After preparing my package for delivery for the holidays I researched what delivery to use. I compared prices and FedEx Ground was the cheaper option to deliver. Customer service was great and even helped trying to find the less expensive way for me to send my package with some friendly small chat. My package was delivered on time. Excellent experience at FedEx today! Went in to print some Business card. I was unsure of the size of the cards that would be when printed -- & I wanted the cards printed on double sided. It was around lunch break -- even though there was a handful of customers, Marcus (was alone) did multi-tasking very well -- helpng me to make changes to the file to get the cards printed. We have had some terrible experiences with their delivery lately. An item was sent from our bank overnight delivery and arrived 5 days later. Another item was to be delivered Wednesday and after many delays arrived the next Monday. I haven't even had that much problem with the USPS. read more

The employees here are terrible. The manager Amy is great but the others are all terrible. Bad bad bad customer service. They are rude and condescending. The lady working the evening on Wednesday July 1st was very nice. I felt bad walking in with 7 minutes to closing time. I knew I just had to scan a few papers off to my email but it's still not an every day task for me. Regardless of the long line the kind lady was not only multitasking at the register but still tended to the people trying to use the print/scan stations. Although helping everyone kept her 30 minutes past her closing time she still had amazing customer service and thanked everyone for their patience. Shout out to her! :) read more

Bill Hicks once suggested that "it's a round world, last I checked" and I can't fault his logic, really: I also can't say that such the particular quote, which had more to do with a specific strain of his well documented fussiness, has tons to do with this FedEx location; that is, until you back it out against the little rogue/renegade locale that each of these FedEx print and ship centers occasionally purport to be. Don't get me wrong: they should all work the same. They should all be the exact same amount of pleasant and efficient. Thing is, they're not. Fast forward to my drop in with the Print & Ship Center in little d, and to be totally fair, they served my needs mostly fine. They're just not in a hurry of any sort (and to be fair, Denton is not a town one would term 'frenetic'), and when you're husting to beat deadlines and you wish folks were more on top of things, well, friend, you may find yourself disappointed. Basic stuff works fine here, but the work stations are fewer, the turn time greater. And this FedEx seems precipitated on first you finding your way first and asking questions after. Not always a bad thing, but worth hammering out the details, especially when the details count. read more

Came here on two occasions and I was impressed both times with the attention given to me. I was attended to even though I knew how to use the equipment with that good ole hospitality comes with being in the south. The equipment had instructions on use and products available for use (i.e., paper clips, pens and white out). The prices were clearly listed and you didn't have to guess about how much it would cost. I came later in the evening so all the equipment I needed was available. I even over heard the assistant manager making sure that an order was being processed as the customer wanted and confirmed the desired pick up time to make sure the CUSTOMER was satisfied. This is an excellent print shop! Evan seriously saved the day by helping to trouble shoot a pdf file that was completely glitching and scrambled as we tried to print. It was the program brochure for my mother's memorial which was the following day, so it was almost a disaster! Others wld have handed it back and had me deal with it in a panic of not knowing why a file showing up perfectly fine in a print preview wld even be having trouble. Evan stayed calm, patient, and helpful however, even though he was at the end of his shift. He had some ideas of reformatting and changing some settings and it worked! A True Tech Miracle! read more

Prices are absolutely ridiculous expensive. Also when i walked in, had to wait like 10 minutes cause the other worker was just having a normal convo with a customer. Conversation had nothing to do with shipping the product. So their service needs to improve. Surprised that fedex stock price was low since they charge arm and leg to ship. I mentioned to the hot shot worker and he said its high. I said beg to differ. Go show me the stock price. He backed off. I said its $70 lower than it was 8 months ago. And the girl working there asked how she could help us and when we pointed at something that needed to be redone a certain way she did NOT even LOOK at us. She just walked away. Worst customer service and refused to ship a product because they want you to buy their boxes. I walk in and there are 2 employees helping other customers. Normally, good customer service would have one of them acknowledge that you entered their store but neither did. Another person walks in and the same thing, it's as if me and him do not exist. After waiting about 7 minutes, an employee turns to me and says "What can I do for you?" No, hello, sorry about the wait, nothing. I give her a box that is wrapped in heavy duty parcel paper and taped with packing tape to prevent tears to the corners. The agent states that they cannot accept the box with the parcel paper because their conveyor belts will tear it open. That's a first! I've sent another box from another FedEx location with the same packing paper with no issues, plus I've never had a problem with UPS or USPS. The label was securely taped on the packing paper and I ask the agent what I'm supposed to do since the label is already taped down. Sarcastically, she tells me I can cut it off and put it on the box directly. I then cut the parcel paper off to place the label directly on the box. She then tells me she cannot use the box, now that the parcel paper is off, and that I'll have to buy a box. Ridiculous! I left without shipping the product and will take it to the other FedEx location where I have never had problems. Avoid this location unless you don't care about how you are treated and you want to spend extra by their up-charging techniques. read more

This is a shipping center who says they can do printing work. Do NOT trust them with important printing jobs. I paid them to type up a legal size contract and then printed a 3 part carbonless contract. This was very very expensive and when I called them back to print more contracts they are like we don't have that file it is erased after 30 days. Don't call yourself a printing center when in fact all you really are is a copy center for one time use customers. read more

I go to a printhshop about once a month. Where I used to live I had a choice between a "do-it-yourself" printshop, and Kinko's. Even though the diy place was a little more expensive I always chose it. That way I wouldn't have to try and explain what I wanted to the sales clerk. It had been years since I've been to Kinko's and I think they won my business back. Not only did they deliver my prints in a timely manner, they even filled in a few gaps on their own, without explanation necessary. A guy named Sam (whom I think is the manager, and if not, this place must be stacked) is above and beyond the friendliest and most knowledgable Kinko's employee I've ever dealt with. So good in fact, I actually made this Yelp account to write this review. Great experience. read more

Best service I've ever received! I had to unexpectedly ship my life from Denton to Chicago in one trip and they did it all with a smile on their face! Josue and Ryan helped us out and we really appreciated their good attitude, especially considering what a huge move it was. It definitely helped that it was much less expensive than I expected too. I'm not a fan of this fedex location. I was expecting a package and it came when I wasn't home (not their fault), so I called the location and asked them to hold the package when it came back from the rounds that day. The lady on the phone was rude, but did assure me that the package would be held at the location for me and I could come pick it up the next day. The next day however, I recieved another sticker for a missed package on my door. This was highly frustrating because I had been told the package would be held for me. It was a time sensitive package. I ended up having to leave a note on my door for the fedex people and telling them to leave the package at the front office. My package that was guaranteed to be to me in 3-5 days ended up taking 8 days. Unfortunately this had been my experience with fedex in the past as well. I prefer UPS, the only reason I had fedex this time is because it was through work and I didn't get to choose. read more

Honestly, if I could rate this experience as a 0 I would. The people inside this store, namely Jeff, were the most unhelpful I have ever experienced. Jeff ran every single one of my cards and said they would not go through on a $5.99 box charge, which he ran separately from my shipping charge out of error in the first place. He then proceeded to tell me my cards were no good, even though they were and I had to end up paying in cash and break a $100. I immediately walked out of store to the Popcorn store two doors down, and would you believe my card worked immediately. I have no idea if they have a card skimmer or what, but I highly recommend using any other postal service for your shipping needs, a list would include USPS, UPS, carrier pigeon, e-mail, fax, literally anything else. read more
