I have been to this store a couple of times. All the staff members were always helpful. In my last visit, I needed boxes with dimensions that they didn't have. They told me where I could buy them, wrote the dimensions on a piece of paper, which was super helpful. Then Kimberly helped me to carry my stuff back to the car. Then when I was back, it took me long time to figure out something. Even it was already after the store closing time, everyone was very patient and still smiling. This UPS store is so wonderful on many levels. They are so quick and helpful even during the busy rushes. I want to give a special shout out to an associate Kevin who works there. Always treats me with such kindness and is upbeat and friendly. Recently, I had to get some paperwork notarized with my Husband who is disabled. As my business requires more shipping, this store is always working harder to make my life a little easier; which quite frankly, is remarkable considering this has to be the busiest UPS Store in Denver and the front range. AMENDED: SEE BOTTOM. Worst experience I've had at a UPS Store to date. Just left this location about 15 minutes ago, and have the most awful taste in my mouth from the visit. I am a faithful and loyal customer to UPS; I ONLY print with them. But from now on, I will be reconsidering. One thing's for sure, though, I will NEVER step foot in this location again. Came here to print out a one page form that I needed for the event that I'm currently working. I walked in, and no one was around. So I picked up a business card and began the process of emailing my document. Finally, the guy came from the back, phone in hand. I waited for him to finish his conversation, then let him know that I had emailed a document for him to print. I do this at every UPS Store I've ever visited, across 5 different states. I have never had an issue until now. The guy tells me that I need to pay to use the computer in order to print because "employees don't have access to the email account" and "not everyone behind the counter has access to the emails." As I stated before, I am a loyal customer, and have never once heard this. So I inquired, and he became VERY rude. He said that it's always been UPS policy, which I KNOW for a fact it isn't. He got argumentative as other customers walked in, and I simply asked him for his name (which he said was Mark) and the owner's name (who he said was John). I'm not entirely sure how accurate this information is, but the guy was a scruffy looking, scraggly haired, hipster wanna be looking guy, about 5'10. What's funny is that after I left the store, I got an email response from "Mark" in the same thread I had submitted my document. If employees don't have access to the store emails, how did he email me back...? Took my business right next door to FedEx, got the job done, and won't ever look back. *AMENDMENT* Dear "Local of Null": I am not interested in your canned response. I am not interested in your ploy to get more money out of people by unnecessarily charging people for a service they don't even need. I am also not interested in being forced to wait in line to access and print a document that was already sent over to you the second I walked into the store. This location is a disappointment to other UPS Stores, and you should be ashamed that you don't have the capacity to keep up. Get it together. read more

This review is long in coming; I have rented a mailbox here since 2017! The staff has been consistently reliable and what I would call "above and beyond." I think Q was even there when I started doing business at UPS Quebec St, and Skylar and Jake each a few years, too. Excellent customer service from all! Andrew is solid, Lyssa has proved herself competent, and Taylor, while I don't see her as much, has been very helpful. And Devine... well he's divine and can go on the road with Q as a duo act! I recently moved to Denver. I was in need of a notary. I am happy to have found The UPS Store 4487. I was helped immediately upon entering the store, told where I could fill out my paperwork and told when ready they would send out the notary to me. Skyler was the person who helped me with the notary and then helped ship my papers for me. Skyler was very professional, nice and courteous. If I could put zero stars I would. This place is a joke. Absolutely the worst service ever (11/15). I had an Amazon return which gives you the option of coming to UPS. I would assume their is a partnership there. The lady would not offer me a piece of tape or a stapler to ship this package. Of course I could buy some tape! What a joke. One strip of tape for this envelope. I used to come here and spend my own money but never again. There is a FeEx office directly across the street. They have a tape gun you can borrow. Obviously you can't come to anyone of these places and tape up a bunch of boxes. But this is ridiculous. This place blows. Never again. FedEx or Post Office. read more

I went to ship an order from my online store. Typically, I go to USPS, but I was shocked how inexpensive it was to ship via UPS ground. Plus I have a tracking number and they insure for up to $100 all for one price. At the post office they increase the cost for each additional piece. Then when I got there Q helped me. She was friendly, efficient and answered my 100 questions. Between the pricing at UPS and the amazing service from Q, I will make this store my go to place to ship! read more

We've had our mailbox here since 2004 and I don't know why it's never occurred to me to write a review. No time like the present! We like this store so much that when we moved to a new place in 2008, we kept our mailbox at this location rather than move it to the UPS Store that is actually closer to us. Every customer is greeted as they come in the door. Each time I've needed more than just the basic service of getting the mail and picking up packages - notary, packing, printing, purchasing supplies, etc. - I've been treated to help with a smile. Most importantly, we've never experienced lost or stolen mail, which is a BIG deal if you've ever dealt with a stolen identity and the resulting credit problems. They even called us directly a few years ago when a scooter arrived in a crate - it wouldn't fit in the front door and they didn't want to leave it outside overnight to be stolen. We've seen the staff change over the years, but the owner/the management team has a knack for hanging on to the people who do the best job and seem to enjoy it. This is quite rare in a service or retail business - and something I wish they could teach to the folks at other places I frequent. As long as we're in Denver, this is our mail and shipping and more spot. read more

Helpful, courteous and efficient. They take COVID precautions seriously - allowing only 3 customers in the store at a time. . But, they come to the door to check on their customers & if all you want to do is drop off a pre-paid package or amazon return, they take it from you right there & let you go on your way. The store is large enough that you can easily keep 6 feet away from everyone there. Store staff is separated from customers by plexiglass screens I was there to notarize a document today. They stand you at a desk where you're separated from the notary by a plexiglass shield. Very impressed. read more

I've been here a couple of times, and have had a positive experience each time. The first was when I needed to return Xfinity equipment (should have been simple, but Xfinity was not helpful at all and took no responsibility). So we showed up at UPS with nothing but our equipment, and they were extremely helpful and efficient, as well as friendly. Honestly Xfinity should be paying UPS employees, because they obviously do a lot of Xfinity's work on a regular basis. Also I was able to print out a 20% off Packing Services coupon before bringing my item to the store so that saved me some money. I had some of my Christmas presents shipped to this UPS store due to all the porch thefts. My shipper offered this as an option so I thought it would be safer. Unfortunately, the UPS store refused my packages when they were delivered by the UPS truck and so my packages were all returned to sender. When I asked why they didn't have my packages, the employees said that they didn't know why the packages were sent back. After multiple calls with UPS corporate, I discovered that it is this store's policy to only have 10 packages for holding at a time so if they already have that many in the store, they refuse any additional packages. Instead of anyone notifying me, the packages were just refused and returned to sender. Sadly, all the items were sold out when I attempted to order again. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! read more

The customer service at this store is top quality. After enduring multiple frustrations at the understaffed Office Depot across the lot, I tried store #4487 for the first time in 2022. I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff which was able to accomplish in a few minutes what OD couldn't in more than a week. This year, I went back and was so pleased to see at least two of the former employees still here: Kevin and a young lady, who had both been so helpful to me in 2022. Tis the season, and the store was very busy, but the staff here is efficient and moved us through the line quickly. Once again, Kevin took the time to perform a copying job for me, and he was meticulous and so genuinely nice. I returned later to ship my product, and another employee, Mike, was also very helpful, efficient and nice. Good job store #4487! What freaking inept collection of worthless dip shits collected in one store. These clowns took my 38 dollars to ship a return purchase to a merchant who provided the address label. Subsequently, the package was returned undeliverable. Odd that the merchant would provide an incorrect address label. Examination by a UPS STORE employee showed that it was due to an error by the UPS employee who created the UPS label - incorrectly. I asked to have the proper label affixed and re-shipped. I was informed that since I had signed off on the shipping the first time, I would need to pay again to ship the package. I don't know how that strikes you, but it stinks for me. Use this store at your own risk. If an employee makes and error-you will pay for it. read more

I have always had good experiences here and the staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient...but yesterday after the store manager took care of my problem, staff member Devine...who has been very calm and patient with me...went the extra mile by bringing my receipt out to my car for me. It was a big deal to me for two reasons: 1) I was having a humongous bad day, and it was the first thing that actually went my way (yay); and 2) Honestly, I've experienced some not-so-hot customer service at businesses around Denver, both before and during the pandemic. This is a great location! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I am able to use their computer for a small fee to print things from my email. There is never a long wait. I have not used any of their printing/copying services so I can not rate that. Parking is super easy. I have used other locations here in Denver and find this one to be consistently better than all others. read more
