This location used to be my entire family's favorite UPS Store, but we recently had an unexpectedly disappointing experience. The team seems to have changed, and an employee refused to honor another employee's promise from my previous visit. It was a simple thing: a free personalized luggage tag for my having left two glowing Yelp reviews before. Very ironic. The way I felt during the encounter was: patronized, belittled, and simply uncared for. The very worst part of it was when she recruited the support of another customer to take sides against me, even if he wasn't even in the store when my conversation with the owner had begun. Even if my family and I may never go to this UPS Store again, I do want to leave a compliment for Anica, a third employee who treated me with respect and thoughtfulness over the phone during a very busy time. I'm more sad than angry that a neighborhood business I was so fond of for so long now has become a bittersweet taste in my memory. I leave this review with no anger or malice. I sincerely hope the new owner can take this constructive criticism to heart and be reminded that, especially in the crazy times we live in, a little bit of kindness goes a long way. If I were the owner, I would have given the name tag even if a customer hadn't "deserved" it, let alone someone who had been frequenting my business for many years and had already left two phenomenally positive five-star reviews. read more

I went in looking for a fax service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Two.of the employees were busy helping customers. I looked at greeting cards while I waited. Cards by the way are 50% off right now. They have some really cute cards. Many look like the pricey Papaya line of cards. Very nice. When it was my turn I was helped quickly and efficiently. Very friendly woman who helped me. She ran the fax through, rang me up and off I went. Very nice experience. Going back for more cards. BTW they offer a large selection of services. Go by there you will be pleasantly surprised. read more

First time notarizing any paperwork and Ms. Crystal and Ms. Annie were so friendly and helpful through the process. We're also extremely patient with me as this was my first time and I was unaware of the whole process. Great personalities with all customers that walked through the door and were hustling to ensure everyone was being acknowledged and taken care of in a timely manner. I was in and out in minutes!!! This place is a joke. Made an appointment for live scan. When I got there they said they tried to call and even said they left a voice mail. I pulled up my phone to show there was no missed calls nor voicemail. They didn't even know how to respond to me showing them that they didn't actually tried calling and never left a voice mail. Drive 30 minutes for nothing. read more

Since this really became a UPS Store with professional UPS people, I am happy to say I am so glad it got professional. I go way back with this little place and then one day I walked in and it really looked like a UPS Store! Please don't come here if you're already having a bad day, you greeting at the door may not be answer let alone you will be greeted. They will sell you the tape instead of helping you tape your boxes even if your boxes are already labeled. Basically, costumer service is poor to say the least. read more

Manager on duty Katherine will not honor any the ups coupons unless they came from her location. However nowhere on that coupon does it say it is for a specific location. Did not make any effort to even read the fine print or offer a smaller discount instead. Will not return to this location due to her lack of customer service. read more

On Sat 4/1/23 I went back to mail out an online item that was mailed back to me when I dropped off item here for return on 3/25/23. I asked employee ID # 215899 that person who scanned the return label did it wrong. She asked me if I had the return label which of course I said no. We went back & forth. It seems like the person on 3/25 didn't know what she was doing. The receipt I got from 3/25 showed no location just tracking #. How disappointed I was in her attitude no matter who's fault it was I just wanted to send to correct location to process. Why would there be a return label to mail to myself? Regardless she could've been more polite & not be defensive. I should've not had to pay for postage again but I did. Just be careful from shipping from this location. read more
