Beware that this store charges you way above what the United States Postal Service will charge you. I was sending a pair of headphones back to the manufacture and they charge me $12. I had to send another one back at the post office and it cost me $4.50for the same way of sending the package to the manufacture. I also purchased stamps at that store which I had no idea that retailers can charge whatever price they would like for a book of stamps. At King Soopers that is 10 steps away from that store charges the regular price without up charging you $11 and they up charge you 15.50 which to me should be legal that you can charge that much for postage stamps. I wish I would've paid more attention that day what they were charging me I did not realize that till I came home and looked at the itemized receipt and could not believe I am most paid $50 for two books of stamps and a package that needed to be mailed. Save yourself a lot of money and just go to the post office and walked a few steps down to King Soopers to get your stamps. read more

This store has always been ass honestly. They overcharge compared to other locations and for the first time, I ordered prints from them. Not only did they not have my order made (when I ordered them the night before), they couldn't even find my order. When they finally found it, the quality was absolutely horrific. The coloring was completely off and they cropped my art work in a way where you couldn't even tell what it is. I had a very good experience at this location. Art was so kind and professional. He helped me with getting the right size boxes, a rubber band, and even some glue. He really went out of his way to accommodate me. He was so attentive to me and the line of customers in front of him. He's the type of person I would want to work for me. Also, Sherri was very helpful, patient, and professional. She helped box everything up and made sure the labels went to the right boxes. She asked appropriate questions and was very nice throughout the whole process. I believe their service went above and beyond, so I wanted to write a review. This is by far the worst UPS store I've ever dealt with, and I use UPS stores on a daily basis throughout the USA. The employee, Pam, quickly got into an argument with me about pre-paid labels I needed to be print out. I was informed each pre-paid label would cost $2.50 each to print, because it was a label. It's 0.11 cents for a regular B&W print. I asked to speak to the manager, the person whom i assumed was a bad employee, but Pam was in fact the owner. Please boycott this location. read more

We were excited to see this new business come to our neighborhood as our children and grandchildren live out of state, therefore we ship quite frequently. Our daughter and son-in-law have been married 20 years and never had a large matted picture of their wedding. Thinking that would be a great Christmas gift we hired a local photographer to do a 8 1/2 by 11 restoration of a small picture, which was then customized with the photographer's signature matting. The resulting size was approximately 17 by 22. We were extremely happy with the portrait and felt it was the perfect Christmas gift. I took it to our new UPS store to be packaged and shipped. The packaging and shipping cost for this portrait was $37.46 for a 6 day delivery. Although I felt this was very expensive I went with it. When the gift was received the photo was torn through the middle. Feeling that there would be no problem resolving this business transaction I took the receipt and a picture of the received merchandise back to the store. The owner, Pam Schmitt, after critiquing the photographer's work, told me that I needed more pictures of the shipment and that my daughter "cut" the picture. She also wanted a copy of the original bill from the photographer. OK. Several days later I arranged with the photographer to meet me at the UPS store to resolve the issue. The owner proceeded to tell me that She was a photographer and that my gift was inferior and printed on copy paper. I was stunned by her behavior. The photographer was shocked by Ms. Schmitt' s slanderous remarks. She then proceeded to demonstrate how my daughter "tore" the picture. She told us she would pay for the portrait to be redone and shipped, just to get me out of her store. OK. A half an hour after leaving the store I received a call from this owner telling me the matt was not torn and she would only replace the picture. Of course the picture and matt are attached making it one product. Thirty minutes after that I received an email again stating she would not pay for the matt. Not the agreement, but OK. The next morning there was a new email. I am clearly aware of how unstable this woman is by this point. Now she gives me a list of all that she needs to file a claim with UPS. Again, a new saga. The amount of time and frustration spent on this business transaction is completely out of hand. Our goal was to deliver a Christmas present in good condition to our children. The UPS store packaged the gift, took my money and shipped the gift. As a new business their goal should have been happy customers and repeat business. Obviously it is not. There was a large overhead sign that spoke of their shipping guarantee. Have no idea what that means! We still have to get the kids their gift. As customer of this establishment I have been maligned, my daughter has been maligned and my poor photographer has been slandered. I only rated one star because I don't know if Yelp takes no stars. The owner a short old woman is an absolute beast, she is rude and does nothing but stand around and yell at customers and employees alike. No wonder every person working there was dead in the eyes and clearly had given up on any effort WORKING... Brought in 8 boxes for shipping to my family's house before I moved. They charged us almost $500 including having them hand wrap some glass items to ensure safe delivery (which does cost extra $$$) only to be scolded that I had to wait with my boxes outside in the 100 degree heat and only bring in one box at a time. Was also instructed I could not place any of it on the counter.. Which is for PACKAGES but OK... Then I get four of the 8 boxes completely smashed, ripped open and the contents inside shattered. I will be fighting them every step of the way but I highly encourage not only any one who needs a competent place whose ONLY JOB IS SHIPPING to ship elsewhere. They don't care and you will be lucky if you get your stuff BESIDES being charged excessively to do so. The owner needs to retire if she is so miserable she has no business being around people and maybe the employees would do a better job without constantly being ridiculed and talked down to. Steer clear of this place. UPS would be better off closing this location than risking further damage to their reputation by being affiliated with a sweat shop like this. Don was calm and accommodating, and went out of his way to ensure that the project was completed on time - even going as far as to pick up additional paper needed to finish the print job in time! I used the Green Valley Ranch UPS Store on 1/21/2019 to ship about 20 delicate glass items that belonged to my mother, she died on 1/3/2019. I was very nervous about any and all of the items breaking during shipping and losing the precious memories of my mom. PLEASE READ: DO NOT GO TO THE UPS STORE!! I have worked in customer service before and these by far are the worst people I have dealt with. I am not shocked to read the other negative reviews of this location as I was SCREAMED at, over the phone, today by the OWNER Pam! I paid $379.76 to get my items shipped to VA. The employee that helped me NEVER mentioned that the store had insurance, and also NEVER mentioned that any package being shipped NEEDED TO WITHSTAND a 2ft fall (I found this out later after calling to complain about my BROKEN TV). My TV came to me with a hole in it and my box it was shipped in was torn and had a huge hole in it (pictures attached). When I called on Friday, September 30, 2016, I spoke with Brittiny, the Manager. She continuously CHUCKLED at my situation and replied with smart remarks. I told her that I still had my Parcel Shipping Form that I filled out but kept after her employee told me that they didn't need it. She chuckled and told me that the Parcel Shipping Order form was not important. HOWEVER, after speaking with corporate I was told that this form IS VERY IMPORTANT as it mandates that you DECLARE A VALUE for your items. After I called her out on her complete disregard for my situation, she told me she would have the Owner call. Today I TRIED to speak with Pam over the phone but unfortunately she yelled the entire time. She told me that it is AGAINST HER STORE POLICY to ship TVs (although her store shipped my TV). She also told me there was NO REASON to call corporate because she is the owner (which I still did, and filed a complaint). She told me that her store had audio and she heard me say various things to the employees (ALTHOUGH Brittiny told me on Friday their store DID NOT have audio). When I told her I would be in town the end of this week, and would love to sit down and watch/listen to the video w/ audio where I supposedly said all of these false things, she said she was out of town the rest of the week! She proceeded to YELL on the phone until she eventually HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I had her on speaker the entire time. My coworkers were also equally disturbed by the interaction and literally sat near me while I called corporate just in case they needed to vouch for me. I have a social media following, and have friends who are very prominent in the blogging or Youtube community (we have over 500,000 followers/subscribers combined). I always give credit where credit is due and do not make a habit out of bashing companies (this is my first ever negative review). This was so ridiculous. I walked in with my package to return to amazon, and needed to print a label. I sat at their computer which usually just charges you for prints and internet usage, but this one had a minimum credit card charge of $4. When I asked the gentleman (didn't get his name) that was older, Caucasian with glasses, with gray hair and a beard about it he was very rude and condescendingly stated that was how it works. So with no sign stating cash isn't accepted, I walked over to king soopers to get cash because I wasn't going to pay $5 to print one piece of paper. I come back and he sees the cash and again is very rude when he says that it only takes card. When I ask why there isn't a sign posted and if they could please just help me out, he rudely states that there doesn't need to be a sign, he says no cash so it's no cash. Why is this guy working in customer service if he doesn't want to be nice to people. I don't ever write bad reviews, but this made me so upset. The notary doesn't even know the rules. He refused to notarize a document because the property is in a different state...all you have to do is change the notary signature to state of colorado. You only notarize the signature, dude, not the document. And the signer is standing in front of you in COLORADO. He said go somewhere else and I did. UPS store may want to reevaluate his franchise license...and the state might want to reevaluate his notary license. read more

I was at a convention recently and had shipped most of my materials from the Colorado Convention Center. But I had one oversized trade show booth banner case I was going to check in as luggage. But at the last minute, I decided to ship it instead of lugging the 83 lb. thing around from rental car place to shuttle to terminal. This UPS store was the closest to the airport. I stopped in and was greeted enthusiastically by Pam, the store owner and representative Steven. They helped lifting the massive container onto the scale. All in all - a great pleasant experience. By far the worst UPS store I've ever been too. One the guys working there named Nick was extremely rude and refused to help me out. I had two young children with me who are very well behaved and he told me that he wouldn't ever had kids and that they shouldn't be allowed in his store. They did nothing wrong, I did nothing wrong. This is the WORST store ever!!!!!! (I'd give ZERO stars if that was an option) You should not have to worry if a business is trustworthy or not. Several shady things happened when I dropped off an iPhone 8 to be shipped to my daughter in California. I specifically told Sherry I wanted my package delivered via UPS (and to be delivered by Saturday- so 2 day) and shortly after when I sent tracking information to my daughter I noticed she had sent it USPS priority mail and specified the item wasn't worth more than $50!!!! By Friday late afternoon the tracking still wasn't in the system - when I called the store I was told that the mail never picked up Thursday and that Sherry no longer worked there! I called back a short time later to speak with a manager. I explained to him what had happened and he said they were just a 3rd party drop off for USPS - he also stated that the mail had been picked up on Thursday!! - that was NOT how I was told my pkg was being shipped. Within 10 minutes after that call the pkg "mysteriously" showed that it had been picked up from a different location than where I dropped it off at! This package should have arrived today and it still is in transit! I will be filing a complaint once this is done! I have no idea if Sherry stole the iPhone or what is being delivered. I'm praying that everything is as it should be. I will NEVER use this store again and will mention it to those I know, so they don't go through the same nightmare that I have. read more

Terrible customer service. I went in to print and fax some documents but their computer system would not let me access my email account. All of my passwords were current, and correct, yet the system still would not allow me to log in to complete the process. I spent 20min on the computer trying to get this completed and it cost me $12. I asked Don(guy with glasses who works there) if I could have my money back due to this issue, he proceeded to tell me that it wasn't their issue that I could not log in and a refund could not be issued. He then proceeded to raise his voice, and just about made it a shouting match. Quite frankly everyone who works in there didn't demonstrate any kind of customer service whatsoever. With the Office Depot gone, this is - I think - the only option in Green Valley Ranch for print services. Don't waste your time and money. If you bring in your documents to print on a USB drive (a normal thing to do, right?), employees won't plug it into their own computers to print for you. You have to use the "customer" computer, which charges you $4 just to use it, plus 50 cents a minute, on top of your actual print charges. If you want to email your documents to the staff to print, they also charge you to receive and process that email. Is that not the stupidest thing you've ever heard? The process is expensive and complicated and the employees aren't exactly nice to work with anyway. I'll be going elsewhere, even if that means I have go drive to Northfield to do it. read more

So I went in last week to drop off a package, I needed to print out the label.. I asked if I can email it for them to print it. The manager a big guy... said there is a computer to use for rent. I simply asked why it costs me almost $5 plus change to print 1 label.. a UPS label at that.. so I asked to speak with a manager and his name John or Don. Pam Schmitt, one of the owners of this establishment had an absolute disrespect for me while sending my Christmas gifts. Funny this is she wasn't the one even handling my transaction, Sandy the employee who was helping me send 6 separate and very big boxes was incredible so I'm sad that I have to write a bad review when it has nothing to do with her. I had 3 oversized boxes, all over $300 to ship and while I was checking out the owner Pam, right in front of me, dropped it onto a dolly like it was nothing. She was incredibly careless, and when I said something to the extent of "please could you be more careful with my package" she replied" oh Honey, this is nothing compared to what the trucks will do". I couldn't believe it, you own this place and you are telling me that its going to get destroyed no matter what, so you might as well not take care of it now?! Not to mention the 2 phone calls she received while I was at the register that she answered and was incredibly rude and harsh to everyone that was on the other line. How can you run a business like this. She has a ridiculous attitude that will forever change my shipping habits, never again UPS. After I left I called the store and asked for Pam, and asked her if I could speak with her supervisor or boss, which she insisted she had none since she was the owner, she cut me off 4 times when I was trying to ask her anyone at UPS that she talks to that I could bring my concerns too and she bombarded me with the fact that my packages didn't have enough tape so she would add more tape for me pro-bono to maybe try to make me feel better about her services and then hung up on me when I asked her specifically not to, in the middle of me speaking trying to ask my question. She was rude, intolerable and I literally cannot believe she runs a business this way. UPS should be ashamed to have her represent them. I read a review earlier today that made me understood the hilarity of stars, if I could put 0 or negative I would. Sadly this review specifically Deals with the owner Pam herself. My significant other and I had gone to the store after she had received a request from a friend back home for help buying a dresser from Ikea for her daughter. She was told by Ikea that the dresser supposedly would be roughly 350.00 (we will get back to this) to ship from the Ikea facility and we were told it would be cheaper to ship it through UPS. Thus we ended up here on the 7th of December to ship it out. All and all it costed 82.50 for shipping which we were grateful for obviously. When we dropped the package off, my other half and I were told the package could be shipped in a stock box, which I will admit was thin cardboard(and questions were asked at the time). After confirming that would be ok we were also told that multiple packages had been shipped the way it was being shipped in the past by the owner(Pam) and had made it to the destination with no issues (obviously accidents happen we know this). The dresser itself was 137.71 with tax and 82lbs all this is given for the purposes in showing that the whole situation was BS. After having shipped the package we received a phone call from the UPS store a couple days later and were told that the package had been returned damaged and we would need to come pick it up. Upon arriving at the store to address this issue; I was told Pam that UPS would not reimburse the contents or the shipping as the package was incorrectly packaged. This was infuriating, ESPECIALLY as we were told after asking if we needed to repack the package that the item would be ok. Not in a position at the time to argue this issue I left the package at the store and returned home to speak with my other half in regards to this. We subsequently went back to the store to address this with Pam and upon arriving spoke directly with her. We were treated with utter disrespect and told after she had been the one that said it was ok in the first place that we would not be reimbursed as we had been told supposedly by her otherwise. Instead of retaining a customer and admitting mistake she continued to deny a refund while referring to the paperwork that UPS has said it was our fault. Within all of this commotion we informed her that UPS would receive a call and we were told that they would say the same exact thing to us and we would not receive a refund of any sorts. Upon returning home with the item we promptly contacted UPS corporate and as we were not the original purchaser of the dresser she would need to handle the refund process. All and all in the end we did receive a refund for the shipping and the original purchaser received almost full price for the item from corporate and not this store owner (Pam). If I had to do it again I would choose to stay as far away from this store as possible. The owner pleases her customers on entry then lies and blames issues that could have been prevented on her customers. I was absolutely appalled by the service we received and honestly will NEVER ship through her store again. If I could give a recommendation I would say STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. read more
