I needed to do a return shipment back to Amazon and did not have a printer at home to print the label. Being new residents to the city of Corona, my girlfriend and I were searching for a good local UPS store. Not only did we get assisted in the label printing but my girlfriend also needed a printing done as well. Marissa was there to help! She not only made the process seemless and easy, her customer service also went above and beyond our expectations. Very helpful employee, UPS is lucky to have a worker like her. We always have trouble returning items from Amazon here. When we start the return process through Amazon, it clearly states not to box or label your items when returning through UPS. However, we've either been turned away or told we need to buy some sort of packaging at the store (even after mentioning what Amazon noted). It has happened literally every single time. See attached photos. Not sure if this is a ploy to get people to spend money here, but there's a FedEx in the same plaza that we make sure to take our business if we need to ship anything. As for Amazon returns, I suggest selecting Kohl's down the street. They are amazing and quick. They have a clear system and they take care of everything. read more

It's embarrassing how much I need to drop returns off at UPS but I don't feel that way here. The management is doing a great job with hiring because the entire staff is amazing. They're all professional and attentive. The five stars is for Labreonna specifically though. Please give her a promotion and/or raise. Labreonna is friendly and helpful to every customer, she's knowledgable about everything in this establishment, and she's patient. Horrible service. Came around 3ish for Notary service. I was told the Notary was on the phone to wait a few minutes. About 15 mins later we were still waiting, no one checking in with us to give an update or ask us to wait a little longer. I asked one if the girls how much longer she said she didn't know. I asked if she could ask the Notary she said no because she's on the phone and she will not answer. If im waiting on a service I should be told whether im waiting 15 minutes or 30, any normal customer would want to know this! Will not be back! read more

Went to this UPS store... almost closing time but both girls at the counter - Anica and Annie - were very helpful and accommodating. They took their time showing me the different ways to ship internationally, customs issues etc and and went over the prices based on expediency, location and package weight. Both girls are so courteous and professional. Knowing it is a Friday night and near closing, they were happy and the service was not rushed. Hopefully my package will get there as forecasted but just happy that it's been handled and will be on its way to its destination. read more

Avoid this UPS in Corona for any lamination projects, I came to laminate an important document, and the workers ruined my important doc where it turned from white to dark brown to a point that the lettering is no longer visual. The document is totally ruin, which adds a major problem for me now that could have been avoidable by not coming here, as I'm not sure if I'll be able to replace this document again. I'm so disappoint and upset for the material damage they have caused me now with this store due to the staffs lack of experience in doing their job, if I could give them a zero I would. read more
