Do not go here close to closing, the employees will try to defraud you. They attempted to charge me $250 to ship a box that I had shipped at another UPS location for $49. This is my UPS place to go when I need to send out packages. They are nice and very helpful. They know what they are doing and they have everything you need. Although the boxes are pricey than let's say... Box Brothers but if you are in pinch, they got you covered. I've paid them to box my things as well. They did it perfectly and my package arrived in one piece. If you need help packaging items to ship out, go here instead of FedEx a few miles away. FedEx is expensive and there's always a line. They don't pack the boxes as well as these guys do. At this store I'm in and out in no time. read more

Not the place for me. Not unless you want to sit in a sauna and be treated like crap by both customers and employees alike. Went in for a fingerprint scan and this is what happened: Strike #1: It's 90 degrees in there. Which is fine, if you weren't made to wait for 45+ minutes. Bring a portable fan. Strike #2: To be fair, it isn't something they can control, but be warned. I was told to sit in a chair (probably because, unbeknownst to me, they were going to keep me there for almost an hour)... only to be told 5 minutes later by a rude customer that I need to move. So I quietly do. Only to be told to sit again by an employee. Only to be told by another lady to move because I'm in her way and to move the chair too. Again, not necessarily their fault, but maybe find a place to put the chair where customers won't be accosted by other customers? or not have chairs at all? Strike #3: After waiting 45 minutes (it felt like hours in the 90+ degree heat), the store became empty. I'm next in line. No one else needing assistance. All employees freed up and available. And I'm still waiting.... (except for people coming in AFTER me and being immediately acknowledged/assisted. I understand if only 1 employee knows how to work the fingerprint scanner, but they were ALL available and I'm still being ignored). Strike #4: I'm willing to forgive all of the above until this -- every other customer received stellar 20-minute customer service ("oh, are you getting this for a new job??? Congratulations!"). Finally my turn came, and let's just say I would've received warmer customer service from a corpse. Okay, fine, whatever, that's not what I'm there for. The only interaction beyond asking for information is informing me that "it's going to be $75 just so you know" "oh and this is going to be $75". Do I look like I can't afford it or something? Final strike: Someone else comes in needing a fingerprint scan. No waiting at all! A milli-second later she's assisted and told to go where I'm standing. I'm unceremoniously ignored. Awkwardly, not knowing if I'm done or if I should be waiting on something. Anything. Any kind of cue of what to do next. I can understand if I had been unpleasant and vocalized my frustration (and I would've been justified to do so) and was in turn given bad customer service as a result, but even with trying my best to be quiet and patient the whole experience was unacceptable. I realize now in the time I waited I could've found another branch and probably had the process done in a timely manner and with better customer service than the whole time I spent waiting here. I had to drop off something and asked for a print receipt and I was in and out in under a minute. The store is small, clean, and there were two guys working in the evening before the sore closed. I went to this UPS store a few months ago for livescan fingerprinting services and had a very positive experience. Trevor, the livescan technician, was very friendly, and it was his demeanor and willingness to help, that made for such a positive experience. Even though he was closing down for the day, after listening to my situation, he pulled the equipment back out and proceeded to stay overtime to take my finger prints. In my opinion, Trevor's actions are the embodiment of exceptional customer service, and the reason I would recommend this location to others. Just remember not to make the same mistake as me, and be sure to check the hours of operation for livescan services, as they differ from the hours of operation of the store itself. read more

We had to get new fingerprints (Live) taken and dreaded the experience. We found this place and not only were they wonderfully efficient and friendly, but they found my iPad that I had left behind and left a message for me on my home phone!! SO nice to encounter competent folks! P.S. We were there on a hot day and it was cool inside. BTW, watch out for the address. This is in a nice big mall. Neither of the two individuals behind the counter were wearing masks. Well, one was not wearing a mask at all, the other had his mask pulled below his chin. My family and I have used various UPS Stores, and this is one of the best. Staff are attentive, polite, and professional. Store is clean and seems to be efficiently run. My only complaint (and the reason I can't give it 5 stars) is that they randomly close early sometimes. Over the past couple of years that I've been a customer, there have been several occasions on which I've gone to the store during their official business hours and been faced with locked doors and a sign reading, "We are closing at 4pm today" - or something akin to that. Huh?? I just sped all the way across town DURING STORE BUSINESS HOURS, and they're closed? I've tried to pre-empt this by calling ahead of time and listening to their phone recording of their business hours, but they don't seem to change the message to indicate different hours on certain days. So there's no way to tell that they're closing early until you get there. UPS Store - if you can consistently adhere to your stated business hours, I will be able to give you 5 stars. read more

I've used this place to drop of packages that have prepaid UPS labels on them several times. I always feel a little like I'm standing around not knowing what I'm supposed to do but if you're lucky enough to find the clerks behind the counter right when you come in they're fairly efficient at accepting your package and printing you a receipt. The clerks are friendly and I've never had any trouble getting my packages shipped from here. read more

(this review is NOT about the UPS store or their printing, only their Notary "service") Couldn't do my notary because my valid Danish passport didn't have a stamp entry into the States. I showed my US passport which had expired two months ago and explained I enter with my US passport. She couldn't give me a notary because the danish passport HAD to have a stamp. A mindless bureaucrat... Go there and risk wasting your time. I went to another notary close by where there was no problems and they helped me (at lower cost). read more

I normally wouldn't bother reviewing such a nationally familiar chain, as UPS is UPS pretty much across the board. There is good and there is bad. That said, this location really takes the cake. I've gotten a variety of services here, and find myself at this location pretty often as it's a block away from my office and has a nice big parking lot (in a shopping center with Ralph's and many other businesses). I've gotten notary services, and used a bunch of their different shipping methods/speeds to ship everything from returns to Amazon and other online retailers, gifts to distant friends, and even important documents. The staff is always cheerful, helpful, and honest. They don't try to upsell and will suggest exactly the best shipping service for your needs, and provide tracking information without having to ask anytime the shipping service includes it. I've never had to wait long, and I'm always treated with respect even when taking care of a trivial and cheap shipment. I'll keep going to this location as long as I need UPS services! read more
