for a place to take my passport photo and I know the post office price was over my budget. I decided to walk into this UPS Store as I had been in the area. I walked in and was greeted by a nice gentleman name is Perris, he quickly greeted me and when I told him I needed my passport photo taken he was quick to tell explain the sale that they are currently having which is awesome, and politely gave me tips on what the photo needs to look like for it to be accepted by the post office. He took my photo and then Elizabeth rang me up with a smile and also gave such nice customer service! I can see that Perris is a leader and is the Manager, he gives such great customer service, he is kind and has great vocabulary! Elizabeth and Perris made my visit smooth and easy! Thanks again! I definitely will be back! P.S. the post office said they did a great job and most places don't follow the rules and the customer has to take the photo again and pay twice! so that was awesome too! I come to this location a lot, and everytime I'm greeted with a welcoming hello by the ladies that work here. Victoria the manager has done a great job in training and making sure all her staff are 1) getting the help they need and 2) making sure WE (the customers) are getting a satisfactory visit. She works hard to keep the train rolling and it shows! read more

So far the employees are awesome I've never had any issues. I love this location. I'm only giving 3 stars because now they have an automated system when you call them. The automated system is garbage and doesn't work correctly. It's really frustrating to have this now out of nowhere. read more

Seems at tho Victoria who works the front counter needs some training in proper customer service. She was rude, and offered no answer or solutions to the basic question I had. I was shipping a product back to Nike as part of an exchange I was doing. A different female rep helped me and as I showed the label on my phone. I was told there's $3 printing fee they charge to print they're own label before it can be shipped and me given a receipt lol which I thought was a joke but whatever, I went to fedex in the same parking lot and printed it for 14cents and returned in less than 5min. After handing over my package And asking for my receipt Victoria said they're not giving receipts. So I replied, that's not what the other rep just told me before I left, plus there should be some sort of documentation you can provide that shows I dropped off a package here to be delivered. Again, She says no so I ask for the rep that helped me out to begin with who had no problem whatsoever printing me a receipt. Smh won't be back here and discourage anyone else to come here! Way to many other business happy to help. Ownership needs to do something quick cause doubt Victoria is helping business productivity. read more

The young man Bryan ... was very very helpful!! The faxing is cheaper here than more stores I've been to. Now I feel more confident coming in knowing what I need and want to make my day a lot easier. Have used this location several times within the last few months. The ladies who staff the location have been extremely pleasant to deal with and very patient, even during these trying pandemic times. Lucy has been very accommodating and helpful on my last few visits here! Recommend to anyone looking for the services they offer! Keep up the good work all! read more
