I went in to this location of the UPS store after finding out that my normal UPS store was out of the size box that I needed to ship my wedding dress. I came in on my lunch hour and Trevor went absolutely above and beyond to help me get my wedding dress to its location in a timely manner and he helped me figure out what would be the most economical way to ship that balanced my needs. An absolute rockstar of an employee-he made me feel confident that cared about the importance of this shipment and that we could get it to its destination in a speedy time, and an appropriate rate. I walked up at 6:59pm, the employee shut the door right in front of me with packages in my hand. All I needed was to print an Amazon label. Another person opened the door for me, I walked in he said "we are closed". I asked, Can you just print an Amazon label? He said, "computers are shut down." I was struggling with some packages last week with a baby in tow and without even asking they came out and helped me bring my packages in. I've been coming here for years but sadly I will step foot in this store again. I went to this store to return a box 25"x16"x4" to Amazon. I Pick no box and no label needed for this Amazon return only to find out that Edwin told me Amazon will not allow him to accept an item in the product box. I told Edwin that I see a microwave boxed the same way as my product?? I ask for a manager and Edwin said I am the manager. I left this store and went down to another USP store and return was flawless and no issues. I contacted Amazon later that night and confirm that product box is ok. I've always had great service at this UPS Store, but today was exceptional. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I was in such a hurry, I missed it. Here's what happened: This afternoon, I brought in a box that I had just received from Amazon but wanted to return it before I even opened it because I had found something better. I brought the box to this UPS Store and was in/out in less than 2 minutes as they printed out the label and returned it to Amazon for me. Lo and behold, about 2 hours later, I realized I oh so stupidly sent the wrong Amazon box back. I went flying back to the store and explained my incredible stupidity. The kind gentleman explained that they had just off loaded a bunch of boxes, but he'd help me try to find my box just in case it hadn't already gotten shipped out. He searched through every box that was still in the store - and found it for me. I was so relieved as the box I was incorrectly sending back was something I desperately wanted. He carefully removed the return label, put it on the correct box and I was happily on my home with my original box reminding myself to stop trying to do 5 things at once - it only makes for a big, fat screw up but this UPS store employee saved the day for me. this location does not deserve any stars. The two guys behind the counter were horribly condescending and rude to woman in front of me. No better for me, either. I was third in line, when a few more people came in behind me. The employee suddenly YELLS, "Six of you, OUT." I said I'm third, he just kept yelling. before I left, I heard them telling the woman she had to pay $200 to mail a box, when the UPS site stated $37. The clerk replied they are a little more. Trevor was particularly helpful- we received a notification from the US passport service that the photograph I had submitted for my expedited passport renewal was not acceptable. We called over to this location and Trevor said we usually only do passport photos until 2 o'clock (it was after 2pm) but for us to come over and he would help us- which he did... He not only took a fresh passport photo, he helped us overnight it and he made sure it got returned to the US passport service by 9:30 the next morning. We still have our fingers crossed for receiving the passport in time for out September 24th travel... I've been to a few different UPS certified stores, and even though this one isn't the closest I keep coming back. Regardless of who's working, the employees are always not just kind and friendly, but are efficient and I never have to wait. Even if there are a bunch of people milling about the store (it seems like there's always at least one or two waiting for something) I am always greeted immediately and asked what I can be helped with. Definitely worth it for me to go a little out of my way for a good experience then settle for a crapshoot with other places where I might have to wait while everyone stands around and get a disgruntled employee who doesn't care. read more

Horrible experience with this store. A package that I sent out from this store could not be tracked, so contacted the store and they told me the package was lost. I submitted the receipt of the content as instructed by Shannon at the store so they can complete the insurance claim. This was weeks ago. Last week, I stopped by the store for an update, but Shannon was not there, so I left her a note asking a call back. I did not received a call back. Today, I called the store and talked to Shannon for the update. She stated the receipt has been sent, claim was approved and a check is on its way. I asked her how much longer until I receive the check, and she said it usually takes about 10 business days, but it has been more than 10 business days. I asked her if she can check for the status, and she said she can't. She also suggested to call UPS customer service, so I did. The UPS customer service confirmed my claim, but could not tell me the status because they can only talk to the UPS store since they got the package through them. The suggested to ask the UPS store to find out the status! So I called back Shannon asking her to call UPS customer service for an update. She refused. She said she did what she supposed to do, so there is nothing she can do. I dropped off a package at the store, so I expect the store to take care of me until the package get delivered or lost package claim get resolved. Is this too much to ask!!!??? Her attitude of you are asking too much since I did my part. So your part is take my money, then lose the package so file the claim and done, whether the customer actually get compensated for it or not? She / the store has no compassion. All I want is for the situation to be taken care of. I understand packages do get lost, but the customer service is to stand with your customer until he / she is happy with their service isn't it? I don't think I am asking too much. As of right now, I have no idea if the claim is processed right and the reimbursement check is on the way. Since Shannon refused to help me, all I can do is to cross my fingers and hope for the best. The store gets 1 star for leaving me in the dark. read more

I've had great experience and expert help sending fragile packages, holiday gifts, and mailing out super important documents. She did not accept my 5 pre-paid UPS boxes 21x22x22 because they take are not paid ...ah? These are pre-paid!!! But not to us....they are paid to UPS, she said. WHAT? I thought this is UPS.... not she answered this is a privately owned store. It is not a joke, it is for real what happened.....i have no idea how this store is still open with such a horrible management. To have had a P.O. Box with the post office for years, and it was the terrible service over and over that made me make the change, and boy was it one of the best decisions. This place has friendly staff, fast service, and just pretty positive vibes. The only drawback is the parking, there's parking but because of the pilates studio sometimes it's not quick and close, but other than that- the hours are good.. just such a nice UPS store. read more

I have NEVER been treated worse in my life!!!! I went to this store to do a "CROCS" return. Crocs instructed me to go to ANY UPS location where they would print out my label and ship my return for free. I had previously gone to another UPS store whose internet was not working. That location was very near the airport. They informed me that sometimes the planes interfere with their connection and servers. They suggested I go outside and try to send the email to in order to print my label. I did that several times being unsuccessful. I then went to store 1327 on Lincoln. The customer service was beyond extremely horrible. After standing in line for more than 15 minutes while customers with simpler orders where taken ahead of me. I was given an email address to sent my label. When I tried to send it I received the same message that I received while at the previous ups store. I tried to explain this to a young woman there that this was the same problem I had. She refused to actually listen to what I was saying she instructed to leave the store and send the email from the parking lot. I tried to explain but I was continually cut off and screamed at. I was ridiculed by the employees before the owner of the establishment, who refused to give his name, came over yelling louder than his employees saying I'm not a customer and he refused to help me to "call Amazon". Which shows no one was listening I'm not even an Amazon customer. They refuse to help me or explain anything to me repeatedly yelling "AMAZON server is down ma'am we can't help u". I went to my car and cried hysterically appalled by the way I had just been treated. I went back inside the store I asked for a card or something. And also for there names. A young lady employee yelled "figure it out". The owner then came to me yelling " Get out of my store!". All of this when I did absolutely nothing wrong they refused to listen to me exclaiming " you are not a customer we don't have to help u because u haven't paid us for anything." A male employee was working in the back & saw that there were 2 people in line to including me & he could've continued with what he was working on & let me stay in line until the other representative was done servicing the customer ahead of me but he went ahead & assisted me which I thought was considerate. I am new to the area and this is the location closest to my home. I use The UPS Store quite a bit and never before have I had such poor service at a location. My first visit last week, the person who helped me seemed bothered and disinterested. I shrugged this off as I figured maybe I caught someone on a bad day. Today I went in to drop off a few packages and I was told that they weren't accepting anymore packages. Once again the person who was unable to help me came across as bothered and disinterested. The store smelled strongly of marijuana which confused me because typically smoking makes you happy and easy going. I will find a different location from here on out. read more

Charles wouldn't even look at me the entire time he worked with me to ship my package today. He started to enter my information into his computer and then exclaimed loudly "F***! This is bulls***!" right in front of me. Then he proceeded to have a conversation in front of me with another employee about how he was glad Randy (who I assume is their supervisor) was gone for the week so that everyone could relax a little and how he hoped another employee "worked out his s***" sometime soon. When he presented me with the label for my package he said, "Look this over and make sure I didn't mess anything up too badly." Of course I scrutinized the label after he said that!
