I always go to UPS Store 4487 especially for notary services. Today was no exception and Ms. Q was helpful, quick and so nice!

I have maintained a private mailbox at this UPS store for a number of years. I really feel like it is worth it, for the convenience and security for my mail and packages. I receive emails notifications when packages arrive, so I can pick them up at my convenience. I never have to worry about "porch pirates". They maintain a list of people I have sent packages, so holiday mailing is a snap. I have gotten to know the staff, who greet me warmly and go the extra mile to be helpful. Skyler is always great to work with...informed, efficient, and cheerful despite having to manage the crowds and customer attitudes even in the busy season. The other staff are equally eager to help, whether it is a matter of wrangling packages out to my car or helping me reduce my waiting time. read more

I had an Amazon return. Went to the closest UPS Store which was this one. Wow, what a mistake. The gentleman was not kind in any fashion. I told him I had an Amazon return. He asked if I had a QR code. I said I did not. I informed him I had an email that I could send him (as I've always done in the past at other locations). He said I could print it out at the self service station & it cost X amount. I said how the other locations had done it. I simply e-mailed the Amazon email to their store & they just printed it. He said his computers are "probably" down. What kind of BS is that? I will not return to this location. I recommend others stay away as well. Amazon pays them for return shopping. This was to come out of my refund so I will be informing Amazon of this particular UPS Store. read more

Great, straightforward experience today! I had to return something I purchased from an international retailer, and Skyler helped me make sure everything was in order. I know shipping out of the country can be complex, but he was incredibly helpful and informative every step of the way. Worse UPS I've ever been to. Employees are rude!! Avoid this place ! They will try to make you pay for more than needed when shipping stuff. I needed one piece of tape and they told me they would charge me for it and I'd have to get a new bubbler mailer in order to use the tape. I have never left a bad review for anyone but this one is necessary. In line and was pulled aside to email my packaging slip to their email while everyone in back of me was invited in and had their slips printed from their phone, same as me but I was singled out to email mine. Out front waiting my turn again. Once inside received dirty looks from the girl that took my package. I was polite and of course didn't receive a thank you. Employees are very uncaring and rude. They didn't care that my package was over 1 month being delivered, and after some time they finally started that UPS and The UPS Store were 2 different companies. Then acted like they just didn't care. I will never use this place again. read more

This UPS location is no longer allowing you to just drop of packages on the counter if they already have a label on them. You have to wait in line outside in the cold behind people who need labels or need their Amazon returns boxed up. Across the street at Fed Ex they were friendly & allowed it. Shipping around the holidays is almost always a nightmare but this UPS Store location had so many employees on staff the week before Christmas that I was in and out in 5 minutes. A notary that doesn't want to notarize. I needed a copy of my passport notarized for a job out of state, and was immediately told "We don't do that here." Why not? No real explanation. Another lazy employee that didn't want to do their job. I called the next UPS store just down the road on 7th and Colorado and they gladly did it without any hesitation. Worked with Q today to get my two packages sent. She was cordial, funny, helpful and gave me several options for getting my packages where they needed to go in a timely and safe manner. When she saw the value of the contents of what I was sending she recommended a different product that cost the same but gave me better insurance should my package get lost. Went here once for pack and ship service. I was sending a small to medium sized package that weighed 25 pounds. I was quoted over $110 for shipping that would take 5-7 business days. It was another $75 for them to pack the box. Printed the label and packed it at home for a grand total of $37 with faster shipping. Returned an Amazon package here. I was refused a tracking slip by two different employees. I've made a few other returns to this location and always have gotten a receipt. They refused to provide proof that I sent the package for whatever reason. They claimed that was Amazons policy. Then they smugly told me my Amazon account would update and show the return being brought here. It did not. Hopefully it shows up. read more

I missed the post office deadline, but this store is open late which is super helpful. Last time I was here my day was made much easier by the on-site notary. This time Ms. Q helped me put together the first care package for my college kid. She was super helpful and attentive. Definitely my go-to shipping store. read more
