Never been to a ups store before where everyone lies about ups policy. A manager there name adrena tells me she cant take my package cause it isnt boxed. Well the package came in original package and lady keep saying ups policy wont allow. So i tell her another ups took a package of mine's the other day without any issues at all, so why is there a store coming up with some bogus policy. Well, this person then tells me that this is a new policy with UPS and that I don't know what I'm talking about so then I tell her you were wrong and that UPS has no such policy because their website does not state that so this manager then tells me oh it is not UPS it is the owners policy so it's not UPS it's the store that's trying to rip me off and charge me for a box, long story short I was glad that someone behind me had an extra box and saw what was going on and gave me a box and packaged it for me. Needless to say I will be complaining with UPS about the unethical practices that the store did today it is not acceptable to miss read customers and say UPS has a policy about repackaging packages when that policy clearly does not exist. They gladly take your USPS outgoing mail and even have a nice complimentary drop box near the front door!
