This location just opened. First time here and the customer service was superior. I was greeted as I walked in and acknowledged (huge part of good service). I dropped off my pre labeled UPS package to this location last Sat 4/3/21 and checked tracking on Monday and there's no update. I checked again Tuesday and Wednesday still no update. I called the store yesterday to ask if my package was left behind during pick up, the associate said all packages were picked up. For short my package is now missing. In my years of dropping off packages to a UPS store, this is the only time I lost a package. This is also my first and last time to go to this UPS store. read more

I needed to mail something ASAP. USPS were closed today and I was so glad this UPS store was open on MLK day! Once I stepped in, I was greeted by two employees even though they were with other customers. Once the customers left as I was making copies, Zorro came to check up on me to see if I needed any assistance, which is great because it was totally unexpected from me being in a post office. The copier had really nice quality paper and colored ink. Beside the copier there were plenty of pens, a stapler, and a staple remover. Really clean spaces and stores. Every time I go to the USPS stores, the tables are always covered in a stickers and I can't even find a spot to write on! After I made the copies, I stood behind another customer. Zorro asked if I was ready, and I said yes. He immediately helped me at another register because the other customer was on the phone and didn't need assistance just yet. As he was a searching something for me that took additional time as it was loading, he quickly helped another customer drop off the mail and immediately went back to check on my order which was still loading on the screen. He greeted another customer as they walked in. I was fascinated to see that this UPS store not only mails letters/packages but also shreds paper, does key cutting, makes personalized license plate frames, and even dog tags! Zorro worked fast and efficiently! If I ever need any of their services, I'm definitely coming back! read more

Worthless!!! Went to this place to return a package (a pair of shoes). They took measurement of a standard shoebox like they were engineers and tried to sell me a simple cardboard box for 7 dollars. Then behind the counter is a moving box for $3 and they said that the box is not strong enough for shipping. In my experience, if a box is strong enough to be labeled as a moving box, I'm sure it would withstand being shipped in the mail. Don't be scammed by this place. Ended up going to the another UPS office and paid $1.99 for a simple grey bag and put the box inside and had it shipped. Seems like the grey bag has magical powers that make it stronger than a box. read more

I've worked for UPS for 38 years and this is the 1st UPS store with the worst experience returning packages here. Melissa seems to have a real bad attitude with customer service, let alone unfamiliar with return process. Not helpful in any way nor did she at least attempt to serve you with proper educational UPS I provide to all my customers. Sad to know this store has the label of UPS and making us all look bad. read more

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! So far the worst experience with ups. Maybe I got lucky before, UPS never charged me to Seal the box before. This time they are charging me a dollar. I asked them to print out a label for me, so I didn't want to argue to much about the charge. At the end they asked for two dollars, which is not too much. But I'm just not happy about it. Because they never said they are charging me for printing out the label. And this is not my first time asking for seal the box for me. They always did without charging. it's one strip of tape not much. Maybe this is their policy which I would understand if they told me ahead of time. The worst is the look their manager gave me. So arrogant. I had to run back and force to the car just for this item 3 times. And really I'm really pissed of their service. read more

I had another great experience at my local UPS Store today. This is really the season to use them, they are very helpful. I really appreciated them during the Pandemic, I had sent a few letters that I weighed to make sure they weren't overweight but I didn't realize the size/thickness was an issue too so they were returned to me and one very important one even went missing. Now whenever I have an unusual size letter I go there. I know thet I could use the USPS but it's a much more pleasant experience at the UPS Store. They have many functions, today I brought wrapped packages and they found the appropriate sized box and did all the work for me. So easy. In the past I when my printer wasn't working I found out that I could email them a document and they could print it out for me - again, so helpful. There is never a line like at the post office and the staff are friendly and helpful. So happy they are in my neighborhood but if they weren't I would still go out of my way to go there instead of the post office. Thank you to all the staff!!! :) read more

Wow? I normally don't rate stores but restaurants but I must comment that the customer service at this location is superb. I've been in there twice ( One time, UPS dropped off my package for pick up and the other time, I had to ship out my return item) both times here was quite pleasant. Kristina was awesome! Very helpful and informative! She even gave me a reusable tote bag for my daily needs. I would recommend this UPS location. Lisa was awesome as well but Kristina was the shining star! :) read more

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars and I'm sadden to be writing this review after doing business with this store. I originally had some thank you cards printed for my baby shower two years ago, the service was great, Zorro and Lisa were really nice and the price was great! With that said I came back for my baby's first birthday to have invitations, thank you card and baby shark images printed. Again, great experience as expected. I then Started a business and had some thank you cards printed and expectations were met except for the fact that they forgot about my order request, I had to call and follow up. But it didn't bother me because, I get it, they were busy. A month later Business is doing good and had some more of the same thank you cards printed and since the holidays are round the corner I ordered extra using the same email thread to Lisa with the request. I then had my husband pick up my order and come to my surprise I was charged quadruple the price which was a shock to me! I then was explained that I was charged a cutting fee, a card stock fee, blah blah blah.. first of all, if you were going to change the prices on me then why not tell me? There was an email thread? And I woulda cut them myself to save $5 and Lisa always offered to cut them without being charged, I didn't even know there was a cutting fee since she always offered to cut them. Then, I was told that after doing business with them after all these years, I was being charged incorrectly this whole entire time. So that means for a whole two years y'all been charging me incorrectly? If that was the case then why not tell me? I honestly would not have mind paying the fees if I was told about them, but I was not. And to be really honest, if my husband would have called and told me that I was being charged $46 for thank you cards, I would have disputed it prior to paying and spoken to Lisa myself. The funny thing is, Maria who works there was the one telling me all these fees they charged when she worked on my original order last month. (Rolling my eyes) Also I was told it was 50 thank u cards printed rather than the 100 that I requested. I will not be doing business ever again with them. read more

This use to be a very friendly and helpful place to ship my packages. Lately they have been rude and charge for any little thing you may need. I will try to avoid going here as much as possible. They don't deserve my business treating customers the way they do. Go to postal annex they don't charge $1 for a strip of tape or to print a label. read more

Lisa Smith helped me out today. I'm definitely satisfied. She cut and re-bound my codebook for weld school. Well worth the money because the quality was 5 stars worth!!!! I say this because she had to undo the poor work that staples did. Now my codebook opens and closes properly. If you need any kind of printing, binding, post work, and things of this nature head down to THIS particular store and ask for Lisa Smith, she'll take care of you. Stopped by for a notary seal. The lady was prompt, friendly, courteous and got my seal back within the hour as promised. The problem is that the quality of the seal is not that great. Blotchy and inconsistent stamping. Both my co-worker and I were disappointed to the point of having to request another authorization from the state to go get another seal somewhere else. Good price but not good quality. read more
