I stopped in store #4487 yesterday to ship 3 jewelry boxes. I was helped by Ms Q who was great!!! It is refreshing to get good customer service especially during this time with covid-19 and so many challenges at hand. Now days it is so hard to get great service. Ms Q thank you so much for your warm smile and and great service! I hope is that UPS has a program in place to reward employees for their service. Companies need to step and provide financial reward to keep employees motivated. I received outstanding service from Roberta and Melissa at this UPS store. My printer had just run out of ink, and I had an important contract I had to print, sign and send that day. This dynamic duo went the extra mile for me after I realized the thumb drive with my doc was in an email format vs. PDF or JPG and there wasn't a program on their computer that would enable me to print. I won't bore you with the details, but suffice it to say Melissa and Roberta jumped in to help me problem solve and print my contract. I was visiting in from Florida and it was my last day. I wanted to ship a bunch of stuff home because it wouldn't fit in my suitcase. I was running really behind and got there just before close. However, Skyler was kind enough to let me in even after they were closed. He was very helpful and extremely considerate. As someone who works in the hospitality industry I appreciated this more than he knows. He probably thinks I forgot to write a review because this was almost a month ago. From my observation, the staff at store #4487, are very friendly and expedient. They had a steady flow of customers, and handled each person with professionalism. I personally would like to express appreciation for Adrian. He helped me on a large, sensitive printing job. He was attentive to my needs and when I returned for my items, he remembered me while I was in line. With finished product in hand, he brought them to me so that I did not have to wait. UPS Store #4487 (Quebec Square). I'm going on two years of having two mailboxes at this store. I've gotten to know the staff pretty well and they all are great to see everyday when I come in. They treat everyone very well and work hard to make everyone's day a little better. Ms. Q always has a smile for me and is ready to help. I almost never write reviews; but today, Skyler (at Store #4487) went above and beyond to help me. I had a thick, paperback music book that I wanted to have a spiral binding. Skyler took his time and carefully removed the current binding (which wasn't easy) and was able to figure out a way to add the binding I wanted. So thankful for this store!! They did an amazing job on my print request in prep for a 8K person conference -- Coco especially went out of her way to help troubleshoot some initial file issues and even worked late to finish the job in time (it was a rush, they saved me on this one!!). I had a number of Amazon returns which I thought I had sorted, but they were not sorted in a manner for easy shipping. Giavanna was so patient as we (she) figured out how to sort the packages efficiently. The remainder of the staff was great as well picking up the slack while Giavanna was helping me. Great customer service! Diamond was efficient and super helpful getting my package ready to mail. She even made the extra effort to be sure the box was the right size, and found me the most cost efficient method of sending the package to ensure it gets to its destination by my deadline. Devine assisted me very courteously and was very prompt. Great customer service. I went in to the store to send an Amazon item back and needed to print a label for the return. Devine new exactly what I needed to accomplish this task. The computer systems were quick and while I printed my label, Devine offered to tape my box and up and had it ready to go as soon as the label was printed. read more
