The owner is very rude and is always brushing people off. I have been there a few times and this last time I overheard him yelling at an employee. I'm not sure what's going on there, but I don't think that's how things should be handled. I feel that if he wants more clientele then he should be nicer and more welcoming instead of rushing out the door to get a smoke break. Overdue review! This UPS Store has served me quite well over the years. At times, literally a life saver, even. (This is a little shop next to Game Stop.) 1) I use it the most for Amazon returns. Yes, you can return all your unwanted and defective purchases at Kohl's now, and that's good and all, but this UPS Store located in the Azusa Plaza is closer in distance to me. So it's my number one choice. And the staff is so used to processing Amazon returns that they're super fast. Thanks, guys. (Customers are the bottlenecks, in fact. Guys, have your return QR code ready, so you don't hold up the line.) 2) Printing, printing, printing--who has a printer at home anymore? I've contemplated in buying a wireless printer for years, but never pulled the trigger. Don't like them ink prices. Besides, I can always print a few pages at work, but emergencies do arise! That one time I desperately needed to print a shipping label for an urgent parcel? UPS's got my back. It's like a few ten cents to a dollar a page. Well worth the hassles otherwise. 3) Notary service. For those who are not familiar with what this is, here ya go: "A credible witness is an individual who personally knows the signer and can vouch for the signer's identity to the Notary." So there were a few instances that I needed this. Official documents needing official identification verifications, witnesses, and signatures. And once more, hey, I can just do it right here at the UPS Store! Fantastic. Yes, there's a fee, and no, not that expensive (around $30, I think), and I am just glad that I can get it done and out of my way efficiently. 4) And finally, very occasionally, I have to ship things via actual UPS service (imagine that, namesake, yet the last priority), and I am glad they are here for me. This location is amazing. The employees are very engaging and go above and beyond the their duties to supply outstanding customer service. I feel very welcomed coming here and travel past other locations to come to this one for that reason. The staff has assisted me with shipping label inquiries when I am having trouble. I dropped by today to return an Amazon package, and although the gentleman was nice, he explained that they charge $1 to put tape on the box. Being that I only needed one strip of about 8 inches of tape, I said "but you're a ups store." He apologized and I left. These are things that are included at most ups stores for free. I understand that some people abuse the free services, but maybe they should charge for tape over a certain amount instead of trying to charge everyone because some abuse free services. read more

Although the addressee was in their computer and I was assured it would be delivered the next day what happen was sum mix-up of the address label. The recipient texted me to confirm the gift item (scarf) was received but that wasn't what I sent ( ? ).. how embarrassing. I've been coming to this store for the past 3 years and I have always been treated right. Not like a customer but more of a guest. All the employees, managers are always respectful, honest, and very knowledgeable. They explain everything correctly, all instructions and procedures, even including the self service printing. If you read the directions it ls really simple and easy to use. The employee at this store Luis, has always been knowledgeable and always helped me out from printing a huge poster, to my millions of amazons returns, to the simplest thing of printing out a piece of paper for me. Life can get pretty hectic and when coming into this store Luis seems to be the little bit of peace and tranquility that I need in my life at the moment.
