I wish I could give my experience a zero stars or I would. I went to ship a package that was a return to a retailer. I was shipping a small pocket knife back to this retailer. This young kid asks me what I am shipping. I reply cutlery. He then asks me what kind of cutlery? He asked is it a spoon, a knife, etc? I thought that was really odd as I have never been asked these questions beyond a description of what I am shipping. But then he asks specifically he asked if it was a folding knife as it was in a really small box. I told him it was a folding knife. He then says he will need to open my sealed package and measure the knife because they can't ship a knife over 4 inches. WHAT? since when? I had to pack this a certain way and this kid wants to open my package. I told him absolutely you cannot open my package and no it's not over 4 inches however that should not matter. So if I was shipping a chef knife for example as a gift, return or whatever and that is 5-6 inches...this UPS will not ship it? I call BS on this. The other two UPS Stores in Denton have never had a problem when I shipped a piece of cutlery. Ever. I think either this store makes up their own rules or this kid was asking what was in my sealed package for unsavory reasons. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and with whoever runs the location and who is over this location. Asking me 20 questions like I am some kind criminal or something. I've only ever been here to return items I've purchased through amazon, but I will say it has always been a very easy process. The staff are all so friendly and always in a pleasant mood. And I'm always in and out in 10 min or less regardless of the line. I will continue using this location for my UPS needs. read more

Amazing I wish I'd checked here first. The crooks were paid to package and ship a portrait of my granddaughter. I have the delivery receipt from their software - to my granddaughter in Lawton - yet they call me the same day to come pay for shipping again ! Every bad review on here is consistent with my experience and even funnier are the "customer service " responses that justify their poor service and lack of respect for their customers. I've been here twice due to necessity in returning something to Amazon. The first time, I just scanned a code from my phone and dropped off. Didn't really have much interaction. Just quick in and out. No box, label or tape needed. The second time I had the extremely snarky experience like the other person who reviewed had. I didn't realize I had to print out the label for one of my returns since I usually just scan a code and drop off. I also needed a box and tape and yes everything cost even though I saw an empty used box behind them which I said I would use. Nope. And yes they were snarky about it. I refused to pay them a dime on principal. What happened to customer service?!? So I had to drive the 20 miles home and do it all there then turn around and drive another 20 miles to drop off. Not happy. The 3rd time wasn't an Amazon return. It was a box I had to send UPS. I forgot my label at home (brain fart) so I needed to print it and they were going to charge me. I also ran out of tape for my second box. Then I remembered the other UPS store down the street. They took pity on me and were amazing!!!!! They told me that my story re this UPS store is not the first. I wish Amazon returned at the other UPS sore. Regardless, I won't be coming back here unless I need to for Amazon. read more

Absolutely poor customer service to assist with shipping packages, and nickels and dimes everything like a 1ft piece of tape for $3. Hopefully it is worth the negative rating, bad publicity, and every social outlet having this information on it. I'll happily drive further or find another carrier for my needs. read more

i needed to pack and ship my great granddaughters paw patrol outpost toy to her in ny. it was too big to travel with us when i drove her home. ronny was the counter person that was supposed to help me. he was shor right off the bat! when i asked for a piece of tape to hold the ramp in place, so it wouldn't break. he said no they do that and it was going in a bag anyway! then he pointed to a wall that i could pay for a roll of tape, even though i was going to ship thru ups. this type of nasty, unconcern for my things being shipped gives me zero confidence in their ability to handle this. i left and i'll be going to fedex instead! ups just lost a customer because of that employees poor attitude! read more

I hate to give this place 1 star... I use them often but today when dropping off my Amazon package I was told it wasn't taped up so it was going to be a $5... for a strip of tape.... Come on! I'll go buy a roll for 1.25 and never print, mail or do business here again! It's a foot a freaking tape! read more

I was so impressed with this business and especially Ronny working today. My husband and I went to get something notarized and were greeted immediately. Ronny worked quickly to get our errand completed. We paid and left but as we drove away we saw Ronny running towards us waving. He tracked us down because he had over charged us by accident. (There were two names but only one stamp needed) We were soo impressed with his commitment to get the money back to us when it could have easily been "brushed off". We will definitely go back to this location for any future needs. read more

Horrible location, after a long day, and a 20 drive out of my way. I had forgot my tape, as I left the box open to put in an Amazon label I printed at the location. I asked to borrow tape, and was Very Snarky told the tap is behind me (for sale). I asked for regular (non packing tape) to apply the paper label I had, again starkly told the tap was behind me for sale. Scotch tape was right behind the counter! This interaction was so bad I actually yelled!!! Never ever have I been treated so horribly that I' lost my temper!!! Thankfully the UPS store down the street was more then accommodating, taped the box for me, and applied my label without complaint, and they where actually shocked this store would assist with taping! read more

This is quite possibly the best ups store I've been to. There were three workers on Thursday the 26th around 11am. All three were smiling and greeting me and just so pleasant to be around. I'm sitting in my car writing this so that they know they absolutely made my day. Also, very quick and efficient service. read more

I had a horrible experience at this store. An employee who said he was the manager but wasn't misquoted a price and then charged me more. I complained to the corporation. They will hopefully get to the bottom of it. I don't like to be lied to. This man then after he charged me more I got a little upset and he tried to blame me. He is at fault. I will not back down and I will not tolerate such poor treatment. read more
