Bad service and unprofessional. They should look into better training for their employees

The Owners of this store considers charities businesses and requires that they purchase the medium mailbox, 60 dollars more a year. Even after explaining the purpose of the charity ( high school booster) they would not budge. Consider a different store if you are looking for a PO Box for your charity. read more

Extremely rude!!! Rachelle is beyond rude!! The several times I've gone to this store, to include today, the customer service has been down right awful. They way they speak to you raises my eyebrows. During the time I waited in line I noticed they're nice to those who are getting their mail. But if you're a walk in customer, be prepared to be treated horribly. I would give this store zero stars if it were an option. My first experience was years back when I was refinancing my home and had to send a large fax to the escrow. It was expensive, I believe over $10.00 dollars but was necessary. I paid and the fax was sent. When I spoke with escrow they had not received it. I went back to the store and the lady who sent the fax said it didn't go thru. Problem was with her fax. I asked her to send it again which she did and then proceeded to try to charge me for the second fax. Needless to say I did not pay her the second time and have not returned until today. Today my mother needed to have a signature of a non-family member on a document showing she had signed it. Not a notarized signature just simply a signature to show my mother had in fact signed the document. We decided to run in and see if they would assist. The first women asked what we needed and then told the second woman to sign and charge for a notarization $15.00. I told her we didn't need a notary and she did not say anything. I then told them that it was a beneficiary paper for my Mother to receive death benefits as my Father passed away last week and all we needed was someone to sign that they saw my Mother signing the paper. We got nothing! Not a sorry for your loss... Nothing! They actually seemed irritated that they were being put in a position of doing something for someone in need. My Mother signed the paper. The lady behind the counter signed the paper and then proceeded to charge us $15.00 for a notary service. Obviously they really needed that $15.00 and we will never return to that store for any reason ever again. Rude and inhumane horrible people!!!!!!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. The woman who was working there yesterday around 5 pm drove me crazy. She kept calling me dear after each sentence and I find that to be in poor taste. If she was my customer she could call me whatever she wants but you never call someone dear or sweetie when you don't even know what their first name is. Plus while she was waiting for my papers to fax she was reading over other customers incoming faxes that were waiting in the slot to be picked up. My fax had private information on it and I did not appreciate her looking over it either. Thumbs down read more

Seeking to open a PO Box and willing to sign a year-long contract, I went into this store...it reeked of garlic, but oh well. I asked the unfriendly woman behind the counter what their rates are...she pointed to a small sheet of paper on the wall. I told her I needed to take the prices with me, was there a printed sheet. She barked, no! I said, well, can you make a copy of that one. The phone started ringing, and she answered the phone ... while she handed me a pen and made a motion for me to "write the costs down." Actually it should be a ZERO star. This was the worst service and experience I have ever had. If you like being treated terrible by a Rude and Obnoxious employee named Rachel, while the owner stands next to her and says nothing or does not intervene to help the customer, you have found the right place. This was the last time they will get any of my business. I left there feeling like did this just happen. UPS needs to do a better job training their franchise owners about customer service and how to communicate with the customer (ex. tone, smile, professionalism). Do not give this place your business. I went in today to send a hoodie back to Under Armour. I used the Under Armour packaging and the package weighed about 13.X ounces. Unfortunately, Under Armour makes you pay for shipping on returns. They wanted to charge me $68 for priority mail and said regular mail was not available. Additionally, they wanted to charge me $27 for UPS ground. I left. I went to the Post office and regular mail cost me $6.73. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. read more

I'm starting to avoid this place because I can't stand the way the person behind the counter keeps calling me "dear." Doesn't she know that's condescending? Ugh. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Rachelle has amazing customer service skills. And, yes she is great at remembering customer's names!

Rachelle is absolutely fantastic in helping me with my packages. She is an expert in helping me ship things, such as returns to Amazon. It turns out Amazon customer service this week gave me wrong information on how to return two items. The info was suspect so I asked for Rachelle's opinion and sure enough she was the expert. She got some expensive items ready to go in a hurry and helped me make sure it was the safest and my cost effective way. Another time a package I was supposed to pick up at the store went missing. It was supposed to be there but wasn't--It was the Christmas rush so I was sympathetic. After unsuccessfully trying to find the package in the system she needed to help another customer so she gave me UPS's number. I went outside and sat in my car while I waited in the UPS holiday phone queue. When I finally reached a person about 30 minutes later they said they had already found my package at the local hub and it would be re-delivered at no charge to the UPS store the next day. Obviously Rachelle had gotten the ball rolling after I left---something far beyond the service I expected or previously encountered. Additionally she called me the next day to tell me the package had been found and re-delivered. You just can't get better follow-up or service. She has skills and a great work ethic. I have been to this location several times in the last year or so since I moved out here to Corona. It is in a convenient location and is less than a mile from where I live. That being said the woman that I believe owns it named Mary is never kind and has repeatedly tried to charge me outrageous fees for sending out my packages. I would normally go to FedEx because their fees are always the same for the same types of packages that I send out for work. Today she tried to charge me almost $27.00 to send out a couple of DVDs with my paperwork inside, I was so shocked that I just grabbed my package and told her that this is ridiculous because I can send the same package out from FedEx for $8.95. I would rather drive a few more miles to pay less than 1/3 of what she tried to rip me off for. I will never give her my business again and would recommend that others find another UPS or FedEx location to do business with. Completely Appalled by her ridiculous pricing SCAM!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I went there to mail a package. Was told the price would be $30! So I ended up going to the good old fashioned Post Office. Should have gone there first! It was only $16 with a tracking #! I get that they need to make $ too. But to double the price and give a crappy attitude? Sorry!
